Within 2 minutes the food came out and it was all bagged up. The lovely man behind the counter (i wish i had caught him name!!!!) rushed over and apologized for the inconvenience and then said he refunded the order. This was completely unexpected i never ever thought i would be refunded i just wanted what i had paid for. I told him he didn't have to do that and he just told me to have a good night and enjoy dinner. To say i was shocked was an understatement. I nearly cried it was just such a nice gesture.
