    Cheese curds
    Fred N.

Visited this location on a Saturday night and was promptly seated. You have the options of high chairs or low. High chairs had the better view of all of the TVs. We ordered the cheese curds as an appetizer and the rest for our main meal. Cheese curds batter was thin and the cheese as gooey as it can. Was happy with it and the sweet tangy sauce that went with it was better than expected! Burger was tender with the sauté onions and cheese. The wings had a good crisp and the dry rub had just the right amount of heat. Overall, I would return for other dishes to try!

SO GOOD. cute and cozy inside and decorated for the holidays. we sat at the bar to also watch football. we got a chicken sandwich, burger, pierogis and fries. so delightful and filling. it was busy at this time so there was a tiny wait for orders but not bad at all. service was otherwise really good!

We stopped in for a late lunch on Saturday, and it was packed! The food came out quickly, portion sizes were great, and the flavors were fantastic. We had a burger with fries (the skinny, parm-dusted fries are awesome!) and Phat Tony. The giardiniera on the Italian beef sandwich was fantastic - vinegary, crunchy, and a nice amount of heat. The watermelon salad is so good - basil, feta, balsamic, and some candied walnuts for a little crunch. Bonus points for having an NA beer option. The only minor issues were a flat soda and a slightly hurried burger, and being seated in the back of the back room it was a bit dark and lacked the cheery vibe of the main dining areas, but nothing that would keep us from returning - too many good things left to try on the menu! We can't wait to get more of those skinny, crispy fries next time!

$5 cheeseburger Monday special, with a side of fries.

Not sure how I've never reviewed Camino before! My love for Camino is strong, as they have a killer thick 8oz cheeseburger that is only $5 on Mondays (insane deal!!!), huge wings with one of the best house dry rubs around (Wednesday special is one pound of wings plus a side of fries for $12), a delicious Cuban sandwich aka "Cubanski," pierogis, and lots of vegan and vegetarian options. The fries are unqiue and great, too. Almost shoestring cut and seasoned well. Plus, add in unexpected and delicious specials, like wagyu hot dog, bluegill poboy, steak sammy, and countless more. Can't stop there, as they also have a huge craft beer menu and some mighty fine bottles of allocated whiskey and more. And how did I forget, BRUNCH! The space is large, with a long bar with skylight above. High-tops on the side, low-tops in the front with windows that are open in warm weather and then another huge dining room that can even be rented out. Parking is plentiful, from the street parking in front to the parking lot in back (there is a separate entrance available from the back, too). You can also tell the staff is cared for and enjoy working here at Camino. My only gripe, and it is one worth mentioning but not enough to knock a star off, is that the food can be quite salty.

Stopped in fairly early on a Wednesday evening so it wasn't busy at all when we arrived but was filling up by the time we left. Service was great. And all the food was good. But perogies are definitely the highlight for me!!

We were in MKE visiting our daughter and we were starving. We were seated almost immediately after arriving and greeted with a smile. The restaurant was a little loud but very clean. My son loves poutine and that is why we picked Camino; we heard it was good and it was. He enjoyed it. We also ordered some wings and a couple sandwiches. Everything was delicious. Our daughter has moved away from MKE but we still like to visit and the next time we do, we are going back to Camino.

Stopped here for a quick brew and a $5.00 hamburger. ($5 on Monday). Burgers are great. 1/2 pounders. Cooked perfectly medium rare and a side of fries. Very dog friendly outside, they even brought Miss Ruby a bowl of fresh water

Camino stands as an anomaly--an unassuming dive bar whose exterior promises little more than cold beer and dim lighting. Yet beyond the neon glow and scuffed barstools lies a kind of accidental gastronomy, the sort born not of pretense but of rare, almost brazen competence. Let us begin with the burger--an item so often relegated to mediocrity that encountering a truly exceptional one feels like stumbling on a minor miracle. Camino's rendition is nothing short of astonishing: a patty with a depth of flavor that suggests attentive seasoning and a confidence in the quality of the meat itself. The sear is assertive without being aggressive, locking in juices that mingle elegantly with a soft, lightly toasted bun. It is a burger that has no right being this good in West Allis. The chicken wings, too, demand a moment of reverence. Cloaked in a dry rub that manages to balance heat, acidity, and a faint whisper of sweetness, each wing emerges crisp yet tender, as though the kitchen understands an alchemy lost on many higher-end establishments. The first bite delivers the kind of satisfaction that transcends expectation--a reminder that impeccable technique can thrive in the most unfussy of settings. Camino may not polish its floors or curate its playlist. But perhaps that is precisely why the culinary excellence feels so good.

We like to sit at the bar and the bartender was super sweet. This place is a great burger bar to take vegetarians to because they have a lot of veggie options. Last time I was here I got the beet Reuben and it was phenomenal. The steak sandwich and brussels were ok this time; I feel like last time there might have been less shavings and more chunks of brussel sprouts. Can't go wrong with Ekto Cooler and a solid beer list, this is always an easy go-to for us.

Great daily specials and great wings! We got Wednesday wing specials, and I forgot to read my own previous review from their other location and ended up making the same mistake lol. I need to remember that this is why I write reviews... to remind myself of what I enjoyed and what I didn't! But in line with my review from the other location, wings are great, but I need to remember not to get the dry rub or the naked version. Just get them tossed to begin with. The reason I got the dry rub/naked was to get more sauce options, but the dry wings are dry. Dry rub It's ok, but not really. Alabama White It's not that hot. It's got 3 flames vs. the diablo mustard (2), but I feel that it's less spicy. And it's not really a white sauce (I was thinking more cream like taste), but yellow and not so much cream-like flavor. Good, but I'm not sure that I'd like it Diablo Mustard So far, best among the others above. All the sauces are made in house (per our server). I have a mind to try the Nashville hot next time. And maybe korean bbq. Fries are great, crispy. Cheese Curds Awesome! Actually like the Catalina dressing with the curds better than the Alabama White sauce lol Subbed the fries for crispy Brussels in the Wednesday Special and wasn't charged extra for it. but the sauce on the side did cost 75 cents each. I got the naked wings with 2 sides, and they charged for both sauces (shouldn't one of them have been free?) Vibes inside was dark (and they turned down the lights around 6pm and it got even darker), but clean and upbeat. Overall, I'm still loving the experience and writing this review cuz I'm coming back!! BTW, our server Taylor was pretty awesome and on the money. Appreciated!

Table for one please and was seated right away since it was a Saturday lunch time. Unfortunately no one came around so I just got up and walked out to patronize a different establishment

Was kind of disappointed bc this place got a lot of hype from friends and family! We got the arugula salad which was the best thing of the night - huge portion and was really yummy. We also got the walleye Friday night fish fry included one piece of very lightly breaded fish that was kind of dry, a small amount of shoestring French fries, and tartar sauce that just wasn't as good as the classic. We got the side of brussel sprouts which were pretty good. The NA drink I got was still $9. Old fashioned my husband got was good. Wait staff was kind but despite walking passed our table several times, did not check in. Overall, kind of disappointing!

I knew that I liked this place when Two Door Cinema Club was on their mix list. Overall, excellent choice in music! This is a great place to grab a beer from a wide assortment and watch some sports. Several large and bright TVs. Pretty simple menu. Some apps, salads, wings, and sandwiches. They have unique sauces like Diablo mustard and Alabama sauce. The bartender was friendly and accommodating. We weren't sure on what to get and he was super patient. We decided to share three things: 1. The fried cheese curds, which came with a sort of sweet and sour sauce. 2. The pierogis with the horseradish crème. 3. The cheeseburger. All the items were hot and tasty. The beef patty was natural or homemade. And they were able to accommodate all items of the burger on the side. Pickles and onions were tasty.

    Steak sandwich was very good!

We started with the really big pretzel and birria nachos. Both appetizers were HUGE! Everyone loved the pretzel. It was soft with a perfectly crisp outside and did not have a dry inside like a lot of the soft pretzels I order out. The cheese dip was excellent too. The nachos were fantastic--loved the pickled onions. They were a unique and tasty addition. After the large appetizers, we realized we didn't have room for full entrees. Everyone ordered some wings. I really wanted to try the hot sauce but was scared to commit. Our server was super friendly and brought me some out to test with bread. Loved the flavor, but it was indeed too hot for me. I went with the garlic parm sauce (so good). My son got a side of the Mac and cheese which I thought was delicious. Cavatappi noodles, breadcrumbs, oh my! ODB's menu might feature some "typical bar food" but it is realllllllly good bar food. The menu has a great variety of choices but isn't too big and overwhelming like a lot of places. The bar looked fun too, there was a dj and everything. I'll be back (probably for that birria sandwich I had my eyes on!).

This time I got the Gnumbskull Mexican Lime Lager from PetSkull Brewery and the Ninja Dust from One Barrel brewery. I loved them both! My spouse got the Fantasy Factory from Karben4 and Moonman from New Glarus Brewing. Prices are high, but well worth it for quality WI beers during an exciting baseball game! The staff are always super friendly, offering advice and samples if you are having trouble deciding between beers. The wood and metal structure that makes up the vendor space is eye catching and classy, you can't miss it when you head over to Section 207.
