Short rib nachos with jalapeño peppers. So good!

Family in town, trying a new spot for dinner. Will definitely be back. We dined on a Wednesday, they were starting trivia when we were leaving, hence I will be back to join and win. The food was so good, the short rib nachos stole the show. Good portions and not too pricey. Our server checked on us a good amount, she didn't hover. It's dive bar feel without sticky floors... if you know, you know. Noticed a cute patio too in back.

This place really exceeded expectations! It's a very unassuming bar, but nice inside. I ordered the loaded pierogies. Wow, what a dish! It comes in a bowl; big, soft pierogies with a lot, and I mean a LOT of bacon, sour cream, herbs and beautifully contrasted with pickled onions. It was filling and a nice flavor profile. I had the opportunity to also try the smash burger and Mac and cheese. Both were tasty. The Mac and cheese was creamy, cheesy and delicious with a crunchy topping. The burger was on the small side, but just enough to be filling. Everything was satisfying and made with care. I will be back to try more. This is my new favorite!

I was at the end of my pregnancy and had a killer appetite so my friend suggested we pig out on good bar food. I had never been to ODB's but it did not disappoint! We started with the really big pretzel and birria nachos. Both appetizers were HUGE! Everyone loved the pretzel. It was soft with a perfectly crisp outside and did not have a dry inside like a lot of the soft pretzels I order out. The cheese dip was excellent too. The nachos were fantastic--loved the pickled onions. They were a unique and tasty addition. After the large appetizers, we realized we didn't have room for full entrees. Everyone ordered some wings. I really wanted to try the hot sauce but was scared to commit. Our server was super friendly and brought me some out to test with bread. Loved the flavor, but it was indeed too hot for me. I went with the garlic parm sauce (so good). My son got a side of the Mac and cheese which I thought was delicious. Cavatappi noodles, breadcrumbs, oh my! ODB's menu might feature some "typical bar food" but it is realllllllly good bar food. The menu has a great variety of choices but isn't too big and overwhelming like a lot of places. The bar looked fun too, there was a dj and everything. I'll be back (probably for that birria sandwich I had my eyes on!).

I wish I could remember the names of my drink. I think Jake just got a Manhattan style drink.

We ventured out in the first snow of the season and started here, because it had good reviews. Because of the weather it wasn't busy. It's dimly lit, and about what you would expect for a place called a classy dive. That waitress was new, but did a good job. Our drinks took kind of a long time coming out though. My husband wasn't super impressed with his drink. I subbed bourbon for gin in my cocktail s d thought it was pretty good. My husband and I were out with another couple and we decided to share the 18 piece wings so we could try different flavors. We also tried the nachos. The wings could have used more sauce. We did lemon pepper, some kind of Asian chili sauce, and buffalo. I thought all the flavors were good. The cheese sauce was really good, and the nachos were our favorites.

Super cute corner bar! Not what I expected, much better food and atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive. Probably one of the better fish fry's I've had in a while. The wings were good, but small wings. My friend ordered them and would not recommend due to size.

I stopped here on a Saturday to meet my friend to catch a Brewer's game about 2 weeks. I like to come across new places and a bar that has referred to as a 'classy dive', you have my attention. I started off with a tall boy of Coor's Light which was $3 and can't go wrong with a $3 tall boy. I don't know if it was because of the game or this is something they offer daily. My friend already ate, but I wanted to order some lunch and see how their grub was. I went ahead and ordered 6 buffalo wings which are grilled but requested for non-grilled wings with a side of ranch and a side order of their OG Mac. The wings come with a side of pickles and pickled onions, but noticed the wings were not as saucy as I thought they would be, but I didn't let it discourage me. They did have a good flavor and were sizeable. As for the ranch, I admit I was a little disappointing. It wasn't give ranch vibes at all and was kind of runny. The mac and cheese was okay, nothing to really write home about. It could've used a little salt or something to really season it up. However, when I would take a bite and a bite of my chicken? Those flavors went together very well. Maybe they can marry the two together and come up with buffalo mac and cheese. We wanted to do a shot of Screwball, they didn't have it but was introduced to a peanut butter tequila Chica-Chida. Damn, that was really good! The bartender was super nice and the prices were super decent. I would come back to watch a Packers game and give something else on the menu a try.

This was the new restaurant to try after being open for 3 months now. It's a nice neighborhood corner bar and not divy at all with real plants inside and out. They were slow on a Saturday around noonish with a friendly bartender. I ordered a Gin Rickey and the 1/2 pound smash burger that came with frys as my side choice. The 1/2 pound smash cheeseburger and frys looked great with pickled onions and pickles on the side but the smash cheeseburger already had pickles on it and no way was its a 1/2 pound beef patty at all ?. The frys were hot/crispy seasoned nicely. The smash cheeseburger was on a nicely toasted bun topped with pickles and can fried onions which had a nice crunchy texture. Unfortunately the beef patty wasn't seasoned like the frys and overcooked/dry. Overall it was an average bar cheeseburger with frys which wasn't bad but I have had better. The menu says 1/2 pound smash cheeseburger but if you look at my picture of the beef patty it's way too thin for a 1/2 pound patty so the menu is intentionally misleading and it has no where the meat as let's say a double BK wh#pper that is a 1/2 pound of meat, the pickles are as thick as the beef patty, look at my pictures people. I really wanted to post a better review but the menu vs what you get is way misleading, shame on them.

Happy to have a great bar with great food in the vicinity. Outdoor area in the back too. Food is outstanding. The burrata appetizer was just delicious. Tomatoes were roasted and tasty. Baked fish (potato crusted) was lightly breaded- I loved it! Fries are crisp and so very good. Watched Brewers on tv- go BrewCrew! Music playlist is pretty good... however, much too loud - to even have a conversation... so basically every table in the back is yelling at each other to hear over the music... and it seems everyone can't hear their own tables....so the noise level is increased by the loud talking over the loud music....

    Odb smash burger

Good vibes. There was a DJ on Saturday night and music was hip hop. The wings were fire! I didn't get a pic bc we ate them so quick. We also got the ODB smash burger. It was ok in comparison to other smash burgers in the city but the truffle fries were the star of the show. I would definitely come back for the wings and fries!

I wanted to try the raspberry lemon drop martini but they didn't have anymore raspberry. The bartender suggested pomegranate and it was delicious. The black bean burger was my favorite thing on the menu. It's a thick patty full of flavor with the feta and peppers. Everything tasted so good together. I also tried the Godfather. That birria was so savory and juicy. The bread was perfectly toasted. It was another great pick off the menu. The french fries are solid! The music is pretty good too!!
