Right away, we were offered samples of a smoothie that was just made, which happened to be the carribean citrus splash. This was so yummy and refreshing! It's made up of coconut water, strawberries, orange juice, mango, and lemon. It's on their 'planet lite' menu, meaning its under 300 calories. I was tempted to get this one because it was so good, but I wanted a drink that would be a little more filling. I decided on the Mr. Mongo -- strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt, milk, vanilla, and whey protein. With 17 grams of protein, it was the perfect filling drink to hold me over until dinner and give me a nice boost of energy. The drink itself was so creamy and perfectly sweet. The small is the perfect size too! I didn't make any substitutes, but the team was more than willing to make any swaps requested. It's essentially a section of concrete next to the parking lot, with traffic on Capitol Drive just beyond it. Inside, however, the space is roomy, quiet, and well designed. On this visit, it was a hot day, so I ordered one of their Sparkling Tea drinks. It was delicious, with a nice balance of black tea and peach flavor.
