I enjoy getting some Jamba Juice. Always hits the spot right when you need it. Multiple options to go for. They also have vegan options for those that want it or are picky. You can customize your drinks to add or remove a lot things but be careful to stay with the type of base the drink is. The device is good depending on who it is at the cashier. They'll be nice and talk. Some will help you choose what to get but some will just said what do you want . Good place to get some chill time while you take a drink of your Jamba in the summer. I am currently on the toliet writing this. The smoothies were delicious but later using the bathroom was not. My poop has not been the same for days. My other two friends and I have had super bad diera ever since we had this and it has been 3 days. The workers were so rude, did not greet us, and barley talked to us. Today I went to Jamba and the experience seemed very unclean. No one wore gloves, when making the smoothie or smoothie bowls or hairnets, even tho the person hair was shaggy. In addition they spilled ingredients all on the sides of the bowls and the bottom so when we left out it got rubbed against our clothes and all over our hands. The thing that is never great is the costumer service, they continuously let the store stack up with people. Everytime I have ordered I have had to wait. Jamba Juice is a convenient stop for a fresh smoothie or bowl. Several non-dairy options. The pitaya bowl, which can be made in a smoothie version if requested, is one of my favorites. I loved their oatmeal and would purchase it regularly, but was told that with the new menu rollout (which also involved discontinuing my favorite juice, Tropical Greens) there would be no more oatmeal. In more recent months it was only available about half the time anyway...was sometimes told they forgot to make it or didn't make it that day (?). The JJ website still shows oatmeal, so maybe that was just this location? Service is usually positive, helpful, upbeat. A gripe with the order ahead option from the app is that the local store specials don't apply (for example, free upgrade to a large smoothie from a medium, or $1 off a bowl certain days of the week). Yet, even when there are no other customers, the customer service is still pretty bad and it always takes a bit for someone to come to the register to take your order. When you walk in, employees will look you right in the eye but completely ignore you. Will usually end up awkwardly standing by the register for 3-5 minutes before someone will acknowledge me and take my order. Store is empty. And again my medium 22oz size smoothie is fill up only to 18oz. I may not even finish the whole thing. But it felt like someone stealing from you when you order a 22oz cup and was given 18oz. It is only a few oz of smoothie. But please fill your customer's cup to the rim. read more

Umm the doors are unlocked and it's business operating hours, so what are we to think!? Then was told he couldn't make smoothies because he had to clean the whole place to get rid of germs. If you've ever had Jamba Juice, you know the basic run-down. All smoothies made with real fruit and vegetables, and a bunch of things you can add to them, like Daily Vitamin, Antioxidants, Green Tea Energy, Whey Protein, Greek Yogurt, and even wheat grass. They have a pretty big menu with a wide variety of smoothie combinations, and also have a small food menu as well, with things like steel cut oats and such. I'm concerned for them that when a friend and I stopped in and we were literally patrons #2 & #3 in the store, that it still took them almost 10 minutes to get us our juice after paying. It's juice. You put the fruits and veggies in the big machine and juice comes out. Put a lid on it and Done! They have juices, smoothies, and a few breakfast items. They offered a few standard juice items, but you could also mix and match things to your preference. You could also add things like ginger and wheatgrass to really up your health quotient. So I'm writing this review to state this is the worst Jamba Juice experience for my Sunday morning. I checked in almost 20 minutes ago since the time I'm writing this review and no one has yet taken my order. I'm about to walk out. There are two workers and they are taking their sweet time preparing the kitchen and juices. It almost looks like they should have done this before they opened. I just want one thing. Second time to this location. I really enjoy the options. Staffing seems spotty, no one inside promotes their app that includes rewards savings for customers. Both times to this location one employee was the same a female. Both times hair hanging down, today's visit she was in a black shirt, hair partially up part hanging down. When she was making the juices we ordered the first one it looked liked her hair went into the blender wasn't sure but when it was the next one I was sure and exact same way but I watched from a different spot could definitely tell it went into blender touching the ingredients. I told the other lady who was in a brown shirt, she told her they needed to be remade because her hair got into it because her hair was partly down, said employee then walked towards the back pulls all her hair down flips it over and pulls it all up mind you this is still where food ingredients are. Most food service places require hair pulled up and a hat, visor or bandana, other employee I have seen with this so is this girl exempt from keeping her hair outta the food or do others do more? While the other employee remade our juices, the girl was rude, eye rolling and slamming things around that she hadn't done before being told her hair got in a customers food. The lady in the brown shirt was nice clearly had long hair but it was completely pulled up and no chance of getting in food. Aside for the hair it's good food and tastes amazing. They are open early. They have oatmeal! They have oatmeal that you can add fruit to. It is vegan friendly and they have coconut slices. It is warm especially in the cold of brookfield. I also got the largest greens smoothie I could While I was there. The gentleman there was very helpful, he knew the ingredients of all the products and was able to make good suggestions and alternatives.
