I ordered a cheeseburger and received a hamburger bun smothered in ketchup, mustard, & onions with no cheese and no burger.

Who doesn't love a good five guys burger! I will say I am a big fan of five guys in general. I think this location does a great job with service particularly making things move pretty quickly and even when busy taking time to make sure your order gets in. I will always appreciate the free peanuts while you wait as well. read more

Way overpriced fare.We could eat at a sit down restaurant for food as good. The staff is not real friendly either, maybe they're used to patrons passing out from sticker shock! read more

The staff is amazing, but I wasn't a good fan of the burger. I heard so much hype about it but definitely wouldn't try it again, not my cup of tea to say the least read more

Got 2 burgers and large fries for $35. The burgers are thicker like a double patty. The overall flavor tasted like our backyard bbq burgers on the grill. The fries are long but soggy. Overall pretty good burger that I can make myself on the grill, fries I wouldn't get again even though they put extra in the bags. Feel that it's over-priced not including fries and a drink. Since Culver's is right down the block and I can get a Value Meal cheaper that includes a drink & fries. read more

Took forever and the prices are getting to high. My husband was very frustrated the last time he left. Food was still decent but for the money we paid and the poor service we could of gone to MKE burger bar and gotten a better burger for the same price and it's a sit down place. If they are upping the cost they need to up the service as well read more

I just spoke to Corporate regarding Jesus Garcia hanging up on me. I was served 2 large orders of raw fries and he said he would give me credit for one large fry until he talks to his crew. I told him I still have both orders and would gladly bring them back so he can see the evidence of the raw fries and super oily brown bag they came in. He was super mad that I mentioned my son was a manager of the 5 Guys at the Galleria in Glendale, CA. and actually hung up on me! PSA: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FRIES BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT!!! read more

Ok it's been years since I have been to a Five Guys and I didn't remember much about them except that I liked the burger and just don't order the frys because they can feed a small army. The place is relatively new looking and the whole area is getting built up with shops, condos etc. I was looking for lunch in the area so I stopped by to reacquaint my self to the place, the regular burger is two patties or about a 1/2 pounder so I opted for the smaller bacon cheese burger. The beef is always fresh and unlimited toppings is the Five Guys way. The staff was super friendly and before I even got to place my order the grill guy was signaling me with one or two patties to speed up my order, that's a first for me. Let's break this fast food burger down and why I gave them 4 stars for a chain burger store. The burger is fresh and never frozen thats cooked to order which I liked. The bun is a soft chain bun and nothing fancy with sesame seeds that's toasted. The beef is hot with nice melted cheese while the bacon was extra crispy. The fresh toppings were cold and crisp which was a nice contrast to the hot beef, I opted for ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles and raw onion. When you combine the hot melted/cheesy beef with the cold crisp toppings and that crispy bacon it is actually a decent fast food bacon cheeseburger compared to the other chains. Overall the product and service that I received today was not your typical fast food experience and the quality of the burger really sets it apart form the other big dogs. I don't frequent any burger chains because they pretty much suck but I can see my self stopping at Five Guys for a quick burger more often. read more

Juicy, flavorful burgers. Cajun fries are always a treat. Would have been four stars but gave it three due to high price for the type of dining experience it is...getting pretty costly. read more

There aren't Five Guys in our area so when we were passing through Oak Creek we decided to grab lunch at Five Guys. The restaurant was very clean, with several employees, fast ordering service, and fast food. Our food was made fresh and hot. My hubby and I both got burgers and fries, which were delicious! We ordered large fries to share and we received SO MANY FRIES!! The cup was filled to the top with french fries and the bag was even more full; we definitely could have gone with a smaller size to share. Five Guys french fries are beyond delicious and definitely a favorite!! The only downside to Five Guys is that they are a bit pricey. We purchased two burgers, one large fry, and one drink and it was $29. Five Guys feels more like a fast-food restaurant than a casual dining restaurant (ex: Chilis) to me, and yet they have casual-dining prices. Overall, I would highly recommend Five Guys and this Oak Creek location. read more

Ordered a burger, fries and drink. Paid with credit card and a tip was put on without my authorization. The tipping culture has gotten out of control. Why should I tip you for doing your job? Want to make more money get a second job. read more

Stopped by for the first time on Saturday afternoon. Regular burgers are doubles so if you want one pattie order the "little" burger. Fry orders are plentiful and delicious. The burger is made and topped with just about anything you want. Free peanuts and drink refills. Going for the bacon burger next time. read more

Five Guys - Small fry. Nice surprise. - Burgers Near Me - Oak Creek, Wisconsin

Anywhere you are, Five Guys will uphold the quality and flavor you expect with your burgers or shake. I was particularly impressed with cleanliness of this location and the friendliness of the staff. read more

We visited the sister store in the Atlanta airport and loved it. We we're psyched to see Towne Square was getting one. The cashier was very friendly. Prices were about the same as the airport. The "little" versions of the burgers are about the same size. The little bacon burger is about two bucks less and you get unlimited free toppings. Cajun fries are fresh and awesome! Free peanuts to munch on while you wait. read more

Five Guys - Ordering counter - Burgers Near Me - Oak Creek, Wisconsin

The employee I dealt with at the counter was friendly, energetic, and kind. My cheeseburger was prepared quickly as ordered but was definitely made with fresh ingredients. The fries were perfect. The restaurant was pretty clean which I appreciate! Will definitely be back! Great food as always!! (And if you don't have a greasy bag of fries, you missed out on something delish!) read more

Went in to pick up my web order 1/14/19 and the staff was really helpful and friendly. I don't remember his name but he was very efficient and kind. That's not easy to find these days in customer service. Keep up the work job team read more

Mediocre. Overpriced for the quality. A burger and medium fry was just shy of $13. Place feels unsanitary and food is a sloppy mess. Fries are everywhere except in the container they should be in. Burger is dripping wet so much that the bun is soggy and it's a horrible mess to eat. I'd imagine it would be worse if I took it to go. Fries tasted good and burger tasted OK. It wasn't horrible, just bland and messy. Food made me feel sick the rest of the day. Service was good. It took about 10min to get my order when it wasn't busy. Not quick but not unreasonable considering its made to order. All-in-all, not someplace I'd willing return to. I used to think Culver's was overpriced but compared to five guys they have a much better burger at a cheaper price. read more

Food was ok but way over priced. A cheeseburger with bacon, French fries and a soda cost $18! Cheeseburger was tasty but not worth the $9. French fries were fresh and tasted good but not worth the money either. I could have gone to Culver's, right down the street and got a meal for $9 total. read more

I never received my food. Store manager Jesus was HORRIBLE!!!! I was out my 40$ and had no food and he was ZERO help. He told me I had to call his DISTRICT manager in order to get my refund. Of course, its a Saturday, so no answer. Never again!!!!!!! read more

A greasy burger joint. Great fries. Free peanuts in the shell while you wait for your food. Not bad, not great.

Probably the busiest Five Guys I've ever been to! We came in on a Saturday night at 7:30pm and there wasn't a seat available. There were also people constantly coming in and out throughout our stay. I counted 5 employees (interestingly one was not a guy!), all of whom were friendly but clearly busy. We ordered our food and while waiting happened to come across a recently vacated table. Despite the crowd, our food was finished in a timely manner and was very, very tasty! I've never been disappointed with a five guys burger, and this visit was no different. I love the hand cut, skin on fries however my only Five Guys gripe stems from them.... If you order your food to eat in their restaurant, they still bag it up (no big deal). They package the burgers in aluminum foil (no big deal). They fill your fry cup full, and then dump tons of extra fries in the bag, on top of everything else (thank for the extras, but...). When you pull everything out of he bag, it's usually a big greasy mess. Napkins...full of grease! Burger wraps...full of grease! Not a fan of that at all. Love the burgers, love the fries...just don't like how they get them to me. We visit on a fairly regular basis and have come to accept this practice. read more

five guys is always great. Some of the best burgers ive ever eaten. complaining about wait times is nonsense, everything is cooked to order so naturally you're gonna wait if you go at peak business hours. read more

The burgers are ok. They are just a bit bland and can use some seasoning. I like that you can have peanuts in the shells as you wait. The fries are great. Just be advised that they give a ton of fries. It comes in a cup and then they purposely dump more loosely in the bag. I gave this only two stars because of the service and the price. I am a bears fan. I get it, bears fan in Wisconsin. Big deal. This guy who works there always has to say something every time I go in there with a bears hat on. Seriously, he thinks he's so original with his jokes too. The likes of "Oh you have some crap on your head" referring to my bears hat. Right, because I've never heard that one before. I even over heard him say "what? you can make fun of him. He's a bears fan" as I was walking out. It's super annoying. I don't think I will go back just because the guy cant shut up about how I like the bears. They are also too expensive. Better off going next door to Potbelly's or Mod Pizza. read more

Will never visit this store again. My daughter and I ordered online through their site- I emphasize THEIR site and when we went to go pick up, they informed us they no longer had the shake. We decided we would just cancel the order and go elsewhere for lunch and they said we'd have to go through website for refund. Manager was unapologetic and rude and said I actually had to look to website to get order refunded. Problem is, there was no option to cancel or request refund on their website at least once order is processed- or they have no concept of how their online ordering works. We had to call number on receipt for help and once request was processed we were told it takes 4-6 days. Ridiculous that #1 staff didn't let is know this wasn't there when website let us order. #2 we are ordering from this restaurant, they should be able to refund when they don't have items! #3 terrible management who let's any customer that has had these kind of problems with an order walk away frustrated and act like the problem is you. read more

I have tried Five Guys in Oak Creek a couple times now. The burgers and fries are excellent. The service is lacking however. Everything is cooked fresh but after you pay, there is zero sense of urgency and the wait for your food can stretch to a 20 minute wait. Speed up the prep and work with a sense of urgency and you could have a winner. read more

I went to five guys in Oak Creek at 5:30 PM on a Tuesday and waited 25 minutes for a small cheeseburger and fries. They had two people working during the dinner hour. Luckily it wasn't busy or else I would've easily waited over a half an hour for my food. Unfortunately, the burgers are just ok. First and last time for me read more
