Got 2 burgers and large fries for $35. The burgers are thicker like a double patty. The overall flavor tasted like our backyard bbq burgers on the grill. The fries are long but soggy. Overall pretty good burger that I can make myself on the grill, fries I wouldn't get again even though they put extra in the bags. Feel that it's over-priced not including fries and a drink. I just spoke to Corporate regarding Jesus Garcia hanging up on me. I was served 2 large orders of raw fries and he said he would give me credit for one large fry until he talks to his crew. Ok it's been years since I have been to a Five Guys and I didn't remember much about them except that I liked the burger and just don't order the frys because they can feed a small army. The place is relatively new looking and the whole area is getting built up with shops, condos etc. I was looking for lunch in the area so I stopped by to reacquaint my self to the place, the regular burger is two patties or about a 1/2 pounder so I opted for the smaller bacon cheese burger. The beef is always fresh and unlimited toppings is the Five Guys way. The staff was super friendly and before I even got to place my order the grill guy was signaling me with one or two patties to speed up my order, that's a first for me. Let's break this fast food burger down and why I gave them 4 stars for a chain burger store. The burger is fresh and never frozen thats cooked to order which I liked. The bun is a soft chain bun and nothing fancy with sesame seeds that's toasted. The beef is hot with nice melted cheese while the bacon was extra crispy. The fresh toppings were cold and crisp which was a nice contrast to the hot beef, I opted for ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles and raw onion. When you combine the hot melted/cheesy beef with the cold crisp toppings and that crispy bacon it is actually a decent fast food bacon cheeseburger compared to the other chains. Overall the product and service that I received today was not your typical fast food experience and the quality of the burger really sets it apart form the other big dogs. I don't frequent any burger chains because they pretty much suck but I can see my self stopping at Five Guys for a quick burger more often. read more

There aren't Five Guys in our area so when we were passing through Oak Creek we decided to grab lunch at Five Guys. The restaurant was very clean, with several employees, fast ordering service, and fast food. Our food was made fresh and hot. My hubby and I both got burgers and fries, which were delicious! We ordered large fries to share and we received SO MANY FRIES!! The cup was filled to the top with french fries and the bag was even more full; we definitely could have gone with a smaller size to share. Five Guys french fries are beyond delicious and definitely a favorite!! The only downside to Five Guys is that they are a bit pricey. We purchased two burgers, one large fry, and one drink and it was $29. Five Guys feels more like a fast-food restaurant than a casual dining restaurant (ex: Chilis) to me, and yet they have casual-dining prices. We visited the sister store in the Atlanta airport and loved it. We we're psyched to see Towne Square was getting one. The cashier was very friendly. Prices were about the same as the airport. The "little" versions of the burgers are about the same size. The little bacon burger is about two bucks less and you get unlimited free toppings. Cajun fries are fresh and awesome! Mediocre. Overpriced for the quality. A burger and medium fry was just shy of $13. Place feels unsanitary and food is a sloppy mess. Fries are everywhere except in the container they should be in. Burger is dripping wet so much that the bun is soggy and it's a horrible mess to eat. I'd imagine it would be worse if I took it to go. Fries tasted good and burger tasted OK. It wasn't horrible, just bland and messy. Food made me feel sick the rest of the day. Service was good. It took about 10min to get my order when it wasn't busy. Not quick but not unreasonable considering its made to order. All-in-all, not someplace I'd willing return to. Probably the busiest Five Guys I've ever been to! We came in on a Saturday night at 7:30pm and there wasn't a seat available. There were also people constantly coming in and out throughout our stay. I counted 5 employees (interestingly one was not a guy!), all of whom were friendly but clearly busy. We ordered our food and while waiting happened to come across a recently vacated table. Despite the crowd, our food was finished in a timely manner and was very, very tasty! I've never been disappointed with a five guys burger, and this visit was no different. I love the hand cut, skin on fries however my only Five Guys gripe stems from them.... If you order your food to eat in their restaurant, they still bag it up (no big deal). They package the burgers in aluminum foil (no big deal). They fill your fry cup full, and then dump tons of extra fries in the bag, on top of everything else (thank for the extras, but...). When you pull everything out of he bag, it's usually a big greasy mess. Napkins...full of grease! Burger wraps...full of grease! Not a fan of that at all. Love the burgers, love the fries...just don't like how they get them to me. We visit on a fairly regular basis and have come to accept this practice. read more

The burgers are ok. They are just a bit bland and can use some seasoning. I like that you can have peanuts in the shells as you wait. The fries are great. Just be advised that they give a ton of fries. It comes in a cup and then they purposely dump more loosely in the bag. I gave this only two stars because of the service and the price. I am a bears fan. I get it, bears fan in Wisconsin. Big deal. This guy who works there always has to say something every time I go in there with a bears hat on. Will never visit this store again. My daughter and I ordered online through their site- I emphasize THEIR site and when we went to go pick up, they informed us they no longer had the shake. We decided we would just cancel the order and go elsewhere for lunch and they said we'd have to go through website for refund. Manager was unapologetic and rude and said I actually had to look to website to get order refunded. Problem is, there was no option to cancel or request refund on their website at least once order is processed- or they have no concept of how their online ordering works. We had to call number on receipt for help and once request was processed we were told it takes 4-6 days. Ridiculous that #1 staff didn't let is know this wasn't there when website let us order. #2 we are ordering from this restaurant, they should be able to refund when they don't have items! #3 terrible management who let's any customer that has had these kind of problems with an order walk away frustrated and act like the problem is you. read more

I have tried Five Guys in Oak Creek a couple times now. The burgers and fries are excellent. The service is lacking however. Everything is cooked fresh but after you pay, there is zero sense of urgency and the wait for your food can stretch to a 20 minute wait.
