Great location and great place to eat. One issue I do have is that the drive-thru lanes are separated into 2 ways. One side is for ordering in person in the lane. The second lane is for mobile pickup which is for drivers who placed an order ahead of time and are sliding through quickly. The issue was the person was not having the drivers that were skipping everyone to go around or order on the app. Multiple drivers ordering in the fast mobile pick-up lane when they don't have an online order. Why let them and hold the line? They can read. Have them go around. read more

I went around 8 AM for breakfast and received fast, courteous service at the counter. They brought the order to my table quickly. The food was fresh, hot and tasted good. I like the higher quality of food they serve here. The seating area was neat and clean. Bathrooms were pretty clean, also. read more

Chick-fil-A - Spicy chicken biscuit - Fast Food Near Me - Oak Creek, Wisconsin

I do not usually rate fast food places but I go here on occasion since my physical therapy place is nearby. I will start with how the service always seems to be a bunch of cheerful people. I am not a huge morning person but I have never been here in the morning and had anyone seem like they needed coffee. I have always been greeted with a kind greeting, smile and let's just be honest---Chik-Fil-A's service is FAST. SO FAST! They should implement what they do at every fast food place. The wait is never long--whether you are ordering in the drive-thru, mobile or carside. I have done them all and never waited more than 10 minutes unless I asked for no salt on my fries. As for the food? It's like an addiction. Whatever they do to make their chicken nuggets, deluxe chicken sandwiches and breakfasts are for sure addicting! The food is always fresh and hot when I have gone there and of course the fries are always crispy too. I haven't been to another Chik-Fil-A in Wisconsin, but I feel like it would be really hard to beat this location in terms of speed, taste, and awesome service. read more

One of my favorite locations in SE Wisconsin! I frequently choose to go to this chick-fil-a even though it's further than a few other options that my wife would prefer because of proximity. Here is why though: Service, service, service! As someone who lived in GA at the boom of chick fil a this location brings that my pleasure attitude to everything. We dined in this time for a little breakfast date and there was something sticky on the seat so we asked for a wipe to clean it ourselves and the employee took it upon himself to clean it for us and wipe it dry. He went sour of his way to check on us for refills of our drink or any other things we needed which makes a difference. Also, for families we witnessed them cleaning and sanitizing the play pen area which was reassuring as we know many places don't make this always a standard practice. So stop in for a nice quiet breakfast date with a loved one or for a family affair. read more

I finally caved into spending money at this place only because I was desperately hungry. I give them a lot of credit for offering a spicy chicken sandwich that doesn't count on a sauce to bring the heat. Leaf lettuce was disappointing because it wasn't cold, and iceburg brings the crunch I prefer. Fast service at the drive-through. read more

Food is always fresh! Servers are always very friendly and polite. I usually go to the drive thru since I am always on a rush. It's perfect if you need to grab and go because they are really quick. Location is adequate and the area is always nice and clean. read more

I'm really disappointed by your reversal of "no antibiotics ever" with your chicken products that was announced today. It doesn't matter that it will be no antibiotics important to human medicine as I have allergies to an antibiotic commonly used in chickens. Even trace amounts cause a debilitating reaction. Going forward I can sadly no longer be a customer. I really hope you reconsider this decision at some point. Your no antibiotics ever pledge set you apart and above the competition. I picked up an order of 60 chicken nuggets for $34.70 for the son from here. The place was clean and the staffer friendly. On a mobile order, they won't prepare the order until you show up, so that's a good quality control practice. I found the nuggets to be on the salty side, and that's been my general experience with Chick-fil-A products anyway. I also noticed one other thing after visits to 3 different Chick-fil-A's. For whatever reason, the entrance to the drive-in lanes and/or parking spots is a bit convoluted and pretty easy to get wrong and getting turned around, lol. Be ready, just saying! read more

This is my go to Chick-fil-A location. I often stop by on my way home from work to grab a quick dinner. The food is always exactly as ordered. At times they forget dressings for salads, which is frustrating, but by and large, everything is great. The team there is always extremely pleasant and makes an effort to get to know me on my visits. read more

1) The Good: this location hires MATC students and works around their college schedules to help them succeed. 2) The Even Better: this is by far the most diverse workforce (across multiple dimensions) in Oak Creek, a town that refuses to honor Martin Luther King Day even in their public schools. 3) The Best: this really diverse crew, including some college students, they really work well together. This is usually the result of good on site leadership. I'm not completely sure that's what's going on here, but I am a sociologist. A) The not so good: their default is to avoid environmental responsibility. I have to be very quick to preempt the plastic straw, lid cover even when "dining" in. Polystyrene cups. Very little recycling and they are yet to bring in a plant based protein chicken substitute. read more

Chick-fil-A - Half a head of hair - Fast Food Near Me - Oak Creek, Wisconsin

Very friendly staff. Fresh and fast food. Went for my lunch break and was in and out.

great food. Owner is nice and gave us a free peach shake. It was delicious. The people working there was also super nice.

The good part was that they gave me my chicken sandwich fast but it was not toasted or buttered

Food is always amazing here! Staff is super friendly! Store is always clean! Awesome place to eat anytime of the day!!

I would order off the app and use the drive through. The service is five star. Get a chicken sandwich meal and personalize it. It is quick and easy. Very clean. I've never had a bad experience there. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. read more

I'm not sure what the big deal is. I had their grilled chicken when I went this last time. I've had their fried chicken before and I don't love it, but I didn't hate it either. It was just a chicken sandwich. I can appreciate that they offer gluten-free buns though! So the next time I'm out this way I just might try that. I can appreciate their customer service. It is pretty friendly and welcoming. read more

so annoyed my entire box of chicken nuggets open and upside down spilt. AND LONG HAIR IN MY MAC AND CHEESE!!!!?????

This review isn't about the food or service at the local Chick-fil-A. It's about how irresponsible and inconsiderate their delivery driver was to park her vehicle in a handicapped parking spot despite there being dozens of open parking spots that were not designated for the handicapped (I'm attaching a photo of the Chick-fil-A vehicle sitting in the handicapped space with its emergency flashers on). As an individual with a disability that significantly limits my mobility, it's always troubling when I try to park my vehicle in a handicapped space, but am unable to because someone without a permit (or disability) has parked there! I waited to see the driver return to her car and she had no problem quickly walking out of the medical office building and jumping into her illegally parked car. I understand the need to deliver food as quickly as possible, but she could have parked elsewhere and only added 20-30 seconds to her delivery time at the most! What she did demonstrates a disregard for others and just plain laziness! She should be ashamed of herself!!!! read more

It took a little bit. The Food was good it was yummy the Service was ok. Everyone was so nice.

This Chick fil A is convenient to the interstate and Ikea, but every time I come through the drive thru they forget something! Clean place, nice staff, but they always forget at least one thing in the bag. read more

Yeah I've visited many Chic-fil-As and I just don't see it. This time the place was kinda offensive to be honest. 8 dollars for a small small portion of nuggets and a coffee. Took a little longer than fast food should take to get the food completed and at the table. Had to remind them of the coffee I ordered because they forgot. Lady came out and started vigourously cleaning tables around me, scooting the hollow metal chairs all over the tile floor. Like damn guys, can we not? Why would anyone go here over popeyes? read more

Honestly I was disappointed when my 8 count nuggets were all just crispy fried bits and barely any actual chicken. I also opened a nugget and it was grey on the inside. I couldn't even finish it because it made me sick. I only had two actual chicken nuggets. Not to mention my fries were all full potato wedges. Like someone sliced a potato and gave me the full piece. I don't get how there's so many of them and barely any actual waffle fries. It's like a sick joke. read more

So I took my family to Chick-fil-A for lunch. I let my little one play in the play area. I noticed that there's an outlet in the play area that's not covered. Children can very easily stick their fingers, or anything else they might have in their hand in the outlet there's a bunch of managers sitting at a table on their computers and I walked up to one and said hey, you have an outlet that's opened and uncovered. She looked me up and down like I was a piece of trash and said, OK we'll look into it, be careful when you bring your kids to Chick-fil-A in Oak Creek especially if they play in the play area So after I posted this review or shall I say while I posted this review, the managers were sitting there and they obviously heard me post it. The one who looked me up and down brought back two outlet covers and covered the outlet in the children's play area kudos to you manager lady, but you still shouldn't have looked me up and down the way you did. I was polite when I approached all of you I said excuse me, spoke my peace and said thank you. Your look was not needed or appreciated. But thank you for taking care of the children because that's what's most important in this post. read more

They ask your name in the drive through. Weird, but way to be friendly! Officially, I was curious about the food because everyone raves about this place. Is it good? Heck yeah! The sandwiches stay hot forever and are juicy as can be. The fries are waffle fries. WAFFLE. CUT. FRIES. I don't need to elaborate but I will, a little. They are crispy yet squishy, perfect french fry texture. You can upgrade to tots, but don't bother. Unless you really want to pay the costly upgrade prices. I really want to support this franchise but I have issues with management morality - though it seems to be making strides in the correct direction. But more important is that they still use styrofoam cups. Just like Sonic, I cannot support this act and will continue hoping they make a change to paper or a recyclable plastic in the near future. Can they make changes? Yes. Will they? I hope so. I secretly want a chicken sandwich right now! But I can not give in until changes are made - no matter how tasty the food. If you don't care about any of that then get your butt to Chick-fil-A right now! You won't regret it. read more

The staff has a lot to learn about the standards Mr. Cathy put in place. They were rude and snapped at me. To the point people from another table told me I should complain. I called the toll free number. The owner sent a generic email with a free biscuit. What? It would have been better to receive an apology email or phone call from her. This explains why the staff was so rude and unapologetic. I believe in the brand and love the healthy choices, but will NEVER go back to this location. read more

I admit it, I am an adult that lives chick-Fil-a, there I said it. When you travel sometimes you just want comfort food and I can get it here. The food is consistently good no matter where I go and the staff is always super friendly. While I love their sandwiches, the nuggets are everything. Go here, eat the nuggets, talk to the nice people, and you'll feel a little less homesick! read more

I had boycotted this restaurant because of the anti gay, lesbian, etc charities they give $$ to. I was given a gift card and was going to give it away but then I read an article saying they were ending two charities that discriminate. So I drove thru and got a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, a soda and some soup. I talked to the young man who handed me my food and said what I said above. I pulled over to eat. The chicken sandwich was hot and delicious. Much better than any other fast food chain. The fries were a bit mushy but also delicious. I'll have the tortilla soup for supper.
