I loved the melted cheese on top. Mad Rooster doesn't take reservations, but you can join the waitlist from afar by going to their website. You'll get a text notification confirming that you joined, and right before your table is ready, you'll get a text saying "you've been removed from the waitlist". Don't be alarmed!
