Reliable and consistent with every other experience I've had at First Watch restaurants in other states. At this visit I tried the sangria. Well, we got a pitcher to share between the two of us. It was a perfect amount and it was really good and filled with fruit. read more

I really appreciate having gluten-free options. Thank you for that. My husband doesn't need to be gluten-free and he likes the regular options. He also appreciated that you had a turkey sausage. read more

Reasonable, great variety, good wait staff, decent portions, best bruch in the Milwaukee area even if it is a chain. Once yuppies try to set a trend, people think that places like Blues Egg is the spot where you have to say you've been! This place is way better than Blue's Egg, yet the yuppies haven't caught on. read more

$76 for 2 people is insane. Ordered French toast meal (1 full piece of bread cut into 2) and banana pancakes meal with two coffees. Both had million dollar potatoes. Food was ok but not worth the price. 2 regular coffees, nothing special $8+ tax? Service was ok, don't think I'll recommend this place to anyone. read more

Overall food service and ambience were pleasant. It is very loud but if that doesn't bother you give it a try. They have a slightly elevated menu than the average breakfast restaurants in this area of which their are many. read more

I was mostly very happy with our visit. Our food was delicious, pics included. Both ladies at the greeting desk were great. Not a long wait, about 15 minutes. I Loved the atmosphere and space. My only negative was our server. She was not very pleasant to begin with. Warmed up a little during our ordering. Once the ticket was placed on the table she vanished. I finally went to the hostess stand to ask for just one more cup of coffee for my mate. They do leave a small carafe on the table, he just wanted one more. The adorable hostess followed me back to our table and even offered a "to go" coffee which was actually what he had hoped for! Overall great experience, just the one snag that kept this from being 5 stars. read more

The service was great. Very friendly young woman who was also attentive but not too much. The menu held many wonderful selections, and the three of us enjoyed great tasting, nicely presented breakfasts. My over easy eggs were cooked perfectly, and the bacon was nice and crispy, but not overcooked or burnt. We would all definitely visit again. read more

Perfect location near a lot of other stores. Came over for brunch. We have been here before. I had the avocado toast, but it wasn't great. When our server Sebastian asked how was everything and I mentioned to him about the avocado toast he did not hesitate on collecting my plate and replacing it with anything else just to make the experience better. Everybody else in the table got their own breakfast it all looks delicious. The fact that I didn't even have to say anything more about my breakfast was perfect. He not only replaced my breakfast for anything else I want but added a muffin. That was very thoughtful. The restaurant was very busy, there is some music on the background. Everybody looks pretty content with their meal and it seems the conversation definitely flows in between the tables as I look around. read more

Facility is inviting and relaxing. Staff is knowledgeable. The eggs benedicts has a lemon sauce which is a preference, but not mine. It's not bad though. The potatoes are cooked and flavored perfect. The Carne Asada Hash was a huge hit! Delicious! They have the option to split the check per guest and pay with your phone which is quite convenient. Absolutely a hot spot. read more

We were able to check in on line so the wait time wasn't too long. Which is nice. The facility is nice and I do like the choice with both booths and tables. In additional there is outside seating for the warmer months. The staff is friendly and our server Danielle offered some great choices. We orders the Carna Asada Hash and Raspberry Ricotta French Toast that was suggested and in addition we ordered Eggs Benedict Classic and one side of hashbrowns. The Carne Asada Hash was delicious as all of the flavors blended together for a rich taste. Not so big on the lemon flavor over the eggs benedict as this is not the usual recipe. Wasn't bad, just not his first choice of flavors. The Raspberry Ricotta French Toast was a to-go order and she said without the syrup the taste is bitter. The facility is clean and more modern. It feel inviting. I do appreciate the taller beams by the booths that can be used for a coat holder. Seems that is a design of the past and it's good to see again. read more

The service here was absolutely phenomenal. I was actually at this location because I wanted coffee while charging my Tesla, and it's only a short walk away. They have a little breakfast bar facing the parking lot, which I sat out since I was by myself. I ordered the avocado toast...the toast wasn't toasted, and the avocado was ice cold, but the eggs were cooked perfectly and honestly, I was so hungry I didn't care. They absolutely would've redone it had I asked, but I was kind of in a rush. This server made me a fresh coffee to go as well, so I will definitely be coming back here. They even have a really nice outdoor area with little shade umbrellas as well if you're wanting to sit outside. The only downside is the music is pretty loud, so it would be hard to get any work done here if I needed to hop on a call read more

Best breakfast in town. I know it's a chain but they do a very good job. Food is excellent.

Great ambiance and friendly staff. We were seated right away and given time to peruse the menu. The food was great and portions are always bigger than I expect/remember. The space is open, airy and well lit. Great place for brunch. Would definitely come back! read more

We popped into First Watch on a recommendation from family. The place is larger than I thought from the outside, but on a weekend it gets packed so be willing to wait. Our wait was short for six people during a busy time, so don't let that dissuade you. The ambience is cute, it's a modern rustic feel. It's a little noisy when full but you aren't yelling to each other, so it's not bad. We ordered the Million Dollar Bacon because we were told it's amazing. I mean, it's bacon, so it's hard to really ruin it. Basically it's thick cut applewood bacon with brown sugar, pepper, cayenne, and maple syrup. It's good, of course, because it's bacon with a sweet and spicy angle. Our server brought us out a Holey Doughnuts order they had extra and those were amazing. I really liked the mixed berry compote more than the chocolate sauce, but there were both good for dipping. I had the quinoa power bowl and an elevated egg sandwich. That's more food than anyone needs in one sitting, just a heads up. The elevated egg sandwich came with seasoned roasted potatoes that I liked. The sandwich itself was really good. It's eggs, Gruyere, avocado, and arugula. I liked the flavors all together and it was plenty filling on its own. The quinoa power bowl was amazing and super filling. Italian sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, and kale with quinoa is a winner in my book. I will definitely order this again when I go back. The chickichanga (I probably biffed that spelling), is eggs, chicken, chorizo, cheese, onions, avocado, all rolled into a tortilla and covered in a tasty sauce. You won't be sad for ordering this, it's flavorful and keeps you coming back for more. Overall, there wasn't a bad dish at the table. The service was great, and when you're leaving you can grab a cookbook with most of their recipes in it. Chances are you'll love your visit here. read more

This was our breakfast spot on our way to ikea in oak creek, Milwaukee. A recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. Walking in this Saturday morning was packed! Almost every table full and people waiting to be seated. The menu looked amazing. I told the amazing server I was looking for high protein low sugar. She immediately recommended the chicken pesto protein bowl. OH MY! Amazing. How have I never eaten a savory protein bowl before? The flavors were perfect and the squeeze of lemon for the top was just what it needed to be above perfection. I could only eat half and can barely wait till lunch to eat The rest. Also looking forward to trying their famed cinnamon roll later. We took one home. read more

I am writing this review in November based off a visit in the summer of 2023 due to just now finding the pictures. I visited this particular First Watch location with my husband and we both had prior experience at a First Watch in the metro Washington, DC area. Food: Offers a lot of the same items from other First Watches- seasonal options, sandwiches, omelettes, salads and more. I ordered the 'farm stand breakfast tacos' that came with seasoned black beans. It came out as great tasting as I remember it to be. Think breakfast/brunch food as they are only open from 7am-2:30pm daily. Beverages: coffee, juices, teas, hot chocolate and coke products. At the time, this location did not have a liquor license to be able to serve mimosas and such. Waiter stated that this was supposed to change, so it could be an option now. Ambiance: Gives off an industrial farmhouse vibe read more

My friend & I both got the biscuits & turkey sausage gravy with eggs. We also shared the sweet honey pecan salad. Both were really good! The only thing I would change would be the way I wanted my egg cooked. I asked for a sunny side up egg & regretted it since it was too runny for my liking. The waitress was really friendly. It was a bit cold inside though. read more

Everything was delicious! the speciality juices were very light and refreshing. We got 2 of the speciality French toasts and both were yummy! The banana fosters one was very sweet and heavy on the caramel sauce, but the Floridian was light and perfect. Our service was timely and friendly! We came for breakfast and we're seating right away in a booth. The restaurant was clean and bright from the sun light through the windows! Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be back again! read more

Pretty good, actually! Definitely a solid breakfast/brunch option. The food was really good and all options seemed great. I visited on a Sunday and it was quite busy. Reserving a spot in-line online was really helpful. Remember to check in with the person at the front once you arrive. The service was completely overwhelmed but great people. The temperature inside was a bit chilly and very loud. Such a big space. I was happy to be able to set outside. I visited again in winter on a Thursday and it was a much even better expensive. Faster service and quality of food was great. You pay at the register when done. The bathroom situation is very limited so expect a wait sometimes. read more

Solid breakfast! I grew up going to first watch as a kid and it was the go to place for friend breakfasts in high school. We decided to stop by for some more nostalgia! The menu is large and great! I opted for the elevated egg sandwich. We also got the green chili scramble and the gingerbread bites. Everything was quite tasty but the star here is and always will be their breakfast potatoes. The service was decent, we were seated quickly. The only negative is that there's no build your own options for scramblers or omlettes. read more

This place has a hip, modern atmosphere. I was greeted with charm, seated quickly, and my server was a nice fellow. I chose a holiday special meal (steak and egg hash) for lunch because it looked unique and interesting. The addition of spinach and mushrooms made this quite tasty. I was dubious about the white sauce, but in eating it, found it to be delicious. I love trying something new and being very pleased with the selection. read more

UPDATED for MEQUON location. It was Sunday afternoon and they were expectedly busy. We had a 45 min wait before being seated which was fine because we came to do some shopping nearby. We had another 30+ wait for our food but the server was apologetic and checked in with us. I think they were just short staffed. Understandable and not an issue because we were in no rush. Nonetheless service has room for improvement hence the deduction on starts. I had one of their fresh juices. Presentation is pretty, it was very sweet but I like sweet once in a while. I ordered the barbacoa breakfast burrito, a season menu item, and we shared the pancake. The burrito was exceptional. I thought I would save for leftovers but I finished the entire thing. I would go back for this time. read more

Went to first watch for first time other day. It wasn't busy was able to get seated as soon as the young girls at desk finished talking about customers in restaurant. The young man that took my order was very nice. I ordered the waffle which per the menu included a very compote on side which my order did not come with it and I was told that it was included with it. I told the waiter that the menu started it did. Was 11 dollars for a plain waffle that comes with nothing else. Not impressed with the waffle or the hostesses. First Watch - Avocado Toast + 2 Eggs Sunny Side Up - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Oak Creek, Wisconsin

My wife and I went to First Watch for breakfast on Saturday, Dec 9th. What started out as a wonderful experience crashed hard at the end. First, the good. The young woman who waited on us was efficient, polite, and friendly. The food too was excellent. I ordered the "parm" skillet. The potatoes were done just right, and the eggs over easy were perfect. The fruit had a good taste, and the whole grain toast was cut thick and added a nice touch. Now the crash. When I got the bill, I saw that the cost of my one cup of coffee was a whopping $3.85!!! My wife's tea was also about the same. We paid over $7 for a cup of coffee and a cup of tea. That is nearly double what I pay anywhere else. Our bill came to $35. When I went to the counter to pay, I inserted my credit card and was assaulted by the suggestion that my tip should be 20%, 22%, or 25%!!! To top it off, the young woman who waited on us miraculously appeared behind the counter where we were paying and where she could observe the entire transaction. This is what I call a "guilt tip." An older man was also behind the counter. I am not sure if he was the manager or owner, but I resented the focus on the transaction. I have news for these kinds of places. I don't tip percentages. I use a flat tip and tip the same for all meals regardless of cost. The next time (if there is a next time) I have 3 people watching how much I tip, I will tip ZERO and tell them why. Tip to the owner: Pay your people decent wages and stop asking us customers to subsidize your labor costs!!!!! read more
