Came here with my wife for a nice weekend lunch. Have always wanted to come here. The place is very large inside (I only ate outside when I came once when it was Honey Butter). Wasn't expecting it to be as large inside. The breakfast menu was great & had lots of choices. The waitress was very good at helping decide between a couple options that looked great. Not knowing a thing about Racine eateries, I did a Yelp search and came across Aries Cafe. We were not disappointed. My wife enjoyed her garden skillet--lots of veggies--and I devoured a delicious chicken-jalapeño melt. Service was excellent and my coffee cup was never empty. read more

We decided no where would be easy for Mother's Day. Were we ever wrong. This delicious meal came just minutes after we walked in to put our table of 3 in, only to be immediately seated. The staff was extremely friendly and a massive menu catered to every taste interest. Portions were more than generous and the flavors were wonderful. The moderate price for the spread combined with the quality will definitely bring us back. We just hope the churro stuffed french toast becomes a menu staple. read more

Don't let the full parking lot scare you off! This place is surprisingly big inside. Our server Stephanie helped us choose from the enormous and creative menu! The Carnitas skillet was one of the best meals I can remember eating! We also had two specialty iced lattes which were fabulous! Portions were generous, price was fair, and food came out super quick! The breakfast food is incredible. The two standouts are their biscuits and gravy and the dulce de leche pancakes. I saw a sign for Cracker Barrel claiming "the best pancakes in the world." I don't think anything at Cracker Barrel is the best anywhere but the dulce de leche pancakes might be the best in the world. The only other contender is a diner in Hilo, HI, but those are banana pancakes so I'm comparing apples and oranges, to mix a metaphor. Very generous portions, if you can agree with your breakfast companion splitting any of the breakfasts would still leave leftovers. Good diner fresh hot coffee, service is prompt and friendly. Not a fancy place, the booth we sat in had a raggedy bench on one side and some old kitchen chairs on the other. I don't mind places like this passing on the credit card fees to customers, but the 3% credit card fee was added even to my debit card. What a nice find for lunch with friends. First, the server, Kelsey, was attentive and super friendly. Nice job treating us well. The specials were such a low price I was curious what they included. My Patty Melt included fries or soup and I still took food home. The Chicken Rice soup was incredibly good and it was a large bowl. The sandwich was really tasty and I could only finish 1/2 of it. The Reuben was well filled and also came with soup or salad. The Turkey Sandwiches were again filled well with great tasting ingredients and we all left feeling well fed and very satisfied. I think this place is relatively new and I hope they stay around. What a nice find for a simply delicious meal any time of day! A small cafe like this deserves attention. The wait was short: just a few minutes on a Saturday morning at 11:00. The menu has an awesome selection. We decided on the food. The waitress was very attentive with out hovering. It came out pretty fast. Due to some miscommunication my wife got the wrong thing. We asked the waitress about it. She took it away, and came back with owner/manager. They apologized and took care of what she did want. They had it out to us quickly. They were very very nice about it. so rating: Food 5 star, time waiting 5 star, and staff 10 star! read more

I don't normally write reviews, but, this morning my wife and I were here for breakfast. We both ordered the " homemade " corned beef hash with eggs and potatoes. We ate the eggs and some toast, the rest was left on the plate. The corned beef hash was chopped so finely, in such small amount, you could barely taste it. Who makes corned beef hash with hash browns? Burnt hash brown, mixed with the finely chopped corned beef that seriously, I had to look for. The addition hash brown potatoes were tasteless. I've been to this restaurant probably five times since it opened under this name. Had a good hamburger there once. Why did I go back? It's close to home. It's convenient. I'll make breakfast at home before I eat here again. read more

Not a fan of the dimly lit environment. It has a lack of windows and barely any lights. If you get seated in the back corner it's hard to see. But, the food is really good so it makes up for it. Different kind of a menu so it makes it more unique. Cool place to have in the area. read more

Absolutely love this place! They have very friendly staff who are attentive to your needs. The food is FANTASTIC! I love their pancakes and their eggs Benedict. My husband gets a different omelet each time we go (today was the Romanian special with pastrami and caramelized onions) and always enjoys them. Coffee is basic but good. We really enjoyed our Friday morning breakfast here at Aries Cafe. We'd been meaning to stop in for a while, and finally had the right opportunity. The prices were great, the portions were generous and everything was presented nicely. I had the spring themed latte (I can't remember the actual name) and it was delicious and very cute. Our party had the chicken enchilada omelet, the stuffed French toast, and the churro pancakes. Everything was tasty and we all left full! We look forward to coming back again another time. read more

We placed our breakfast order and they brought the food out and gave it to the customer beside us. After they pointed out that it wasn't their order they took it back and then brought it back to me and my husband we told him no we didn't want it because the person who got it was talking all over the food and then they brought that food and gave it to us. I absolutely loved eating here, so much so that I downloaded Yelp for this. Everyone was so welcoming and kind as well as so on it when ordering. Our food came out quick and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! The place was cozy and warm even by the front, plus the atmosphere was very welcoming. I'd give an even higher rating if I could. YUMMM! We will definitely be regulars from now on. I'm still picking on leftovers from the fridge. I was conflicted between 2 omelette and Julian our server steered me in the right direction for the taste I was looking for. Nailed it! My husband got the Swedish pancakes and Biscuits and Gravy and it was to die for. I might have stolen a few bites. My 2 year old daughter had the kids French toast, pork links and it was delivered promptly and decorated on the plate adorably. Debbie was always checking in on us and had a good eye on the entire restaurant and was super attentive as well. We received excellent service all the way around! Cute little place.
