Great food and service; Pleasant environment. Sometimes (not always) waiting for table, but totally worth it. Food is delicious. Maple Table is my go to place to meet friends. Great atmosphere and delicious food, and always attentive service. Colleen read more

Maybe ownership or front of house staff changed, because this is not the same Maple Table from a few years ago. Like other reviewers have said, I can confirm both the host stand and wait staff are inattentive and dismissive. It would be interesting to understand why they do not shut down or work elsewhere if they are so clearly appalled by the thought of customers existing in their midst. In the past 18 months, I eaten with another family member twice and I've made two advanced reservations in their auxiliary dining area for holiday business brunches for 6-8 people. Both brunch times they were confused when my team arrived, and either feigned that they couldn't find the reservation I'd confirmed, or that someone shouldn't have booked that space. Each time my team was shoved into the booth/chair combo seating table in the main restaurant. We could barely move our arms to lift our utensils because we were in such close proximity within our own group and to adjacent diners. No matter the time of visit, twice they have refused a common on-menu coffee item, stating something was not working. It was two months between visits. How much time must elapse until you repair or take it off the menu? The menu itself has remained relatively the same over the years, but the quality and taste is no longer worth coming in. The staff ignores, and is downright rude and snippy, even with only 2-3 people to a group on a slower day. This is a very angry place. read more

I met family at Maple Table for a recent brunch. It's a cute space and much larger than it appears. We were drawn in by the broad menu with options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Our service was good and the server was friendly. I will say there are not enough soft furnishings here and it's pretty loud. I tried the Crab Cake Benedict - Poached eggs on top of two crab cakes, topped with hollandaise sauce, and scallions, served with remoulade sauce. It was quite good, but the crab cakes had more breading than I'd say is ideal and they were pretty dark. I also had a Lemon Grove mimosa - champagne, the Botanist gin, Limoncello, bitters and lemonade. Very tasty. Three of our party had Corned Beef Hash & Eggs - hand-pulled, slow-braised corned beef & red potatoes & onions with eggs your way with choice of toast. They all raved about the dish. The corned beef was especially noteworthy and exceptional. My cousin-in-law had a drinks flight that included a bloody Mary, a mimosa, a screwdriver and a beer. Fun, but he did say the drinks were all strong. My cousin had a Blackberry Basil mimosa - champagne, basil syrup and pureed blackberries, which she liked and she likes very few alcoholic drinks. She also liked her waffle, hash browns and her side of bacon. All in all we enjoyed our experience and would definitely go back. Parking can be a challenge since it's right on Memorial Square. read more

I was debating whether I should just stop at Starbucks for breakfast or try someplace new, and I'm so glad that I took a gamble and tried Maple Table! It felt like the menu was created just for me, with a selection of specialty flavored pancakes and a whole bunch of specialty lattes. I couldn't resist ordering the campfire pancakes (topped with a whole toasted marshmallow, of course!) and an iced mocha latte. The pancakes were delicious, but they were very thick, and with the chocolate drizzle, marshmallow, and graham cracker crumbles on top, it was too filling and I couldn't finish all of it. I loved my iced mocha, especially because of the perfect balance of flavors. The coffee didn't overpower the chocolate, but it didn't just taste like chocolate milk. The service at Maple Table was great--our waitress was so friendly, and even though it was pretty busy when we went, we didn't have to wait long for our food. My reason for taking off a star is because I really wanted to try the signature house donuts, but when we arrived at around 10am, our waitress told us that they were already sold out of all the donuts. That was really not the end of the world though, and my breakfast was still delicious regardless! read more

Walked in on a Sunday at 9am and was able to be seated without a wait. (Staying at hotel next door so that's why we picked this spot.) Server was friendly and attentive. My mom ordered the key lime donuts & a coffee and I had a skillet with OJ. She said donuts were good but only the frosting was flavored...not the actual donut. Skillet was good but not a big portion. OJ wasn't fresh but from frozen concentrate and was thick. Overall place was nice and good. I would go back if I was in the area again. read more

I've gone here a couple of times for breakfast. The food is always great. On my latest visit the service was a bit off. Part of an order for someone in my party was forgotten and when we asked about it our server said she'd bring it and then never did. Also drink refills didn't happen even after we asked. Since I've come a few times I chalked it up to just an off day for the server. I got the shrimp and grits and it was so filling and came with a lot of shrimp! This dish packs a lot of flavor! Others in my party got the scrambles and omlets and all enjoyed. They make a great bloody Mary here too! read more

They have a really nice selection of unique breakfast items. I went with the Wisco Benny and it was unlike any Benedict I've had. Loved the pretzel addition, but it was pretty salty and much harder than I expected tasted great though. Great service and a nice big location right on the square! read more

Really tasty brunch food. I had eggs with biscuits and gravy and they were flavorful. The gravy was not super heavy - very nice. All 3 of us agreed - well cooked food and solid service. We'll definitely be back in the future! read more

My husband and I stopped at The Maple Table in Racine for breakfast. We couldn't believe how large the space is! Ample seating, very spacious, multiple tables and a bar with seating. Our waiter, Angelo, was very friendly and he was knowledgable about the menu. I had the breakfast tacos with chorizo, they were delicious! Authentic and full of flavor. My husband had the corned beef hash, which he said was delicious and a good ratio of corned beef and potatoes. We shared the buttery pancakes with syrup- we both loved them! They were fluffy, great quality, and the syrup had a rich, good flavor. Highly recommend stopping here when you're in the Racine area! read more

So incredibly underwhelmed by everything in Racine as the years pass, it's truly gone downhill fast with most businesses and restaurants. But The Maple Table is, by far, the best restaurant in the area. Actually good food made with real ingredients and good coffee, kind staff, reasonable prices with plenty of options. They are open almost every day and they have a steady stream of customers from all of my experiences. The ambiance is nice and has a little bit of rustic charm, but feels new and clean. We were usually always seated right away or after a small wait. They are right in the heart of downtown so you can walk there from the Marina. If you're looking for edible food that won't make you feel like trash and is actually made with love and care, go to the Maple Table. read more

We started with the Strawberry Nutella Donuts. Our server suggested the seasonal Banana flavored donuts as well. We ordered the Huevos Rancheros, the Corned Beef Hash & Eggs and the Biscuits & Gravy with scrambled eggs. Nice little spot. It was actually on my list to try and I'm glad we decided to go today. We started with water and the Strawberry Nutella Donuts. Our server suggested the seasonal Banana flavored donuts but the girl decided against that. We asked the server what she suggested and she provided us with plenty of choices two of which were ordered. Our table ordered the Huevos Rancheros (I didn't feel it was very flavorful), the Corned Beef Hash & Eggs which we all agreed was the best of all and the Biscuits & Gravy with scrambled eggs. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. We certainly could have used more water with ice, but we didn't all either. I didn't realize the place was so big. They can certainly accommodate large groups easily. If you can, opt in for a booth/ table combo because those chairs aren't very comfortable even with the cushions. read more

Stopped in for a weekday brunch while I was in town. The menu looked great and it's such a cute place! Lots of seating and a bar area. Right on the square. I went with the Fresco omelette minus the chorizo, but it still had a little kick to it! Side of hash browns as recommended by our server. Sadly it was missing the crema and salsa but I didn't realize until later. I think that would have been a nice touch but maybe they ran out of ingredients because we ordered around 1pm and they closed at 2. My dining partners both got the Chilaquiles Benedict. I tried a few bites and it was more spicy than we all thought it would be but no complaints. I would not recommend the hash browns, my friend didn't care for them either. It's almost like they were rubbery or just not crispy at all. I really enjoyed the bites of my sister's red potatoes so I'd recommend those! I'd happily be back to try other items but thought the omelette as it came wasn't very exciting. The cheese it should have included somehow didn't melt inside the fold. It was a large portion of food so could be split possibly. read more

I have lived in Wind Point now for 4.5yrs & have yet to try out the Maple Table. I rarely ever go out for brunch but my fiancé had a Friday off so we took day off to get brunch. I got the Fresco Skillet & it was amazing. Very delicious & had very large portions of great veggies. Very nice interior & decor too. Would get the skillet over the omelet bc I think they give you more food when not packing it into an omelet Will definitely go again read more

They were not busy but it took a while for someone to come to our table. Then our server was just ok. Very I don't want to be here right now vibe. The food was good like usual but the Root Hash needs some work. The flavors were good but could be better and the texture was weird. Having shredded carrots threw it off for me as well as the massive potatoes chunks with the small chunks of sweet potatoes. All I could taste is potato and sauce. You should make it all uniform and have diced carrots as well. The sauce was delicious and they also need to learn was an over medium egg is. read more

WOW. Like many of us, I tend to consider myself a breakfast connoisseur. There is nothing I love more than a proper breakfast meal. Savory or sweet; I love it all. 5/7 days per week I enjoy a caramel macchiato and was pleasantly surprised at how good this one was-iced of course. We didn't have a wait on Sunday, between the late breakfast and Brunch rush which was ideal! I ordered the Wisco Benny. What could be better than eggs, cheese, brat, and pretzel? Well I found out - NOTHING. In my 40 years of life this is the hands down best breakfast plate I've ever had. Sat at the bar with my husband and staff was ultra attentive, engaging, and fun to chat with! We were in and out within an hour which was much needed; I had to take a 45 minute nap I was so full. We will be back with the kids! Thanks again Maple Table! read more

The place is super adorable. I love the wood industrial vibe. Sat at the bar and had a chocolate macchiato, bloody and bourbon macchiato. The drinks were OKAY. The bourbon coffee was a bit strong and didn't taste the best, the chocolate macchiato didn't come as it said in the menu but still tasted fine. The skillet was really good. The red potatoes are amazing. The corn beef hash was pretty good too. Overall, I like the place - we'll be back but we'll certainly avoid a thing or two. read more

Heard so many good things about The Maple Table that I had to try it myself. I'm sorry to say, wasn't great. Wasn't awful either. Before I forget, I love what they did with the space. The layout and decor was very well done. The food though was subpar IMO. Overpriced. Nothing special. And those chairs...who approved those things? I was so uncomfortable. My buddy Glenn said he felt he was in a London dungeon. Hate to say this since so many people have had great experiences at The Maple Table but I'll never be back. I'll continue going to Martha's for breakfast. read more

Great food and great service! Mimosa flight was a good deal and there were so many options to choose from! I tried the Irish, harborside, pirates punch, and electric blue (my favorite one). Service is incredibly slow. Food was mediocre and served cold and not worth the price paid. We only waited about 10 minutes for a table, but it took 25 minutes to get our drinks (soda, lemonade, and coffee) and 40 minutes to get our food. I had to send my food back because it was cold. read more

The place was extremely busy, so I was excited to try it out. I ordered the chilaquiles Benedict's and Maple Boston Latte. The Benedict's were not good, the yoke was not runny as it should've been, and the taste wasn't there absolutely no seasoning. I do believe these were seasonal Benedict's. See picture. The latte on the other hand was really good, but also really sweet. So if you're into sweet coffees this one's for you. The service was good, the location in general was cute. Parking was definitely not on our side and the wait time to get seated on a Sunday morning was around 45 minutes to an hour, but the food did come out fairly quickly. read more

I visited the Maple Table this past weekend with my friend. We were seated quickly and the staff was very friendly. We were starving so went a little overboard with ordering food and got the Buddha bowl with blackened shrimp, biscuit and gravy, balsamic tomato & ricotta toast & a mimosa flight. The food was very tasty. The only reasons I gave my experience a 4/5 is because I was disappointed in the balsamic tomato & ricotta toast we got. It was not on toast, it was on a very soft piece of bread which made it difficult to eat and also made it very soggy before you could even eat it. I think if they would of toasted the bread it would be a lot better. Overall a very nice place to eat! read more

I'd you're in Racine I'd definitely hit this place for breakfast. The food was great. I had the biscuits and gravy. My eggs were cooked perfectly over easy and the biscuits were light and fluffy. I got the house Bloody Mary which was garnished with a Klement's sausage, string cheese, olive oil, pepperoncini, and nice crisp pickle. The meal also came with some sliced green apple and a maple whipped cream cheese to dip it in, a nice refreshing touch. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. Very nice relaxed service. Enjoyed the meal. Prices were reasonable. Would highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast.

Love the staff and owners here. Food is fun and filling. Lots to choose from. I always get something different.

The atmosphere is cute and the service is good. The portions are huge. Everyone enjoyed their food but since I'm gluten free there were only one or two things I could order. I chose the shrimp and grits and it was just not my cup of tea. It was very spice and heavy for brunch. My grandkids enjoyed their pancakes and eggs and my older granddaughter had a sort of vegetarian hash that she really liked. Not my First choice but it was a pleasant experience. read more

A friend and I were seated immediately and the server took our order shortly. The place is a bit noisy and the chairs are incredibly uncomfortable. I ordered the Corned Beef Hash and Eggs and it was of very poor quality. The corned beef was in long, thin strings, dry and chewy. There was a small portion of red potatoes under the corned beef and the two eggs. The eggs were done as I asked. The coffee was barely lukewarm and I had to ask for a refill. This was one of the more expensive meals on the menu and was not worth the price. Actually, I should have sent it back, rather than trying to eat it. My friend was luckier: she had the Monte Cristo Sandwich and found it to be very good. This is the second or third time I have ordered something at the Maple Table that was not very good, though I have also had good meals there in the past. I won't likely go there again, however. read more

Seven of us went to the Maple table today for the Mother's Day brunch. Our reservation was for 145 for a party of seven when I made the reservation. They told me the last reservation was at 2:45. We arrived on time we were seated promptly. The buffet was half empty. The food that was there was burned when I asked about the empty buffet trays they appeared to be annoyed with me rather than do anything about it. Eventually, they did bring more food out after I saw other people walk back there and come out with more food but there are still several empty chafing dish servers even after they brought food out, and this was an hour before they were supposed to accept their last reservation. The food quality was mediocre at best definitely do not recommend. I'm sure after this review, a bunch of the friends of the restaurants will refute this, but I'm telling the truth. unfortunately not a good experience for the mothers in our family or anyone else really. Additionally, because we were a party of 7 there was a 20% gratuity added to the bill. For that the waitress brought glasses and two pitchers of water. Had to flag down a waitress that became obviously annoyed that we stopped her to ask for coffee. That buffet should have been as full and fresh as when it opened! We basically had leftovers. Really annoying, hope other mothers had a better experience. read more

A grand diner that is actually much larger than it looks on the outside. Very clean and spacious. A great selection of breakfasts, both sweet and savory. Also a bar for those that want to enjoy a Bloody Mary or mimosa. They also provide you with Granny Smith apple slices and a maple cream cheese mix. That is so delish and holds you over. I ordered the steak and Chimichurri and it came with eggs, toast, and potato. It was a large steak, at least 10 ounces. The service was fantastic and everyone was kind and helpful.
