I'm 22 and I went out of my way to make a yellowpages account. It was that bad. I saw that there was only 3 reviews there before me and I thought it didnt do justice. Only had to read half of one of them before I thought "no--that is absolutely enough". I've never had a bad pizza hut experience until I moved 1 month ago. And now I have 3. But who would know because THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE FOR ANYTHING. Like anything at all. Actually thats not true, the first time I ever called it was an hour before scheduled close and they answered, yelled something completely incoherent, and hung up. The next time i ordered through doordash, didnt get my soda no big deal honestly I assumed it was a dasher malfunction. BUT THEN I ordered through pizza huts website today, and 6/8 of my items nowhere to be found. Turns out they delivered with doordash, which I was trying to avoid, and doordash ended up issuing me a full refund which is great HOWEVER it wasnt until after I spent an hour perusing through pizza huts portal and calling the store location to figure out how to get the rest of my order delivered. And the cherry on top of all of this is that my fettuccine alfredo came, it did I will admit that, but I took one bite and was like wtf so I stab my fork in the middle and pulled up and THE ENTIRE TOP HALF OF THE DISH WAS JUST A SOLID HUNK OF CHICKEN AND CHEESE AND IT CAME OUT AND EVERYTHING UNDERNEATH IT WAS JUST WET SOPPY NOODLES I MEAN WET like it just looked like revenge milked noodles if you clearly know what I mean anyways I choked out the first bite after seeing that and got online to write this. read more

The pizza was good but the tots were soggy. According to their commercial, they are both supposed to be soggy. Then the driver charged me an $8 delivery fee. The manager said should have been $5. The pizza and tots should have been maybe $15 and change but I was charged $26. If you order the tots, make sure they are not soggy like their TV ad says. read more

I ordered two pizzas and 2 double orders of cheese sticks for a group of children that were at my house. When my food was delivered, I only received one order of cheese sticks. I called the store and was told they would send my food out. 20 minutes later, I received a call from the driver who told me it would be over an hour. Over an hour for a missing item for a house full of kids. I called the store and was told I had two options. Either wait an hour for my food OR receive a refund for the items I did not receive. I called the store back and was put on "hold". However, the "manager" on duty just put the phone down. Not only was there yelling and screaming in the background, she proceeded to take an order with me sitting on the other line, repeated an entire credit card number, expiration date, and CVV. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS. When I told her that these two options would not work for me, she proceeded to tell me that those were my only choices. That they were very busy and that was all she would do for me. I told her how unprofessional I found her demeanor, that I could hear her reading credit card numbers back to a customer, and how disappointed I found her customer service. She responded by saying "I have excellent customer service and will make sure to tell me GM to ban you from ever ordering again" STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Horrible service! Ordered and received a text that my pizza was out for delivery. I called an hour after I received the text and was told that it will arrive within 40 minutes. My pizza sat in the oven box for 1 hr and 40 minutes. Plus I had to pay for deliver. Also, she said it was because I ordered online that my pizza was late. If I wanted to talk to anybody who could help me I would have to wait until Wed (it was Sunday that I ordered). Ordered online for delivery and started calling 90 min later. Called a total of 4 times. Every time they answered the phone and hung up at least once. Two times they said it was out for delivery. The last time I called (2 hours after placing order) they said it was just leaving store soon. I asked them when we could expect it and he said "I don't know". Absolute joke, ordered a pizza and breadsticks to be delivered to the Ingleside hotel took 11 minutes to order. They then said it would be here within the hour. An hour and a half later it turns out the driver gave it to someone in the hallway that said they knew us and would bring it to us. Really? Can't believe how inept the employees at this location are. How do you not deliver to the room number that was given? Do yourself a favor and order from Toppers Pizza instead. read more

So I was working today(yesterday now - 22May20 around Noonish), went to grab lunch(Pizza Hut), carryout. I walked in and an employee was grabbing my order and working on cashing me out. He was having a hard time with the computer system and I could tell. I wasn't in any rush, I was pondering on my robot development as I waited anyways. He looked up and said, "I'm sorry, I'm new and don't know the system very well" - I was like "No worries man, take your time." - After a few more attempts and trying to figure it out, he goes and grabs what I presume to be the manager/leadership of the location. The manager comes out and immediately starts chastising him in front of me. I'm thinking to myself, uh WTF. Normally I try to reserve judgement of people or their actions because everyone makes mistakes but this one was so jacked. To all leaders/management out there. If you think that it's ok to do something like this to your subordinates, then you had no business being in a leadership position to begin with. Part of being a good manager is to understand how to treat people. There is a time and place for reprimanding and in front of a customer is definitely not one of them. If you take care of your people, more often then not they will take care of you. The least you can do is make it somewhat enjoyable for them to come into a job they may not like but need. --Pewaukee Pizza Hut Leadership Needs to review this, the complaint has already been lodged at corporate. read more

After waiting 2.5 hours for our delivery, my kids and myself would have eaten just about anything. This, however, could not even be considered food, and I would't feed it to a dog. This was without doubt the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. My kids spit up their first bite, and I nearly choked on mine, having to literally cough the piece out of my throat. I understand things don't always go as they should in the food industry, but when you provide your customer with a completely unedible product, you provide a full refund. The manager refused to issue a refund, however, and as a result I will now be taking this to my credit card company and corporate headquarters. If you can't fight off that craving, I'd at least suggest you stay away from the location on Capitol Drive. Personally, I will never visit a Pizza Hut again after this experience. read more

The team was very friendly and wanted to make sure I got the best deal for my money. We always enjoy the pizza and never really had a bad experience. The restaurant itself is really clean and well-kept. The only recommendation if I could make one is to get an updated soda machine to get more variety like other restaurants are starting to get. read more

Yeah, so very disappointing pizza tonight. I realize that this is Pizza Hut so not expecting gourmet pizza, but my pizza was both cold and undercooked. One pizza was hand-tossed and the other pan, and both were just barely done which means that instead of the nice crispy crust I was hoping for, I got soggy doughy crust. I think they must have been running behind because my pizza was delivered about 15 minutes after the projected delivery time, but I really would have rather waited an extra 10 minutes or so to ensure my crust was cooked correctly. On 2/3/2018, my brother-in-lay called at around 5:30 - 5:45 to place an order for 8 pizza's for his daughters 9th birthday. Was told the delivery could take up to 3 hours. About 2 hours in, called for an update on pizza and was told due to weather, she was not sending delivery drivers out. Asked why we were not called and notified of this and the owner / operator could not give a reason and became very rude. To be expected, my brother-in-law became upset and hung up on her. When my husband called to see why we were not called, she began with excuses that the order was taken by a call center .. blah, blah, blah. No apologies, no reason why we were not contacted. Conversation between owner / operator (Lilly) and my husband became heated. I, then called to find out the store # and how i could file a complaint and she became rude with me and said I was making threats .. which I was not. She refused to give me store info and said she called the cops on us. In all my years, I have NEVER has such HORRIBLE customer service. I will note that we ordered from Rocky Rocco's and their service was AWESOME and saved my nieces birthday party. read more

We put in a delivery order. 20 mins after estimated arrival we called to check on everything. They said the driver didn't feel comfortable coming up to the door. We have toppers, Chinese, etc delivered all the time and they seem to have no concerns about coming up to a house off the main drag right next to the police station. tried the new bacon stuffed crust pizza. absolutely revolting if you value "real" ingredients. pretty sure the bacon was "bacos" and the cheese in the stuffed crust was DEFINITELY not mozzarella - some kind of cream cheese concoction. I love pizza, not even particularly fussy. Been known to eat a Tombstone or Jacks a time or two. Add on greasy and very soggy crust. Soooo disappointed. Commercial on TV looked so good.
