Stopped here after a 30+ year hiatus with this pizza. Fond memories from my college days in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Sadly the location at my school went away long ago. So, on a recent trip to Milwaukee this was a must stop for the memories alone. Must say it was the same as I remember and very tasty pizza. Location was quiet and not real busy. Would go back again. Absolutely horrific experience. My dad brought my 3-year-old daughter to Rocky Rococo - New Berlin today, and they served her a carton of milk that had expired FOUR MONTHS AGO -- in MARCH. It's JULY. Within minutes of drinking it, she began projectile vomiting inside the restaurant. It was terrifying. She's a toddler -- her little body couldn't handle that level of spoilage. I'm beyond angry and heartbroken that a place serving families and children would be this careless. How is expired milk from MARCH even still in your fridge? How is there no system in place to prevent something this dangerous from happening? This isn't a minor mistake. This is complete negligence and a serious health risk. And to make it worse, the staff showed zero urgency or compassion. No apology, no concern, no action. Just blank stares like this was normal. This could have been a medical emergency. You're lucky it wasn't worse. I will never set foot in that restaurant again, the health department WILL be notified -- because clearly food safety is not being taken seriously. Parents: BEWARE. If they'll serve a toddler 4-month expired milk, they'll serve anything. read more

Rocky's pizza still tastes as good as I remember it. My daughter got a kids meal, which includes a slice, soda and treat for five bucks. The treat was a small bag of teddy grahams. But I still thought it was a nice little treat. I had the "motherlode" which was a bigger slice with a stuffed crust. We both loved our food. The restaurant was clean and the woman at the counter was friendly. I recommend this place. read more

The pizza was ready on time it was a take home order. The bread sticks were so soft and mushed into the tiny cup it looked very odd to see them that way. The pizza seemed under cooked. Very doughy! Rocky Rococo was part of my college experience at UW-Madison. Going to "Rocky's on State Street" was as routine as going to class. The usual order was a slice of cheese & sausage and a whole wheat muffin with an ice cold pat of butter. My roommate always got Sausage and Roni and recommended it, but at that time I never tried it. Sometime after graduating I tried the Sausage and Roni Super Slice and it has been my slice of choice since. There's a lot of nostalgia for me when I go to Rocky Rococo...and, I love supporting them. read more

I was in to pick up a DoorDash order, the lady with blonde hair hands me a empty cups and say what it was I told her we are not to fill drinks. We only pick up orders other driver who are doing it are scared to say no. If I was a customer and I knew the driver filled my drink I would be mad. I was at your new Berlin store today to get a heart shape pizza as i do-every year. I arrived . at 5 pm was met @ the door by a young girl (employee) who said they were not taking any orders until 5:30, I said ok and went inside to wait. At 5:30 I went up to the counter to order, and this time was told by an older woman that now I can't ORyder till 6 pm. I was pretty annoyed at this point but, I waited again. At 5:45 a man walks in goes up to the counter to order 2 pizzas and breadsticks, the kid at counter said to him were not taking orders until 6, and the guy is like so I cant order? the kid proceeds to take his order and the man walks out. he waited like. 2 minutes, meanwhile there was still people waiting over an hour for their pizzas. This is not acceptable and something need's to change next year. I finally got a pizza and breadsticks and left, and there were people still waiting to order. Your managers need more training I hold them accountable not the teenagers they had taking orders and calling out numbers out of order. read more

Great pizza. The bread is what does it for me. The pizza's are about an inch thick. I don't normally like sausage on my pizza but Rocky's has great italian sausage - very flavorful. Rocky's slices are light on sauce, if you like that sort of style. The lunch combos are always a good deal - for about $5 and some change you get a slice of pizza, breadsticks or salad and a soda. Rocky's is one of the only suburban Milwaukee restaurants I know of that serve sliced pizza. read more

I Normally like Rocky's, but I went here about two years ago. The person who took our order and handling the money come out while we were eating with ice for the soda machine. She dumped the ice in the top and spread it around with her bare hands. That turned me off for two years. I went in yesterday to get a take out slice (no drink). I ordered a slice and an order of breadsticks. I got home and no breadsticks in the bag. So, not sanitary for eat-in, and I get shorted for take-out. I won't stop at this location again. Worst place to eat or work at I use to work there and the managers are rude the floor is never cleaned and they never clean the pans your pizza comes in they just scrape the oil out of it and the meatballs are frozen when they arrive in the back read more
