A friend of mine recommended we get Marco's Pizza recently, and I am completely hooked. This pizza is SO GOOD and I have unfortunately had it more than once a week for the past month. What I really like about their pizza is the ingredients are very fresh. I used to get pizza from Domino's and yes it was usually cheaper but the toppings didn't always taste great. The pizza is also not greasy at all, which I never realized I hated with other pizza places. Greasy foods leave me coughing w lot for an hour or so after eating, but this pizza feels lighter and doesn't upset my stomach. As for the price, I think it's cheap for how good it is. They have plenty of deals for cheap two topping pizzas, but getting a medium with four toppings and garlic crust and using a coupon code was ten dollars and it was way more filling than any large cheap pizzas I've had from other places. The staff at this location are great too. Super friendly, funny, and I love that they always show you the pizza before handing it off. As someone who doesn't eat meat I really appreciate not having to find out when I'm home that there's meat accidentally on my pizza! They also have punch cards and you get two punches on Tuesday and you get punches for even small pizzas. It's a great deal. If you haven't tried it I urge you to. You'll be hooked! My only complaint is I wish there was one closer to Bay View so I could be lazy and order delivery! read more

Buying a pizza from them and finding hair in it...they deserve ZERO stars. I asked what they do to prevent this...and after a very long pause the manager says "uhhhh we have hair nets". But the rub is, NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WEAR HAIR NETS. They don't even wear hats. Nope!!! Won't be getting pizza from them again. And they need to clean that damn restaurant. It's filthy. read more

Marco's Pizza was a family favorite when we were in Atlanta, so imagine our surprise when we found out last week that there was a location nearby. We went to the West Allis store and the pizza, cheese bread, marinara sauce and wings were just as delicious as they were in Atlanta. Pizza was fantastic. We got the Lg thin crust with sausage, mushroom and onion it had just the right amount of sauce not too much not too little. The crust was tasty, lots of cheese and toppings and it was a delicious pizza. The garlic bread was actually like a small round loaf of bread and was extremely tasty as well. Let me just start by saying I didn't go into this with high expectations. We bought the heart-shaped pizza for Valentine's Day and weren't impressed. We had ordered ahead of time for a pizza that wasn't ready, small and paper thin but it was tasty so when a coupon came across for the 4th of July, I thought we should give Marco's another try. Heart-shaped pizzas are highly sought after on Valentine's Day and I have had worse experiences so I couldn't judge them solely on probably their busiest day of the year. Plus, we got a free movie rental that night too! We ordered online a large, thick-crust (garlic Parmesan) pepperoni pizza with a pickup time of 15 minutes. Online ordering was awesome! I loved the many options you could add to your pizza- everything from the garlic/ parmesan crust to extra sauce and even multiple ways to cook and cut your pizza! I wouldn't have thought of some of these things so I was happy to be prompted to take advantage of more options than just pepperoni. Arriving to Marco's approximately 15 minutes later, a couple of girls were placing their order ahead of me. After waiting a couple of minutes, another employee stepped up and helped us (the girls weren't anywhere near done yet). The employee checked for my pizza and said it wasn't done yet but just as she said that I spotted the cook cutting up a pizza that looked like ours (I know, pepperoni pizzas are super rare!) and as soon as it was boxed it up and confirmed to be ours, we were on our way back home. Perfect timing! Now the real test was how did it taste? It was waaaayyyyy better than that first pizza! The thick crust really made a difference, especially when you add on that garlic Parmesan topping. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese and pepperoni, and my daughter said it was really yummy. The large pizza lasted us a couple of days because the thick crust was more filling but really, the flavor was just amazing! Marco's always has great coupons for pizzas and free movie rentals next door at family video. The quality of pizza is well worth a stop and may as well get a free movie rental out of it if you can! read more

First time ordering! The phone app needs work. We would've ordered breadsticks, but couldn't find them. We got 2 large pizzas. White Cheezy, good... added banana peppers, which were too spicy. Also got a custom, which was also good... could've used more cheese. Only dipping sauce found on app was garlic. No ranch? Order was perfectly correct. Also ordered, brownies. Nothing special there... sauce on top was overkill fake chocolate and made them mushy. Perfect delivery... thanks, Joseph! From order to delivery took 40 min on a Friday night... great! We got the meat lovers and pepperoni magnifico. It was so delicious! The classic pepperoni was curled up and toasted which made it pretty much the most amazing thing ever!! My kids devoured it. It was so good that my husband and I decided to order it for dinner the next week when we both got home from work late. On a cold and snowy night, I dejectedly made my way towards the Family Video to return a truly exceptional film that I had not had the time to watch in the mere 24 hours it was in my possession. I grumpily exited my vehicle and watched the clunky plastic DVD case slip through the slot and out of my life. It was at this time that the smell of freshly melted cheese and sweet tomato sauce clouded my senses and led my weary body to the door of Marco's Pizza... here is where my tale begins. Whilst entering I began to look over the large poorly designed menu boards. I was deliberating between the preconceived pizzas or dining on my own creation. Suddenly the sound of an 18 year old growing into his voice pipes snapped me out of my cheesy coma. He recommended the thin crust. He recommended the white sauce. I created my own pie with white sauce, tomatoes, spinach, feta cheese and black olives. "Great choices", the man mused. "Is that all?" I replied that yes, that completed my order. "What's this?" he proclaimed. "A coupon for free cheesy bread? It's your lucky day!" and he winked from beneath his green visor. I smiled and thanked him for his greasy generosity. "See you in ten minutes". I sauntered through the Family Video for a second time in two days and found a suspiciously disgusting Kevin Smith film sulking in the back of the store. I quickly rented it and returned to the parlor next door. My new number one fan was nowhere to be seen. I waited about 10 minutes exchanging polite banter with the man behind the counter, when I felt a cold rush sweep over my legs. I raised my eyes, hair billowing in the snowy breeze and locked eyes with my main man. He swooped over to the heating lamps and began to pull my pizza box from underneath. "Wait!" exclaimed the man slicing my free cheesy bread, "that order is not finished yet!". Senor Suave retreated and smiled at me. When the bread was boxed and the pizza was sliced he seductively slid it over the counter towards me. "Would you like any dipping sauces?" he cooed. "I should be fine, but thank you". "Free of charge..." he added. I again promised I would be fine with the grease pit of a meal I was about to indulge in. "Well, can I text you?". Well. Can. I. Text. You. 18 year old Kelly felt a blush rush over her cheeks and I nervously stuttered "No thanks" again and scurried out of the building. When I later made it home and opened my boxes, sitting there unassumingly - two dipping sauces. Free of charge. We were tipped off to Marco's from my sister who is a fan but we didn't try their food until we received a coupon in the weekly circular. Since then, we've ordered delivery from Marco's about 5 times. The pizza we get is hand tossed with the old world pepperoni (thicker cut and smaller diameter than traditional pepperoni). Amazing! They offer crust toppers that add extra flavor to your pizza experience. We typically get the garlic crust and it's extremely flavorful. Their cheese sticks are extremely comparable to Topperstix which I love - cheesy and doughy goodness. We usually place our order online; their website is extremely easy to navigate and you can place your order easily. We've never waited over 30 minutes for delivery and the pizza comes extremely hot. The delivery drivers are cordial and friendly. I have called Marco's on a few occasions with follow up questions to make sure our order was correct and everyone answering the phone was extremely helpful. We are very satisfied with Marco's and will continue to order from here. read more

We had really mixed feelings about our overall experience with Marco's tonight. Following is a list of the big WINS and big LOSSES: Cade answered the phone and was very courteous to my girlfriend who made the order. The two pizzas arrived within a reasonable period of time and very fresh. The crust tasted fresh and the old world pepperoni is awesome and fun. They offer a free crust topper which is a kind of brush on-the-crust topping which is free. We asked for the same crust topper for both, but only only one came with it. Additionally, the 2 liter we ordered did not come with the initial delivery so our AWESOME delivery driver Nicole was super apologetic and explained the soda was not placed with her delivery bundle for us and realized as she walked up to our door. She was amongst the BEST delivery drivers I've ever encountered and so personable. Super impressive! So.. she explained she would go right back to the store and get the missing soda. Which she did.. so impressive. As my GF and I opened the pizza boxes we were disappointed by a few things: -One of the pizzas we ordered did not have the garlic crust topper (as previously mentioned). -The other pizza had one of the toppings wrong, but we felt bad so we didn't want to mention it. Also, when we ordered we were told that each pizza came with free dipping sauces, which we did not receive. We called the store hoping that we could catch the delivery driver before she left to come back with our missing soda. When we called, Taylor said the sauce issue would be corrected. When Nicole came back with the soda we realized she never received the message about the missing sauce. She again promised she would make her way back around, even though we told her she didn't need to. She did come back for the third time with the missing sauce so we gave her an extra tip. The only redeeming quality of this place was the delivery drivery, NICOLE. Top notch girl. On my first experience with Marco's I was going to come on here and give them a one star. I'm glad I didn't. The first go round wasn't great. The wings seemed soggy, the website reset my order enough times that I wound up with the wrong sauce and the specialty philly cheese steak pizza had no flavor at all. But due to laziness and it being the closest pizza place to my house, I gave them another shot. I've since ordered 3 times from Marco's and it's been great every time. I steer clear of the specialty pizza and order more traditionally and it's been excellent pizza. I also get their chicken dippers instead of wings which is fantastic. The price is very reasonable, especially if you do one of the pizza, cheese bread, wings kind of deals. Plus they give you free movie rentals so that's a nice perk. read more

Marco's had quickly become our favorite pizza place! We always go with old standbys, regular crust sausage and thin crust pepperoni. The sauce is light and flavorful, the meat is really good (big chunks of sausage), and the cheese is gooey and warm and amazing! We also really love the cheesy bread, which you can frequently find coupons for free! They always have great deals available and it's easy top order online. OH! And you can get a free movie at the family video next door with your purchase! I don't know who's brilliant idea that was, but nice job. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Placed an order for $30 delivery and received my order and my large pepperoni pizza didn't have pepperoni on it. Called the store to talk to the manager and was told he couldn't help with the order and when asked his name he said he didn't have to disclose it. worst customer service I've ever gotten! Will never order from this bus again. The pizza is fantastic WHEN IT'S MADE RIGHT! The last 4 times we've ordered, one or both of our pizzas have been wrong. Missing toppings is the main issue. It sucks to pay extra for mushrooms then not get other toppings that were supposed to come on the pizza (Every time). Worst customer experience. They forgot an item then I had to go back and they gave me all a full attitude and even blamed it on me, when it should be their job to make sure their customers have everything and are satisfied, if I'm correct. All three of their present employees were very unprofessional and yelling at me...literally kicking me out for correcting their mistake. If there was a way to give Marco's Pizza zero stars, I would. They are nothing but a disappointment. This place started out so great and I was so happy to have them within our delivery area....at first. Tonight I called for a delivery and was told that due to the rain, they were not delivering because the delivery driver had a tire that wasn't working right. In my opinion, that place houses PEOPLE that don't work right! I would advise everyone to go anywhere else but Marco's for food. Lets me start off by saying,giving 5 stars is very rare for me. Wish I knew about this place sooner... Today was our first time here, and lets just say, I was very satisfied. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and very informative. I got a great deal here and would recommend people to check this place out. The pizza was very good. The taste was full of flavor and the family was pleased. We were given a deal for a free movie and Marco's staff offered to keep our pizzas warm while we went next door to get our free selection. I honestly know about how to deliver customer service, and all I can say is that the staff at both places exceed the expectations. I enjoyed our experience from placing the order over the phone to the end. The food was outstanding, nothing needed to be tweaked. Kudos to the staff and hopefully the management will view this response and pass the info on to you.
