Detroit style pizza is my current favorite (I say current because this is something that changes--I go in phases and am currently solidly in a Detroit phase) and that's what Jet's serves up. If you order, do it online. They have multiple crust options, multiple sauce options, and multiple dippers--not to mention toppings. Their online ordering system makes it easy. We typically order a four or eight corner deep dish. Most recently, we got an 8 corner with feta, kalamata olives, mushrooms, and onion. It was great. We also typically order their greek salad. Their medium salad is plenty for two people (probably even three). A big salad and a piece of pizza? What's not to love? The service is always quick. It's a take out shop so no dining inside, just order ahead and you can grab your pizze and go. Get to it. read more

This was a door dash order one of our vendors sent us for lunch as a thank you kind of lunch and they picked the pizzas that were sent over. We received a cheese pan pizza, a bacon chicken bbq pan pizza and a BLT pizza. I tried the,BLT pizza which was on a thinner crust than the pan styles and it was a horrible cardboard, hard crust. The toppings were ok but the mayo for the sauce was so thin that the flavor was completely lost compared to a good BLT sandwich. The bbq chicken pan pizza was like a loaf of bread with a thin layer of toppings drizzled with a way too sweet commercial bbq sauce. The plain pan cheese pizza was the best we all agreed because the crust was soft with red sauce and a thin layer of cheese. Overall I'm no fan of this pizza chain at all and I don't think it's very good so I don't see myself ever eating here again and it's way too much crust and more like glorified cheese bread. read more

Having moved from LA to the Midwest jets Pizza was new to me and boy do I shout out my first neighbor who recommended this place as a good "fast food" pizza spot. It has become my favorite to-go pizza joint. Their Detroit style pizza is always so fluffy and crunchy and the suave and cheese are really good. The staff is always busy but ensure that your order is ready to go in a timely manner. The West Allis location has the worst customer service ever. Placed an order at 10A and was informed ETA of 1 hr. After 11:30, I called to check on the order and was informed that the driver had left 15 minutes ago and should be there shortly. 1 hour later, still no driver, and the employee stated he was not answering and informed me to check back in 30 mins. Called back and was informed that the driver completed the order. We have a locked lobby, so he can't get in without being let in. Went to check the lobby just to see if he left an order, no food anywhere. Called back and a different employee informed me that the driver was late to another order and GAVE OUR FOOD TO THE OTHER CUSTOMER....Really.....Spoke to manager Max, who called me by another name, who stated the driver did not do that. Nice Options! I've known about this place for years and finally tried it when my work ordered it for lunch. I've ordered it twice since then! I like that they have all of the different options as far as what you can put on the crust, my favorite, of course, would be the garlic crust. I absolutely love it! My mom loves the poppy seed crust. It's also nice that they have many options as far as what type of crust, thin, thick, deep dish, NY style, and more. I tried the buffalo chicken ranch and chicken parmesan, I was very pleased with both! I actually liked those better than when I customized my own the second time. The pizza was ok, yet a bit overdone and beginning to dry out. The turbo sticks were ok, but this is Wisconsin (needs more cheese!). Service was timely, but not the deal I expected. I ordered via text as instructed on the website to save 15%. I texted my order and included in my text that I had a ($25.00 Jet's Certificate) to also use. The confirmation was given for my order and a time was given for pick-up. Upon pick-up the assistant said he needed to call the manager to get approval for the certificate. He then told me they didn't accept the Jet's $25 certificates any longer. I had ordered the extra side item based on having the gift certificate. I considered just leaving, but that's not who I am. I paid for my order, but I won't be supporting their business again. It is unfortunate that better customer service isn't in place at the West Allis, WI location. Very surprising that I got horrible service here. I called in and she said it would be 45 mins to 1 hour to deliver the pizza. I waited until an hour and a half and then called and they said it would be delivered in 10 mins. Waited another 20 minutes and still nothing. So i called again and they said they had JUST put the pizza in the oven!! Like WHAT!! So i went up there and got a discount because people are there lying about when the pizza will be delivered and or cooked. I have written a review for the West Allis location previously. Since then, I have gone from leaving 5 stars to 2. Unless you are picking up your order, do not count on all items being delivered. Multiple times, the sauces have been forgotten. Another time, the soda. The staff is professional when I have called about the missing items; quickly offering a refund or credit to the account. I've never heard of Jets until they opened their location over 5 years ago. The first time I had it was ordered for our department at work and immediately I was hooked especially after having the turbo crust. I always order the turbo crust and wouldn't have it any other way. I have no problem ordering take out from them because it's worth the 15 minute drive. Not to mention their everyday slices they sell. Two of them always gets the job done and I have always been greeted when I come up to pick up my order. I've loved Jets since they opened n my daughter worked there, been ordering ever since, but lately whoever is cooking has been making my pizza with brown cheese( it's ALWAYS been white) it tastes horrible! The first time they brought me a new pizza, (white cheese) the second time I just didn't eat it. Jet's Pizza in west allis is one our favorite pizza places in the neighborhood and our choice if we want great pan pizza. They are on the pricier side but their food is definitely worth it. Ordered delivery using the online website for the company on a Friday and they actually beat the recommended time on their website by about 10 minutes. Food was hot. The food may have been okay if the customer service didn't suck. We ordered keto piazzas. If you're unfamiliar, it's a crustless pizza. We ordered on line. One question is whether or not you'd like cheese. You opted for cheese. We pick it up, put it in the oven and bake it to pull it out and discover that there is not one shred of cheese on one of them, and about a tablespoon of cheese on the other. So what we basically have is pizza sauce and ingredients baked in a pan. We call the store to be told that we shouldn't have ordered online because there is a glitch. Okay, who would have known that? We're told to call back the next day because no manager is available. We call the next day to be asked why no one told us not to order online. We're told that now, the manager has no power to help us, that we must call corporate. We call corporate the next day to be told that they can't help us, someone has to call us back during the week. It's the end of Monday and NO ONE has called us back! I'm calling my bank to reverse the charge. Three phone calls in, working on a fourth and still no refund or new pizza. The pizza was so bad that we could see the tray through the pizza. $28 for sauce, onions, green peppers, mushrooms and green olives. Literally $3 of ingredients, uncooked. I can't believe this place has so few reviews!! I had the opportunity to try Jets Pizza recently. My employers ordered it for a professional lunch. They repeated many times that it was a new restaurant for them and they wanted an honest opinion. An honest opinion is what they got. "Please order again!" I know that some people feel that pizza is just pizza, and in some respects it is. What this place does well is offer a plethora of different types of pizza and they are all good. I had the opportunity to try two types of pizza (there were many different options but this girl can only handle 2 large pieces.. Sorry). I tried the grilled chicken pizza and the BLT pizza. They were both exceptional however I absolutely loved the BLT Pizza. Yes.. You heard it right. Bacon, lettuce, tomato pizza with mayo sauce. It was delicious. They were generous with the bacon as well which was greatly appreciated. I know pizza is pizza, but I was really impressed with the flavor of the sauce, the different varieties of pizza available, and the freshness of the taste. If you are looking for a new pizza spot, I recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. read more

I had politely called the West Allis location to describe that my pizza had came wrong and instead of trying to help me come up with a solution the manager whoever I spoke with there just kept on repeating that I was the one who made the air not them so in other words it was kind of my problem not theirs and I didn't get money back or any solution or anything so I was told to give you guys a notification and let you know that my ticket number was 190 that says that the text order we ordered it at 9:21 phone number is 414-755-9316 it was a prepaid order and it was not satisfied at all I wasn't given a solution to either have a discount or get another one order the way we wanted it instead we ordered breadsticks and plain cheese pizza together so it's basically eating cheese and bread together I had asked for sausage throughout the whole pizza with half pineapple and sausage and the other half and all I got was half cheese the other half sausage and pepper and pineapple I was not handled respectfully politely was not even offered any options I was just told a quote on quote that I was probably ordered it wrong online that I supposedly typed it in wrong when I read back exactly what I wrote and he said that it should have had sausage throughout I told him I would send him a picture to show that it had half and still kept making me feel as if I was too stupid to order it myself so I'm calling to let you know please call me back at 414-755-9316 with the response or not at all it doesn't matter I won't ever be recommending your place ever again read more

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I placed an order online and over an hour later got a text message saying "your order has been cancelled". When I called the store to inquire, I was told because they were out of one item from my order then the whole order was cancelled. What?!?! You don't think to pick up a phone and call someone to discuss instead of just cancelling the order?? 8pm at night and I now have to figure out a quick dinner for my kids before bed. We've ordered three times from Jet's, and we're going to stop. The pizza tastes amazing, but the customer service has been awful. We have only ordered delivery. The first delivery was supposed to be contactless, but the driver came into our front porch without a mask, made us open the door while he was still there, then made us sign for the pizza. The second was without incident besides being late. This third (and final) time we ordered at 5 for our son's birthday. I waited by thr front door around 5:45 door delivery and waited about another hour. Wait time was supposed to be an hour. When we called, we were told the delivery was already done. We told them it wasn't (we even have a security camera in the front), and the manager said the driver confirmed it on GPS. Maybe they were nearby, but definitely not our house. The manager wouldn't take the blame at all. Anyways, we're done and not coming back. Good pizza, bad service. This was the West Allis location. read more

Unfortunately, my husband and I had the worst customer service experience we have ever came across. We had ordered from our local Jets Pizza for as long as we can remember, years. We had ordered our normal 8 corner jets pizza, delivery, a week before this incident occurred and our pizza was missing toppings and the order was incorrect. Because of this the manager said that he would put a credit for our pizza on our account. We placed an order for our pizza this past Sunday 3/13 for delivery and used our credit. When the pizza was delivered, unfortunately again the order was wrong. We didn't receive the correct toppings, I called the store- asked to speak to a manager. The managers name was "Erin" "Aaron" she said. I explained how the pizza was wrong and the first thing she says is that this is now the second time im calling in and she doesnt believe me and called me LIAR over the phone! I said miss this is only the second time im calling because our order from the previous week was incorrect and now again the order is wrong. She continued to call me a "liar", word for word, said she does not believe me and "tuff sh*t" that there was nothing that would be done. When i had asked for the name of the owner and to speak to him she was continuously laughing with other employees at the store and whispering to them while on the phone with me and then hung up. I couldn't believe that this was a manager I had spoken to. I went to the store, brought the pizza back, untouched, and another employee remade the pizza. He was great. However, I had ordered delivery, so to have to go to the store to prove I'm not lying about pizza toppings and to deal with the worst service already was so very disappointing and discouraging. While waiting for the correct pizza to be made- the same manager was there, laughing, pointing, and giving me looks and weird stares the whole entire time. She was a shorter blonde, younger girls. It's sad to say i had to watch the pizza be prepped and cooked because i thought this "manager" would do something to the pizza. I called the store the following day and spoke to a different male manager who said the owners name was Nate and that he's on vacation in Florida. Were waiting to hear back from the owner. Let me start off by saying that I'm originally from Detroit, and I'm sorry Milwaukee natives, but the food scene there is something I miss everyday. Jets originated in Michigan, and I make it a point to visit every time I go home. The amount of excitement that came over me when I found out that we now have one in Milwaukee was ridiculous. I stopped in on my lunch and grabbed my favorites. The antipasto salad has tons of toppings; black olives, salami, ham, tomatoes, moz cheese. So perfect! Jets italian dressing is some of the best. Everything was super fresh too. I also got jets sticks which were delicious. They have the thickness of the deep dish pizza, and they are covered in various cheeses. The dipping sauce is slightly sweet, and my favorite out of any pizza chain. If it wasn't so early in the day I would've definitely got an original deep dish pizza! When I picked up my food one of the owners saw my detroit lions lanyard, and we both had a moment because it turns he's from Michigan too. It's a rarity to find lions fans around these parts so I was pumped. Very nice guy! I guess I'm biased, but try Jet's and you'll definitely understand why. read more
