Pizza Shuttle - Great place for a group, had a fun. Will definitely come back - Pizza Near Me - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Unfortunately this was the worst experience I've ever had in 22 years of being a customer. I purchased half a pound of boneless wings and received the TINIEST wings I've ever seen, and the chive wedges were undercooked without any seasoning or chives. The 16 inch thin crust pizza was excellent as usual, but based on the wings and chives I don't think I'll return anytime soon. Hopefully improvements will follow. read more

I ordered a 12-in sausage pan pizza today. Two slices didn't have any meat, one had one meatball in the entire pizza was just bad. Very little cheese and less sausage but a lot of dough! I paid $19 for a $2 Pizza. Live and learn. read more

Pretty much a "meh" option for pizza and wings. The price isn't bad but reflects in the overall quality. The service was pretty lackluster as well. Nobody was that friendly and honestly felt like it was being run by a few people off the street. Maybe I just came on an off day but just wasn't impressed. read more

Pizza Shuttle: This Milwaukee exclusive pizza joint is located on the Upper East Side a short distance from UW-Milwaukee. It was founded in 1985 by friends Mark & Lou, but it wasn't until 1995 that Pizza Shuttle moved to its current location. In 2021 it became an employee-owned business. I loved Pizza Shuttle from the time I was an undergrad 15 years ago until 2022 when I got some of the worst customer service in my life (if you dig through my reviews, I posted it in late August or early September of 2022). Just to show you how bad my order was messed up on that visit, I'll include a picture of that pizza compared to the one I picked up recently. Keep in mind, it's supposed to be the exact same order/pizza. Nobody from Pizza Shuttle ever reached out for service recovery (on Google, Yelp, or Instagram). I swore off Pizza Shuttle pizza after that, but I decided that I could give them another shot since I received a coupon that covered all but a couple dollars. What I missed the most about Pizza Shuttle was their thick and chewy garlic butter pizza crust. My custom creation uses that crust, paired with rich and creamy alfredo sauce and plenty of mozzarella cheese. It's still going to take some more time and consistency to win me back as a regular, but this time around it was just as good as the old days. Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews read more

Late night tasty slice --- can recommend without hesitation. Game on! Especially after hitting the bars and catching a show at Shank.

One of the best pizza shops around. They're employee owned. They have great customer service. I had a mistake on an order and it was corrected when I came back in. Super great wings as well. They also have a lot of beers. You can come and just chill eating a slice while watching g tv. The ambience is great. read more

Great daily/weekly deals! They also have On my way for students which is awesome! The pizzas have always been good and very filling! I've also tried the wings and beef and cheese filled raviolis which both have been great as well. The raviolis come with your choice of salad or breadsticks as well. Great portions! read more

I love the vibe of this place. They have a small covered parking area as well as street parking. An elevator to get upstairs for those of us that aren't exceptionally coordinated ‍ This is a place where you walk in and order so it's not a bad idea to look at the menu ahead of time. Lots of awesome options! Our pizza was absolutely delicious! We ordered a large deluxe and had half to take back to Oshkosh for dinner! They have a couple games and a super fun photo booth! This would be a really fun stop for a Bachelor or Bachelorette night starting point! Great for any group outing or just a weekday date like we did! read more

I agree the quality has gone down not only the quality of food but the quality and customer service, I was delivered my pizza which it tastes like they put extra salt on it it's never tasted this salty before and my breadsticks were raw!!! And when I called back to complain or let them know about it the attitude of the young lady was very nonchalant no manager ever came while I waited on the phone whether she informed them or not that a customer complaint was on hold when asked for the website where I can submit photos of my raw dough breadsticks she gave me the wrong website!!! A whole different name.... I would like to post photos of my raw breadsticks I'm trying to figure out how. read more

This place is the worst pizza place I ever been too. Customer service was racist as ever Was 5 mins pass the special so the denied it Then it was 12$ for 1 cold slice of pizza And the cashier charged me 2$ for a small cup of hot sauce and the pizza was semi cold I mean your paying the price of a full pizza for a slice here I don't really get the hype I suggest goin else we're rocky rocos has the same type pizza for less will not return read more

I think 3 stars is a pretty on-point rating for them. It's not the best in Milwaukee, but I can see it being S-tier when you're drunk and out with friends. They deliver SUPER late, which is a plus, and they had my food to me in just over 30 minutes. read more

Amazing food and service! The WINGS are phenomenal. The best in Milwaukee. Hands. Down.

My order has been wrong every single time for 6 years. Finally, got sick of it. Was hung up on 14 times. Told never to order again. Called multiple times. Never received a refund. Told no one in the building could actually give a refund and to wait for the manager to drive in. read more

This review is based on experience on November 2, 2023. Pizza Shuttle is what the front desk at the hotel recommended when I asked what food could be delivered. I figured I would take that no questions asked since these people live in, work in, and know the area. I went online at Pizza Shuttle's website. I saw there was a special that day and ordered it. Options included three types of crust. I appreciate the thin crust option for those of us that want the taste and the grease but don't need extra bread. Delivery was fairly close to the stated estimated time and the delivery driver was plenty polite. read more

Every pizza lover has their favorite place, but it really depends on what type of pizza to order! Pizza Shuttle's thin crust without so many add ons that the crust gets saturated and everything drops to the floor (to a patiently waiting pet dog) is excellent. It's important to note that Pizza Shuttle is employee-owned, which means that they have to stay great for their customers! read more

I just watched a guy eating chicken wings, licking the sauce off from his fingers. He then turned around and put on a pair of gloves without washing his hands. I walked over to ask him why he would do that. He was extremely rude to me and said he put on clean gloves. When I told him he touched the outside of the gloves with his spit covered hands, he replied with "are you a health inspector". I asked for the managers number and he said he was the manager. I'm so disgusted at this point with his behavior. I spoke with another worker in the area and said he would talk to someone about it. I would NOT recommend eating here. I will be reaching out to The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as well. read more

My stomach is still not right! The cheese pizza was so greasy that my daughter decided to not even eat it. We ordered Beef and Jalapeños, our favorite and 2 types of wings. With 20 minutes of eating my husband was on the toilet and my stomach was bubbling. This morning it is still an issue. So disappointed as my husband loved their food. Wings are not the same either. Not cooked the same and maybe smaller which fine. Just overall disappointing and regretful. read more

First time trying this place. Pretty cool atmosphere to watch the basketball game and for kids to play some arcade games. I was shocked to find that I hadn't ever reviewed the Shuttle, given how long I have been stopping in or ordering delivery for work. How unfortunate for them that a less-than-stellar experience is what reminded me to give a review. When it came time to order food for my team's holiday luncheon, Pizza Shuttle came to mind almost instantly. Online ordering is a breeze, the food is always good, and they show up on time. This particular experience is one where only the first two attributes came through as the website was flawless and the food was as tasty as always. My order confirmation indicated that the four pizzas and breadsticks would be there at 12:06 p.m. Fifteen minutes after that time, I decided to call to check on my order. After several minutes of hold time (I got to listen to all of the PSAs twice, yay!), I was connected with someone who checked on my order and confirmed that the driver was already en route. No apology or acknowledgment that the order was pretty far past the delivery time. Given that another 10 minutes passed before the driver phoned me to say he was nearby, I call BS on the en route line. And the driver--while pleasant--did not speak to the large delay, either. I'm not angling for free food, I just want someone to take ownership of the breakdown, especially because this delay affected a dozen people. I'll probably go a different direction the next time we need food for a work meeting. There's someone else that will put forth a bit more effort for my business. read more

We moved my son in for college and needed food. We were happy to treat him to his absolute-most-favorite pizza place around. We had heard great things, so we were excited. The pizza was delivered within an hour of ordering. While he was happy with the chicken/bacon/alfredo pizza, I thought it was just okay. Maybe it was because it lost some luster via delivery. The cheese and sausage pizza was also just okay. All the pizzas looked like they stayed in the oven a minute too long - not burned, but browned and a bit dry. The breadsticks were big, poofy and very buttery. I would have liked more garlic (salt) on them, but they were decent. The menu is huge and toppings are nearly limitless. I'll certainly give this place another shot and see if it lives up to my son's hype! read more

I don't know where to begin. The menu has something like 23 pages and 400 items. Pizza Shuttle's strength is that they deliver to a large service area and all day until the wee hours of the morning. Maybe you went out to da club and you got home and you've got the munchies, call Pizza Shuttle. The food here is tasty but definitely not homemade. Honey, their pizza is super delish! It's not your typical Milwaukee cracker thin crust but rather a light, airy hand tossed sort of crust. So good! Considering ordering from those national pizza chains? No! Don't do that! Order pizza from Pizza Shuttle instead. You'll e glad that you did! I especially love the Mona Lisa pizza, the buffalo wings and the peanut butter chocolate ice cream. read more

I come here every week with my mom for the past 3 years. Unfortunately they decided to make some changes to save money. The pizza slices are half the size, don't taste as good, and even the to go boxes they switched to using do not close (at all). The pizza slices are also always cold nowadays. I am very very very sad about them making these changes this was my favorite spot in Milwaukee. Im giving this 4 as it was solid, with good delivery and staff at 11:30 at night. Have I had better, absolutely, but this was a solid experience. Was in town for a work charity event last weekend and ordered at 11 last Saturday night after my rubber chicken charity dinner (chicken wasn't quite rubber, but close enough). Ordered a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks with a can of soda for $20...a bit steeper than I would have thought, but not bad. Food arrived at my hotel door and it was quick and still hot. Guy was friendly enough a d arrived within 45 minutes. Pizza had nice and crisp pepperoni which I love and it was plentiful, and the breadsticks and a great garlic and seasoned flavor. Would order again if and when back in town without a doubt. read more

The worse! I have never waited so long for a delivery from this place until today! Over 20mins late, when I called I got dismissed and told, "ma'am, it should be there soon" then hung up. My pizza was cold and my sodas were warm when it finally showed up with No Apology. Since the Eastside has over a dozen other places to order Pizza from, I'll be doing just that! Im from Milwaukee and this place has definitely come a long way. The food is good here not just the pizza, if you get here before midnight and the dining area is fun and a cool place to chill with friends. The service is just as good, sometimes you have to pay attention to your number being called because it can get busy and loud in here in that later hours or if there's an event in Milwaukee. read more

Pizza Shuttle has a burger spot within it called "Buddha's Burgers" that is only available for delivery. It's part of pizza shuttle, but has almost a secret menu that isn't listed on it's regular website and can only be found via third party delivery services. Pros: Went with Habanero Ranch Bacon Burger and subbed the cheddar cheese for ghost pepper cheese. Adding on the ghost pepper definitely made this burger one of the spicier that I've ever had, especially considering that the habanero ranch offered some legit kick in it's own right! Bacon was chopped up in bacon bits (I'm assuming the ones they use for the pizza), but was crisp and I think I actually preferred it as opposed to the strips. Cons: Delivery time was CRAZY long. The Uber Eats driver called me and was there for 30 mins waiting on the food, making my delivery over a half hour late. The chips were also awful, as they were the super generic no-name ones you can buy at Wal-Mart. If you're going to opt for things, definitely pay the few extra bucks and get fries/onion rings. All in all, solid bang for your buck ($10), super spicy burger, and very good as late night option. Just be prepared for a wait and some absolutely awful chips. read more
