Do NOT order from this location. I've been ordering from them for years and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they screw up the order. I've reached my limit and will never patronize another Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

My experience was extremely disappointing. The food was served cold, and our orders were incorrect multiple times. The server consistently gave our group disrespectful looks, which made us feel unwelcome throughout the meal. When it came time to check out, several receipts were mixed up, causing some of our orders to be placed on the wrong tabs and creating unnecessary confusion. Overall, the service was unprofessional, disorganized, and far below expectations. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience. read more

we ordered wings, and honestly I don't think there was any chicken in them. Hard, tiny, breading only.. we were very disappointed after spending $ on a dinner we were excited for. On top of that, they forgot some of our order so had to turn around to get our fries and they were the best part of the meal.. read more

Why can't pickup orders be ready when YOU tell us when they are available for pickup????? 15-20 mins late is totally unacceptable especially when there is hardly anyone in your establishment. This place struggles with the basic things. read more

The food was horrible. Naked Chicken strips were barely edible. Hard on one side. And smaller than any chicken strips I ever had. Cheese curds tasted like they were fried in oil that was older than I even want to imagine. We had a nice young man. His 3 rd day on the job. He was awesome. And the TV was way too loud. I had my grandson. He had a cheeseburger and it looked like it was frozen crappy burgers and heated on a greasy grill. C mon! This isn't rocket science. I have been waiting in the front of house for 15 minutes. No one acknowledge me. No one greeted me .

Menu: **** Chicken Wings: ***** Hot Sauce Selections: ***** Beer Selection: **** Service: ***** Atmosphere: ***** (sports and plenty of TV's) I've been a regular here at this location for over a year now which is much further than the location in Waukesha because of the service, and it is about time I write a review. It began with Savannah (with an h), and now with Jaden. Great service by the both of them especially during these trying times in Covid, lack of staff or supplies. Lets face it, I come here for the wings as probably 75% of most people do when they come here. Tuesday is BOGO boneless wings. Thursday is BOGO traditional wings. From very mild to extremely hot sauces with everything in between including on the sweet side and my favorite, dry rubs which is less messy. Ample parking with a great atmosphere if you are looking for sports on TV and a place to relax. Plenty of TV's from any table. What are they marketing to? Sports people...and what do we like with our sports? Nachos, chips and salsa, burgers and of course wings. This is their niche. I've gone to many other places and tried their wings and I have to say, these wings are my favorites. Let's get back to the service... Savannah a year ago took great care of us every week. She is no longer there and now Jaden has been our go to server. They both know our orders (traditional wings, extra crispy, buffalo dry rub, Ranch with carrots and celery, side salad with vinaigrette dressing), great us like Cheers (80'2 sitcom..."Norm!"), stop by to check on our food, keep our waters filled, but most importantly, make us feel like we are appreciated and get to know us. Lack of staff has impacted the wait time to get your food and it isn't the fault of the wait staff. They like all other restaurants, are doing their best with what they have. Sit back, enjoy the atmosphere of sports and the many tv's, trivia, have a drink or come there to talk to one another as you wait for your food and talk about your week. It's Therapy Thursday with Jaden, and she usually has some good perspectives on life at such a young age! Ask for Jaden and don't forget to show them your appreciation with a good tip as they are doing the best they can. read more

Short staffed but a lot of restaurants around here close early and often. Great waitresses trump the mediocre food. I like their hottest wings but they are really only okay. Excellent views for football games. They also seem to take COVID19 precautions more seriously than the rest of this suburb, and this make me think they are pretty clean in the back as well. read more

This location consistently has issues with orders from the app. They seems to always run behind on pick up orders. They only ever have one employee who is drowning. I also have issues with little to no sauce on wings when picking up. read more

As bad as it gets on all levels needs new management. Every time I go in there is some reason why the food can't be made as ordered and the waiters can't provide basic service. There is always a different reason. Disappointing on all levels. Would go there a ton of it was run correctly. read more

Had a poor experience here. The server had to be asked for waters for the table multiple times. My order was wrong when brought to the table. Asked for traditional wings and was served boneless & the fries were cold. I had the strawberry lemonade which was good. It's a BW3. It's close to work. They have food, Sold! Nothing earth shattering here. I come to BW for lunch often enough and i have enjoyed decent food here. They have every sauce imaginable for your wing fix and when I get a wing fix and I'm out at work I come here as it does the job. Not much more you could ask for here really. They do the whole lunch in less than 15 minutes timing thing which is nice because this place has sometimes been beyond slow. Nothing out of the ordinary here. Walking into this BW3 is like walking into any one of them around the Midwest. Typical fare. Not great but not bad either. As this place has a ton of TV's it's not a bad place to catch a game. Only difference is I would find the BW closer to my home should I decide to do that. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Lots on tap - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pewaukee, Wisconsin

In the expansive, suburban wasteland of paved parking lots sits many mediocre chain restaurants such as Applebees, Noodles, Panera Bread and, of course, Buffalo Wild Wings. It's 10:30pm- I mean where can you go when you are in the western suburbs of Milwaukee? We thought we knew what we were getting into as we have been to other BWW before. Not so. We ordered an appetizer platter and a order of wings + beers to wash 'em down. The wings were overcooked, or cooked 5 hours previously only to sit underneath the searing warmth of the heat-lamp until they were served to me. I will give it to them, their hottest, hot wings are pretty hot for a chain restaurant, but when the meat is nearly inedible its not even a consolation for the restaurant. We did enjoy the jalapeno poppers, however, the cheese sauce still had the "skin" on it. Anyone who has worked in a restaurant that made cheese soup or any cheese based liquid knows what the "skin" is. Serving that shit to customers means you weren't paying attention and don't care. On the plus side, huge seasonal beers for only $6.50 is a major reason to go here for game day, get plastered, hop in a car and get a DUI on the way home. Suburbia, shake my head. read more

Upon arrival we found everyone was seated in the bar area. I don't know why no one could sit in the dining area. My guess is to minimize clean up. Our waiter was friendly. We ordered traditional wings & they were dry. Clark Griswold chomping on the Turkey comes to mind. The fries were dry as well. The beer was fine. Also my app wouldn't work correctly inside to log in points or play their game. The app only worked properly to see menu items. Ha ha. We won't be back read more

Awful dine-in experience. Server had to get they're manager to read my I.D. because they didn't know how to read it. Took our drink order and left. I get my beer and then 15mins later out comes my girlfriend's margarita. Shouldn't be that hard to make either. Then the manager comes out, apologizes for the server ( who still hasn't checked in with us) and brings out my girlfriend's food. 20 mins later I get my food. Just an awful experience in general, would recommend not dining in. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I been there 4 times, to include today's visit thinking that it would be a good second and even third time, but that wasn't the case. 1. Service has been less than stellar every single time, and if you're wondering "no it wasn't busy" every time. 2. Wait time was excessive and food has been cold 3. Wings were barely dipped in sauce 4. Blue moon beer today was stale, which tells me they don't monitor their taps 5. Most people who arrived after us received their food before us 6. Upon speaking to the wait staff pertaining to our lack of food service it was brushed off. 7. The waitress was also the bartender when there was plenty of staff standing around looking lazy and doing nothing while she was doing all the work. Kuddos to her!!!! 8. Oh and the kicker.... the reason for food being late was because the "new chicken" sandwich is freshly breaded unlike the wings which are frozen. The sandwich was soggy, lacked flavor, and no joke smelled like feet. 9. Where was the manager??? No where in sight. Such a shame and lack of proper management. We don't win wars this way people. BWWs please spare us the call us for a free meal deal. Give us a refund!! Never again will we go to a Buffalo Wild Wings again. People now a days don't take pride in their jobs and customer service. I wouldn't be interested in a free meal from them. Save your money and go to McDonalds instead. read more

Food was not bad, I mean not your 5 star restaurant, but your average bar food, BUT our bartender Paige was awesome. She was very attentive and super friendly. If you plan to order pickup, make sure you do at least 30 minutes earlier. It will take that much longer than your scheduled pick up time, guaranteed. Not only is the wait time terrible, they will almost always mess up some part of your to-go order. The quality control is clearly terrible and just tells me some manager doesn't know what they're doing. I actually always check every single to go box before I leave to see if it's right. I made the mistake of not checking INSIDE every taco this time (sense my sarcasm) and of course all of the sauces were missing when I got back to the office. The people who work there are generally nice. But that just doesn't make up for the quality being so terrible. read more

Our waitress Martha was AMAZING! She went above and beyond, so attentive and sweet! Great food and prices too.

It breaks my heart to give a poor review for a restaurant that our family really wants to succeed. The only reason that I am giving two stars is due to our waitress, she was wonderful, I would give her four stars. Food a negative number, for sure. I ordered the boneless wings, my son had the mac and cheese and the husband ordered bone in flats. My boneless wings were great and our son's mac and cheese was as expected. However my husband's wings (flats), no joke were cut in half! We did ask the lovely waitress to talk to the manager and explained that this was not her fault. Talking with the manager, he explained that there is a wing shortage. Okay, we can understand this but let us know before hand. Manager did give us 15% off of our bill but it (In my opinion should have been half off the husband's meal. Last straw was when I reached out to corporate to express my concerns because we do frequent this location often and are loyalty members. Haven't heard a darn thing back from them. Last straw for us due to other issues in the past. I recommend Humdinger's in Merton and Joe Mamas in Colgate if you are going out for wings. read more

This is the second bad experience we've had at the BWW in the past month. Both times were carry out and both times our food wasn't ready until 15 min after the time our food was supposed to be ready. This second time, they told us they would bring the food out to our car. After waiting 15 minutes in our car, I walked back in to check on our food as I had seen multiple other people go in and out with their to go orders. They pulled it out of the warmer, obviously sitting there for awhile as another order was in front of it. The server then proceeded to give us only half our order. I had to remind her of the cold items we ordered. No apology of any sorts. We are now home and to add insult, they screwed up our order. We will not be back to this poorly managed location. read more

Trying to find a nice place to eat dinner between 5 and 8pm in the lake country area has become a nightmare lol. We usually go out by 4:30 to avoid the crowds but ran late last night so after trying several places we gave up and ended up here. I love chicken wings as much as the next gal and they have a bar and actual seating. It's very loud but whatever. Lots of tvs and games on so that was fine. Now the price! Jeebus they are expensive. My son had the combo wing plate which was just 12 wings, half bone in and half boneless, plus a handful of fries for $17! I had the tiniest of chicken sandwich and pitiful amount of fries for $12. I don't mind paying a premium price for great food but unfortunately the food here fell way short of that. The boneless wings were terribly dry and the bone in were slimy and not crispy on the outside. Beers were good lol. Our service was top notch but for a place that pretty much specializes in chicken, it's pretty bad. Not going back. read more

We ordered wings for pickup. The wings were so small. It was very disappointing. They also did not include any ranch dipping sauce, which seems so petty to mention but with us already being disappointed in the order it just added to it. We've been disappointed with our order from here before and decided we will not be going back. read more

Food portions very. Management hasn't figured out how to staff. When done correctly, I love their wings, but management needs to learn how to run a restaurant. Many times I have been in this restaurant and many people are standing around including the management and they say they have a long wait with tables open all around. Sometimes the place looks like a mess and employees are standing around having a gab fest. Hopefully upper management will see this and do something about this. I would hate to see this location go out of business, but that what it looks like will happen soon. read more

Every time I come here I expect nothing more than average, and even with my expectations lowered I am still always disappointed. Since the Pewaukee wi bww opened it has had issues. On average, our order is wrong 60% of the time. Tonight topped it all. I placed a to go order at 11 am for 0630 pm pick. I arrived at 0625 to be told they were running 15 minutes behind. At 0645 I checked on the status of my order only to be told it would be ANOTHER 20 Minutes. What is the point in ordering ahead? tl;dr Special lunch prices, great appetizers, good beer selection, kid friendly. Of course we all love to eat local, but there are certain times in life where a chain restaurant works just fine. Lunch with coworkers is one of those perfect times, and Buffalo Wild Wings (BDubs) does lunch right. From 11 - 2 there are six menu options starting at just $5.99, with a punchcard program for $5 off and double punches on Mondays. If you can't make it for lunch, there are other deals, such as 45 cent wings on Tuesdays, and 60 cent boneless wings on Thursdays. The beer selection includes a wide range of domestics, (local) micros, and imports. The menu consists of wraps, salads, burgers, ribs and of course wings. My favorites include the deep fried pickles (I order them every time) and their nachos (which have the perfect gooey cheese). And, for those with kids, BDubs is extremely kid friendly, with eight items on the kids menu, coloring sheets and crayons, and a game-filled tablet option. read more

Last time we ordered takeout they forgot our side salads. When I called in they said just let us know on the next order. When I went in today the manager gave me a speech about their policy is to resolve it with a credit or a mailer. Well that's not what the person on the phone did. The manager treated me like I was lying about two salads. Seriously you guys screwed up and this is your approach to customer service? My policy is not to eat there any more. Hello fellow yelpers, this review is for the bww on capital drive. So I come herenprolly once every few weeks and each time the staff is friendly. And the food is hot. Some times there is a moderate wait but understandable as some times we come during the dinner rush. I always order a large and split it with the gf she likes the honey bbq and I like the medium. With a order of cheese curds. Yummy. But I have never had any problems with this location. It's very consistent in terms of food and friendliness if you know what times to come in it can be the best experience if not your going to be mad and upset because you're not a patient person. But the cleanness of the bathrooms and general area are kept up and the people that clean the tables normally do a good job if not just request them to clean it that simple. 5 stars for doing what they do best. read more

I know it's a chain, but this place stands out among the other BW3's, in my opinion. The atmosphere is fun but it's the waitstaff that really sets the place apart. Really really good service! The wings are great, as they are at all Buffalo Wild Wings, but the service at this particular location is bad. Really really bad. I've been here for lunch half a dozen times, and never had a good service experience. 2, 4 or 6 people, even if we all order wings, even when the place is only half full, it takes over a half hour to get them, which is frustrating when you're on a lunch break. Even more frustrating is seeing a bunch of waiters and waitresses just standing around watching TV while you're hungry and waiting for your food. Also, about half my times there, they've mixed up what wings I ordered, or forgot to bring me some of my order. They only saving grace is that when they've messed up they recognized it and comped our meal or given us a discount. It's just too bad they don't learn from those mistakes. read more

I wish Gluten Free meant Gluten Free!!! The careless and incompetent waitress told me that my food was gluten free. However, within minutes of finishing my salad knew it wasnt! There are people that HAVE to eat gluten free, and arent just trying to be cool or trendy! I refuse to ever eat at another BW's again! Please stop saying you offer gluten free entrees when you do nothing different in the kitchen to prepare it that way! Oh, and my 9 year step son got sick too within hours of returning home. Nothing to do with Gluten. He had food poisoning and threw up for 15 hours straight! Good job on keeping prep areas clean! Pathetic! read more

Don't know why we keep coming back. The service in this place keeps going downhill. Unfortunately Applebee's nearby is not better. We got sat and waited 5 minutes. Then went to find someone to get Ilya a server. Funny thing is that about 3 of them were milling about. Only Deanna seemed to be working. Burgers are so-so, wings are good. Unfortunately there are not many sports bar type options in the Pewaukee/Sussex area to take the kids to. Tip to the management: have your servers hang around by the customers not buried in the corner of the kitchen. read more
