I usually order and pay online - you can customize your order too (so helpful if you have allergies), and the order is perfect every time. Getting the fries without salt (or separate sea salt) gets you piping hot fries every time. I had to try their new Frosty Fusion flavors - Oreo Brownie Batter and Apple Crumble, and they were pretty good but the spiced apple syrup was not for me; I'd swap the sauce for caramel next time.

We ordered the Lil bud, Simple Smash (smaller than the photo but very filling), Grilled cheese: Buds way and added bacon (It was like a patty melt on a bun, so good!) Between the 4 of us, we ordered 2 sides of fries and that was plenty. Side note: I'm not really a fry person unless they are submerged in ranch. These are cooked to perfection in beef tallow, crunchy, fluffy and lightly salted. I didn't even use any sauce. The food truck doesn't have any seating but since we came from watching baseball we had lawn chairs and we just pulled them out and ate in the parking lot.

Flavor/taste wise.. it's was a pretty good burger. I'd give it 4.0/5.0 score on taste. Was there last week.. The bad - I ordered a 'Proper Patty'. The burger I got did not look like what you see on the picture. My impression of what I got was 'this is 2 patty smashed together? Is this just one or two patty? Where is the second patty?'. The size of the burger..what I got was 1/4 - 1/3 of what you see on the picture. For a $12 burger, it's quite small.. If you look at other folks reviews, it have similar takes.

The Spanakopita I ordered was weird, it is not traditional Greek Spanakopita. It had some red spice it which really killed what a traditional spanakopita is all about. 3. The rice was moist, tender, cooked perfectly, but there was an added spice that did not pair well with the Mediterranean meals they offer. Really threw me off, not what I was expecting from a gyro spot.

When this location first opened, the line was out the door and Covington was excited to finally have a Chipotle without driving to Kent Station. But the experience has gone downhill. Service is consistently poor, the staff come off as rude, and the overall vibe just feels unwelcoming. My wife and I now find ourselves skipping this location entirely and heading to Kent Station because it's simply a better experience. Good food, but the service here really needs improvement.

There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, just a rushed, irritated attitude the entire time. The food didn't make up for it. The barbacoa in my bowl was strewn with large piece of fat and gristle. I ordered chips and guac, and the guac container was only about a third to half full -- a significant shortfall for what Chipotle charges for it. The chips themselves were stale, like they'd been sitting out. With no crowd and no excuse for the rushed service or the shorted portions, this felt like a location that just doesn't care about quality or customers. I won't be back to this one.

I waited 40 minutes for 2 items. There were a few others waiting a while too. I was hoping the wait would be worth it but unfortunately not the case. I ordered an asada torta. The asada was one long untrimmed & unseasoned slab of meat. It was hard to take bites of the sandwich since it was one long piece of meat instead of chopped up. I ended up having to toss 1/4 of the meat because it was either too tough or too fatty. I don't think the meat was seasoned at all. No hint of salt or flavor. The onions were also supposed to be caramelized as shown on the menu description but it was raw diced onions. I do not plan to return anytime soon but wish them well.
