The food is exactly what you expect from Chipotle, and the quality has always been solid. The issue is the service. When this location first opened, the line was out the door and Covington was excited to finally have a Chipotle without driving to Kent Station. But the experience has gone downhill. Service is consistently poor, the staff come off as rude, and the overall vibe just feels unwelcoming. My wife and I now find ourselves skipping this location entirely and heading to Kent Station because it's simply a better experience. I come in at least a couple times a month and the staff is usually pretty friendly (except for one of the older gals, she definitely shouldn't work in customer service) but alex is usually the one working the cashier and he's always extra nice and makes sure the order is right and makes sure i've got everything i need. food is always good, serving sizes seem a little small every once in a while but majority of the time it's a good experience. read more

The Chipotlane is fantastic. Order ahead in the app and it will be ready for you at the drive through hot and fresh. This is a new location located in the Safeway and Legendary Donuts parking lot. Easy access and a typical decor inside. The opening issues have been resolved and service has been fast and efficient both inside and through the drive thru. read more

We come here a couple times a week usually. Mostly we dine-in and sometimes we order ahead for drive-thru. We've never had a bad experience. Food is fresh, tables and facilities are clean, bathrooms are clean, everything is always stocked. Pricing is good. I also like having the app and being able to earn loyalty points. Their food rating is "Excellent", which can't be said for many other eateries in the area. Will continue coming here regularly. read more

I honestly would love to love this location as much as I love the Kent location, but I don't. I came here last night, I got a bowl and the lady helping me not only seemed like taking my order was the biggest inconvenience of her life she was also insanely rude for no reason. She had a bad attitude the entire time and glare at me when I continued to say thank you. She forgot my water cup so I ended up asking some other girl who was Asian and possibly Hawaiian, she rolled her eyes and walked away from me, grabbed the cup then gave it to me and said no words to me after I said thank you. The attitude at this place is ridiculous, a customer coming in with nothing but kindness and manners just wanting to order a bowl and leave. I agree with the other reviews that the attitude from the girls that work here is appalling. The guys seem to be okay but the girls are awful. Constantly rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing. They act like it's the biggest inconvenience for you to actually ask them to do the things they were hired to do. I have witnessed them snapping at customers and each other on multiple occasions. This restaurant is also filthy! Tables, floors and bathrooms are always trashed. Trash cans overflowing. They run out of items daily. Orders are consistently wrong. Portion sizes are half that of other locations. There really is just nothing good to say about it. Hey Corporate! Do you see these reviews?? You're rated a 1 on Yelp and a 2 on Google. Where there's smoke, there's fire. There's obviously a problem at this location and with management at this location. When are you going to step in and intervene?? Where's the accountability?
