Wish they had more seafood options or halal options. 4/5 truffle salt fries $10- the truffle scent & taste is too strong for me, prolly the strongest I've ever had, but still really good, fried to perfection 4/5 Bánh Mì Fish Tacos $18- "viet pickled daikon + carrots, spicy mayo, flour tortilla w/ side of prawn crackers" pretty good, I think I liked the shrimp crackers the best tho, actually does taste like the sandwich, but I prefer tacos over sandwiches since tacos are so much lighter, since it's in tortillas instead of thick bread 4/5 calamari- crispy, flavorful

We walked up the narrow dark steps to reach the location and had two cocktails for both me and my partner. It had cognac as the base with yuzu, honey, and lemon juice as the mixture. I'd definitely say it was strong and we could only really sip the cocktail or else we would be gone. We got 10 oysters since they had several varieties of it. We got the bad boys which the server essentially described to us as creamy and a bit on the sweeter side. I thoroughly enjoyed it as a treat while my partner got the wagyu burger with truffle fries on the side. The meat was hearty and warm and the vibes was private and classic with a nice view of Flushing on the side. The spot can definitely be a cute dinner date or an outing with friends.

The real gem of the night was our hostess, May May. Her kindness, personality and sense of humor truly elevated the entire experience and made us feel incredibly welcome. I personally only had drinks, but my party ordered the salmon and couldn't stop talking about how fresh and flavorful it was. Great atmosphere, great drinks and even better hospitality. What started as a random stop turned into one of the highlights of the night. We'll definitely be back!

The inside is absolutely beautiful and while they have tables, they also have more traditional floor seating. We got a couple bites of food to eat, some of their tea, and some cocktails. Their food was very mediocre, at best. While the persimmon cake SEEMED to be made in house, it was very clear that everything off their food menu required minimal preparation (ie. for the dumplings, it was just har cow). I also thought their cocktails were okay, and out of the three we got, none stood out to me. I did enjoy their tea, however. But, it was also fairly expensive for what it was (~$50). Overall, I thought this spot was okay for the price and I'm not sure I would return.

Everything was delicious, but the omakase was definitely the highlight. The fish was incredibly fresh and tender, and each piece just melted in our mouths. We ended the meal with the tiramisu and Ricottina Con Pistacchio, and both were excellent. The service was on point throughout our meal, and the restaurant itself is beautiful with such a nice atmosphere. We'll definitely be back soon!
