Thanks to Nick, I had the best car purchase experience of my life. My story is quite funny. We missed our flight back to San Jose, California, so we decided to fly to Las Vegas and fly home from there. While waiting at the airport for boarding, I opened the CarGurus app and found a Genesis GV70 of a good price listed at Findlay Mazda. I contacted them immediately. After my landing, took an Uber straight there. Not only did I get a fair price for the car, but the dealership went above and beyond. They reimbursed my Uber fare and even filled the tank with gas. They didn't have to do these things, but every small detail showed their respect and care for customers. Honestly, the service was far better than what I've experienced in the SF Bay Area. Originally, we planned to fly home, but we ended up buying a car and driving back overnight. I hope my experience inspires you. Flights to Las Vegas are incredibly affordable--around $60 year-round. You could fly there, buy a car, enjoy some time in Vegas, and then drive back home.

My husband and I drove a Toyota Highlander and decided it was time to downsize a bit. One day we were running errands and decided to stop in Findlay Mazda and just see what we could get as a trade-in and see what was available. Garth Wall was our representative and he was great. He was so nice and knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure. Findlay made us an offer on our car that we couldn't pass up. There was no haggling - they made us a great offer. Had an amazing experience here! Already knew what model & trim we wanted, and two options for colors. Joshua helped us and didn't try to hassle us into buying a higher priced model or anything and answered all of our questions. We purchased a CX-50 and although it took almost 4 hours for the whole process, it was absolutely worth it. Evon was awesome with his patience and cracked out some good jokes while also being very informative. Couldn't recommend this dealership enough 10

Take this as a word of caution from someone who rarely writes bad reviews, I even reviewed an auto center with more stars when they forgot to change my car battery. Do not take your vehicle to be serviced here and after our experience, I am so glad I do not own a Mazda. Unfortunately for my mother, she does. She was having issues with her car not starting, so she bought it a new battery. Then it continued, so she brought it to Firestone to have it checked out and they replaced the starter. The vehicle would start and not start randomly and Firestone noticed it was a security issue that needed to be fixed at Mazda. On 09/23 my mother had her Miata towed to Mazda and notified them (as shown on their own paperwork) that there is a security issue that is not allowing her to start her vehicle. She brought them both keys in case they needed to be reprogrammed. Her service technician stated that there were no issues with the keys and that upon visual inspection he believed it was cable ends and she paid $509 for that repair in addition to other repairs they believed should be done after their inspection (unrelated to the car not starting, but standard procedure) totaling $1777.56. A few days later, she is able to start her vehicle and drive it to work. Then discovers she cannot start her vehicle again, so continues to have the same issue. She brings it back to Mazda. They keep it for three days and cannot duplicate the issue. We pick it up. Then a few days after that she drives the vehicle to work, drives it to the store, and then upon returning to her vehicle from the store is unable to start her car while it's in the parking lot. The issue still exists. This time I am able to meet her and troubleshoot as well as videotape the incident because they continued to make it like there was no issue happening. After googling the light that shows up on the dashboard, I decided to go to my home to grab her spare key to see if that key worked. Thank you google! I send an email to her service technician with the videos and the information that I was able to google. My mother brings her vehicle in again. This time they send us a video stating that "they only had the spare key every time she brought it in". No, you've had the original key every time and had both sets of keys the first time, so good cover apparently the keys weren't an issue the first time which was less than two weeks ago, but in that matter of time the key has failed. Now my mother has to pay $467 for keys, which is discounted by 15%. Over those 13 days, she has had to take off work, get towed, and needed friends and me to take off of work to cover the inability of the service department at Findlay Mazda to accurately diagnose an issue. We will be trading in her Mazda and hopefully finding a reputable dealership for a different vehicle after this horrific experience. Response to the business' comment on my review that I had to email: Hi Syndee, you just responded to my Yelp review and I just wanted to let you know that Findlay did not find a solution to our issue days ago as my mother had no choice but to pay for her key this afternoon. In addition, my mother and father have been divorced for years and he does not live anywhere close to Las Vegas, so you are incorrect about our particular situation. I would hope as a marketing manager and professional that you would respond to comments with factual information. Have a great day.

I recently purchased my CX-30 from Garth at Findlay Mazda and overall it was a great experience. Garth was very reasonable and we landed on a deal that I felt was acceptable. He took the time to show me all of the features of my new car and seemed invested in ensuring I had a positive buying experience. I would definitely recommend my friends to him if they are ever in the market for a Mazda. So far I am absolutely loving my new car, it's exactly what I was looking for in a less costly maintenance model than my previous BMW.

She's always been willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have, she goes the extra mile to get me an appointment scheduled asap and even offers to book me a loaner even when I might not even need one (we have another vehicle). She even offered to get me a tow to try and get my vehicle in as soon as today! It's the urgency of getting me in and seen! I appreciate the effort and dedication to make sure my needs are met and more. I really appreciate it and I truly love this dealership and the members here! Whatever system you guys have going on, it's definitely working! It's so refreshing not having anxiety whenever I have to contact you guys. It's such an opposite experience for me in comparison to ABC Hyundai on Rainbow with my previous vehicle purchase. It's like night and day! So much so that I would 9/10 prefer getting my car serviced at other dealerships because I just couldn't trust them to be honest with me or transparent. While I was contemplating on going to Discount Tire or even Costco to get all 4 of my tires replaced and installed, when speaking with Ariane, she reassured me that they price match, mentioned their current Spring Deal promotion of $200 off if I were to purchase a set of 4 tires. As well as just trying to work with me at getting the best value and bang for our buck! I was almost convinced of going elsewhere and settling for non run-flat tires because I wasn't too educated on why I even needed these types of tires, but she assured me that it's helpful because my car didn't come with spares. Which I do feel is extremely important considering I was able to drive to my job with a deflated tire a couple of miles perfectly safe. After hours of contemplation and taking into consideration the numbers she had worked for me, I felt that the overall value in assuring my vehicle would for certain be taken care of was worth getting serviced here! They haven't done me wrong yet! And hopefully never will! Anyways, thank you for the exceptional service Ariane & everyone else! Take care!

He treated me with so much patience and kindness throughout the entire process. At no point did it feel like a typical sales interaction, it genuinely felt like I was buying a car from a friend. He listened to what I was looking for, never rushed me, and was incredibly accommodating and personable the entire time. What really stood out was the level of service during the purchase. Eldred personally delivered the vehicle to my home with a bow on it, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. If you're looking to purchase a luxury vehicle, I highly recommend going through Mercedes of Henderson and specifically working with Eldred. You'll truly get white-glove service and an experience that makes the entire process enjoyable and memorable for all the right reasons. Highly recommend!

She was kind, patient, and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel uncomfortable or talked down to. It really meant a lot. Also, Peter runs a department with clear integrity, which is hard to find these days. I truly appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Wow! And not in a good way, I don't even know where to begin…read more. This happened last year, the day after Xmas as I was shopping for Kia EV6 GT. My original plan was to purchase a used one but if I can find a deal on a new one, why not right? I saw Kia was doing 0% APR and was hoping the deal is good for the EV6 GT. They also have 10k cash back incentive but doesn't seem to be able to combine both 0% and 10k off. (yeah I know wishful thinking) Now I've already did my homework and got another quote (out of state dealer) with the EXACT same vehicle (same color everything) so I'm comparing apples and apples here. The quote I got was at $894/mo for 72 months for a NEW 2025 Kia EV6 GT in matte blue (not my 1st color choice) The ONLY difference is Towbin decided to add almost $6,200 worth of dealer add-ons, stuff you don't really need or can get it cheaper $3,995 for Desert Protection Package - No thank you! I can get my own tint for a lot less $695 for Red Alert Braking, if you really want this, you can DIY with a $20 LED bulb.. $995 for Polysteel - Don't need $495 for GPS Locator - They're joking here right? The vehicle COMES with GPS tracking, it's called Kia Access. They also wanted $20 for SMOG fee.. yes for an Electric Vehicle! On the day of my appointment, Jesus is the guy I'm booked with. He is actually the saving grace in this review. He seems fairly new to the biz, and was already waiting for me by the vehicle. Jesus is very friendly, chill and cool (unlike 99% of the sales folks) He also knows a lot about the vehicle (or he memorized the brochure) Either way, he did his homework and it shows. We took a quick test drive together and yes I can see myself driving this on a daily. Here's the part that went sour, he called backup (yes your traditional sales guy with the phony smile pretending to be your best friend) To make this short, we went back and forth a few times, I believe the initial offer was over $1200/mo for 72months!! Like really? I wasn't having it and already told them what I'm willing to consider ($900/mo for 72 months) He comes back telling me "Am I ready to hit the bong?" He made it sound like he came down to $900/mo then I looked and it was $950/mo.. then he made this comment that really ticked me off.. something about "ONLY extra $50/mo" Yes if it's truly 50 bucks I'm all for it, but x 72 that's $3,600!! Yup that's when I started to walk away, the guy actually chased me down even as I was backing up. I received numerous text and calls later asking me to come back they are willing to deal. (yeah not happening) And guess what? Just checked their website the vehicle is STILL sitting in their lot. No surprise there!
