I have conflicting feelings about Henderson Chevrolet overall, but I'm giving 5 stars based on sales and the sales manager, Gunny. We bought a 2020 Chevy Silverado and Adam was our sales person. He was great, the process was fairly quick and we LOVE our truck. Finance, on the other hand was a little sneaky with the shama-lama-ding dong signing on the desk which is confusing and not realizing that we purchased a $7900 extended warranty. It was presented at $1900 somehow and while you're signing your life away on the desktop, it's hard to see what you're signing. After we looked at the printed copy at home, I realized how much it was. Went in to cancel it, was told by Dave to email him to cancel. After emailing back and forth, I canceled in writing on May 21st. As of July 18th, the extended warranty company still had not received any notice of cancellation. I called the finance manager, Will Folly, who never returned my call. Finally, I spoke to the Sales Manager, Gunny. He took care of the cancellation, he got it back dated to my original email of May 21st. If not for Gunny and Adam, this would have been a ONE star experience. Because of them, I am generously giving 5 because they were awesome, and my truck is awesome.

I visited 3 Chevrolet dealerships in town for the same car. Findlay didn't have the one in stock. Bugged me to change my mind to look at others--No. Fairway was filled with so many young employees and I just wasn't comfortable saying yes to the car after being pressured to finance with them instead of my bank. Henderson Chevy was different. JURI helped me from start to finish. My car was in stock, I got it for a holiday deal, and my experience was a breeze! I was out in an hour. I walked in knowing which car I wanted. It was ready for a test drive when I pulled up. No1 pressured me to finance with them after letting them know I have my bank. When I had questions that I was confused about, Juri helped. Dad vibes all around. Very friendly and professional customer service. Most guys there had 10+ years of dealership experience. I appreciate that. Car was washed and detailed on pick up day! 10/10 recommend.

Buying a car with Benny was honestly the easiest and chillest experience I've ever had at a dealership. No pressure, no games -- just super helpful, straight-up, and actually fun to work with. He really listened to what I needed, found the perfect car, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. If you're thinking about getting a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Benny. You'll be glad you did! Also a shout out to "Pineapple" for making the experience easy.

Just save yourself the hassle. This place cannot be anymore dishonest if it tried. We got rid of the truck they sold us and their awful service department lied about when it would be done. Well, to get our warranty and gap refund is crazy and they can't even read the email thread to see what we asked. 1. The warranty you buy that can't use until manufacturers warranty still get prorated???? Not even able to use it yet you lose money. The gap, they tell me they handle it even after I sent them the pay off letter from GM...now they say GM handles it. Yet they have 6 weeks to tell me it was GM and not them!!! 6 weeks!!!!! Then we still wait! The letter is not clear GM send it and their finance department is also not clear. The warranty refund wasn't even submitted for a month!!!! A month!! I'll come back and post screenshots because you as a consumer need to go elsewhere if you don't want to ripped off!

Went for oil change on 2020 Silverado and left the dealership with this Sweeeettttt!!!! new ride. Loving that Chevy red!!! Big thanks to salesman Chris Spears and Joe who made this all possible. Go see them if you want an enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle from Henderson Chevrolet.

I was lured to the dealership by an advertised price online, even did a test drive. When we sat down to do the paperwork, they increased the price by $2,000, claiming the advertisement was a "mistake". Sales manager Chris refused to accept the advertised price. I'll never buy a car from this dealership.

The only reason my wife and I buy vehicles from Henderson Chevrolet is because of Joe Gallagher. This dude is a magician when it comes to meeting our budget and needs. He's always respectful, quick and believe it or not, honest. (I NEVER thought I would write a review of an auto dealership and have the word honest in it). (I go by my middle name, Leigh, but I have two other past reviews for Joe G. and Henderson Chevy! Leigh B.) Well, I was exiting off the highway on my way to work and right in front of me was someone driving a new Chevy Trailblazer. What caught my attention first was the blue tag that THIS new SUV was purchased at...Henderson Chevrolet. I don't see that very often on the side of town where I was because there are other Chevy dealerships closer. Then late this afternoon...I'm picking up mail from the post office where I have a PO Box and parked right behind me is...a crimson metallic Chevy Trax...the new model, same as mine (a bit different trim). Surprise? ALSO from Henderson Chevy. For the small geographical area where I traveled today, seeing two Henderson Chevy purchases and one of them like mine, wild! So why the long introduction? I thought to myself, there can never be a bad time to leave a good review, again. I left the lot with my 2024 Trax a year and a half ago (as of this week, actually). I cannot speak to anyone else's experience, only mine. This was my second new car purchase from Henderson Chevy (and my previous Chevy purchases elsewhere also received great service prior to returning there for my first new car purchase). I'm back to share that I'm still recommending Joe Gallagher and Henderson Chevrolet. I know that I can contact Joe anytime I have a question, issue, or just to say "Hi, thanks bud, loving the ride!" He knows me well enough to know dropping me a few emails with new inventory, deals, etc. every once in a while doesn't offend me at all. I mean, who knows, right? The one negative is that those cool coupons GM sends...the one that says they miss servicing your vehicle and they want you back? Yaaaaaah-no. That awesome 20%...sometimes 30% off any service? Read the small print...oil changes (and I have tires rotated each OC)...are excluded. But hey, that's not the local dealership or Joe G.'s fault. That's a negative, thumbs down at the corporate level where those mass mailings to us as loyal customers originate. There are a lot of car commercials on TV right now. It makes sense to keep options open, look at what's out there, compare models, dealerships, incentives, best financing, etc. I just had to drop back into the reviews and affirm my great purchase experience with Joe G. and Henderson Chevy.

Went in for a simple P0411 check engine light so I could pass a smog and register my new car…read more Sonnys diagnosed extra issues I didn't have, raising the cost to $1,800+. After repairs, my car developed a new air leak and multiple misfires--they admitted they messed up a gasket and held my car over spring break. They claimed the air leak was gone and it was just bad spark plugs and coils (attempted to charge me an additional 700+). After finally picking my car back up today to get a second opinion it's shaking even worse and my check engine light is now blinking. The Air leak code is still there and now they are stating another hose could be damaged-- they didn't check to see if this is what's causing the misfires. All that they are confirming is that their repairs somehow didn't do this. I'm now out $2,000, have to miss school, and don't have a functioning car. Extremely disappointed and there's no way to contact the owner (who was the one working on my car)--would not recommend. Would give 0 stars but I don't think that's possible.

To revisit the issue I previously had... I took my car to a different mechanic to do some other…read morework regarding oil leaks. He took pictures of some problems. He said the work I had done at Asian Imports was not properly done. There were gaskets that were supposed to be replaced that I had paid for that were not replaced, grommets that were loose, and lugs that weren't tightened. He said to take it back to Asian Imports because the work they had (or hadn't) done would still be under warranty. I took my car back to Asian imports and showed them the pictures. He eventually found the paperwork and told me the person who had done the work had gotten multiple complaints and was no longer working there. He said I needed to make an appointment. They got me an appointment for 2 days later. I took my vehicle in first thing in the morning and I was told this would take a few hours. At about 3:00, I called them and asked if my vehicle was ready yet. They said it was almost done and they'd call me when it was. About 30 minutes later they called and told me my car was ready. I told them I wouldn't be able to get there until about 30 minutes after they close. They told me they could leave the keys somewhere hidden until I got there. I got there at 6 only to see my car parked behind a locked gate. I ended up being 3 hours late to work the next day. When I got to work I called my mechanic on FaceTime so he could double check the work. Fortunately, this time, they did everything they were supposed to do.

We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Once I turned on my car again to use it started shaking a lot I was concerned because I just got it fixed. So I took it back to this auto repair because they had fixed it to begin with. Once they checked it they said the water pump is leaking. I asked them why didn't they tell me it was leaking before they fixed my gas blank they told me nothing was wrong with it before but now it is. How?? I only drove it less than 10miles! They wanted to charge me another 1k ! How do they fix a leak and give back the car with a brand new leak? I told them if they can please see if we can work something out because it was strange that all of a sudden it has a new problem. They said they'd get back to me.
