Normally, buying a car is an agonizing experience but this was very easy and direct. I would definitely recommend if you are considering buying a car to stop by and check them out. I had family who bought a car from Enterprise Car Sales in another state. They recommended me to do the same for my next purchase. I came out to Enterprise (in Henderson) with my almost 20 year old car. I took very good care of my car though it was old and I was hoping to trade it in to take some of the cost off of my new purchase. Upon arriving I met Vic Evans, an amazing sales rep who didn't put any extra pressure on my experience. After a firm handshake and introducing himself, I knew I was in great hands and I could hear my sister's voice in my head recommending me to go to Enterprise. I did a lot my homework before buying and I had my documents ready for my trade-in and had an idea of what I wanted. Vic didn't try to deter me from what I had on eyes on and actually gave me a good amount of insight into my choice. After some great conversation, Vic had me test drive a Nissan Rogue with some great music playing from his phone on bluetooth. He knows how to set the vibe and I appreciated that so much. Driving the car around and having more time to chat, I was set and it was paperwork time. As I mentioned, I did my homework to make this experience as pleasant as possible for myself and Vic and within no time I had a fair appraisal for my trade-in, knew how much I had to pay and was heading to the bank to get my cashiers check. Upon coming back I seen Vic and someone else washing the vehicle and getting it all set for me. It was obvious that Vic takes his job serious and has an enormous amount of pride in his work which I respect. From the start to the finish I was treated with respect and everyone went out of their way to make our time was memorable. First of all, our sales person, Brandon Purnell was outstanding. He did his research and worked with us for several weeks to find the perfect truck for us. We never go the hard sale (better purchase today or it will be gone) attitude. He kept pursuing the research and would send us links to review. In addition to that, his personality and smile were a great asset to the entire experience. We also had great dealings with managers Q and PJ. They were more than accommodating, especially PJ who happened to be there when we were at Enterprise. As far as Enterprise, the no hassle price is a pleasure, no haggling back and forth. This story is a bit interesting.... Ill tell you this.....i had religiously avoided buying a car for two decades because I didn't want to go through the red tape and or hassle. I had recently rented a vehicle for a road trip from Enterprise Rent-A-Car (which is a different division than sales) and I thought to myself after "wow this car handles great I wonder what it would take to get one". After returning home from the road trip I decided to look at Enterprise Car Sales because I knew they sold cars and the rentals I've gotten from them have always been in great condition. I ended up finding the same car model that I had rented and I found the one that I wanted and hesitantly filled out the credit application to see if it would go anywhere. To my pleasant surprise I was called back almost immediately and told they were able to get me approval on financing for this vehicle. I was in shock at that point. The only thing that occurred after that is that i was notified when the vehicle would arrive and I can go in and sign papers. I went and signed papers with my salesman Andre who had the car out and ready for me... I signed the papers and I was on my way- this was hands down the easiest car buying experience I have ever heard of and it changed my entire perception of buying a car. Here's a few key notes about what occurred... they were completely transparent about everything that was going on in the process, I felt that everything they were telling me was absolutely one hundred percent genuine and they explained fully everything I needed to know. I am still ecstatic about that experience and my new vehicle because I honestly didn't think it would happen the way it did. So if you're wondering if it's worth it to buy it from Enterprise I have no other answer but yes because that's probably where I'm going to end up buying anything from now on. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and they were very responsive to any question I had. The word "Wow" is all i can say.... besides of course thank you from the bottom of my heart. I've always rented from Enterprise so, why not look for a car from Enterprise? I contacted them online. Made contact with a sales associate. Her confidence and honesty made me drive there. Introduce myself and see what was really there to offer. WoW! To my surprise, Kalley was not a sales person. She is a persons person. She listened to what I was looking for. Stated what they had to offer then said what my options were. There was no selling me a vehicle which it seems most dealers have that 'salesman' approach then stay in the dealership for hours, just to beat ya down. Bastards! Kalley at Enterprise was nothing like that whatsoever. I talked. She listened. She didn't try to up-Sell me or anything like that. It was almost unbelievable for the under 2 hours I was there to make the deal and drive away in my new to me car. I got just what I went there for, all because of Kalley. Car shopping is fun for some but when this is an unexpected cost after an accident you didnt cause and you're limited by a small down payment and a dumpster fire credit history it's very stressful and full of disappointment. After a very horrible experience at Hertz car sales, I had just about thrown in the towel on buying a car and was researching how feasible itd be to just have a horse when Anthony called me. He was patient and kind and during our conversation he didnt have that usual car salesman number driven aggressiveness. We spent about 45 minutes on the phone talking about why Enterprise was different, looking at different cars on the website and discussing my wants and needs. Some how Anthony put me so at ease I took a $30 lyft across town to meet him and his inventory. There were so many little things that let me know I was at the right place when I arrived. The car I was interested in was already pulled around. Everyone who worked there greeted me though I was already working with someone else. And they apologized that the water filter was on the fritz and they only had the water fountain to offer at the time. It seemed like everyone was customer service focused. Anthony really took the time to make sure the car I got was the right one. When the car I originally wanted wasnt going to work with my down payment he had some great alternate reccomendations ready. When I sheepishly told him that $75 a month over my budget was too much of a stretch for me right now, he didnt flinch or judge, he warmly said ok and we moved onto another car. His finance team really put in time and hard work, getting me a much better rate then I was offered at Carmax or Hertz. And the car I ended up with was way better then what I thought possible. Low miles, no dings or scratches or weird smells, tons of features that are luxurious upgrades from my last car and mechanically solid. It's been two weeks and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
