They deserve -5 stars if it was an option…read more Super auto sales? LEMONE CAR? Let's call them SUPER SHITTY AUTO SALES because clearly that's what they sale. - July, 2021, I got a beautiful looking 2011 Black Mini Cooper S that gave me no issues until a few days after financing it. When I say issues , I mean , it can no longer pass smog, it will not start, it blows out white smoke from tailpipe, broken cylinder, and has a very bad wheel alignment that can't be fixed due to an "accident" that I was NEVER aware about.....great right? - My key hardly worked so they told me they could fix it......I still don't have a working key. It's 05/2022. - They gave me the car NOT detailed. They told me to come back to have it detailed, so I called, called, called, and CALLED, and my car never got detailed. Again it's 2022 now and not once was it detailed. I went home with a used car that multiple people test drove and never got it detailed it, great right? - They also tried to repo my car for "non payments" but they never told me when, where, and how much my payments were going to be...mhm kinda weird - Alright, let's get to the interesting part....after financing this car, I started to notice white smoke coming from the tailpipe as I accelerate or let my car idle for more then 5 minutes. I called them, they said "there's nothing we can do. It's under new management. All your papers got lost" , Excuse me? - This was going on for months, and Super Shitty Auto Sales didn't care, all they wanted was my money. - They told me there maintenance guy wasn't allowed to look at my car once it's taken off the lot. Why? - I got fed up with this place known as SUPER SHITTY AUTO SALES, so I asked for a recommendation to take my car to get it fixed. They sent me to a place that doesn't look at engines what so ever! At this point, I'm livid with this "car dealership". I called them, and they said "I'm sorry, you wanted a recommendation". Correct, but I asked for a place that actually focuses on engines and not stereos - I then take it to MULTIPLE places and they say it's an oil issue. I call SUPER SHITTY AUTO SALES to ask for them to pay full or at lease half. They laughed. It's an $8000 fix to change my entire engine because the Cylinder has a hairline crack. Great right? - The photos below show that they sold me a lemon car. It failed emissions inspection 02/2020 and 10/2020. It then mysteriously passed 12/2020 when it arrived on Super Shitty Auto Sales lot. I then bought the car, in July, which let me have a good emissions test 09/2021.... I got an oil change 10/21.... and within days after paying $130 for my oil change... it says I'm low on oil. SUPER SHITTY AUTO SALES SOLD ME A LEMON CAR AND LAUGHED ABOUT IT. This place will never get my business, and I hope this place shuts down! They have no right selling broken cars. If MANNY or RICO ask to help you, they want to give you a shitty car. Literally SCAMMERS. Rico claims he doesn't ever "remember" my car having issues, yet I've been to this dealership plenty of times regarding my cars issue. They know my car and who I am. Manny is the "manager". Manny is only there as Rico's right hand man. Anything they say, is true and correct, anything anyone else says, is "incorrect" or "are you sure?".... - Its 05/2022 and I officially have to get rid of my "car" due to it not starting now. They are no help at all. But hey, like I said....want a broke down, lemon, car? SUPER SHITTY AUTO SALES IS WHERE ITS AT YALL

I chose Urban Automotive because of their good reviews, even though it meant driving clear across…read moretown. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I called to make the appointment, I clearly explained the issues I was having with my vehicle. The woman I spoke with told me the diagnostic fee would be $49.99. Based on that information, I scheduled the appointment and drove across town to bring my vehicle in. When I arrived, the same woman then told me the diagnostic would actually cost over $200 because what I described was considered "two separate issues." I was extremely frustrated because I had already explained those exact issues to her over the phone. What bothered me even more was that once I questioned the price, she suddenly wanted to give me a full disclosure and explanation of how their diagnostic pricing works. That information should have been disclosed to me when I made the appointment, not after I drove across town and showed up expecting the $49.99 diagnostic fee I had been quoted. None of this was mentioned during our original phone conversation. I decided not to have the diagnostic done because Hyundai charges around $200, and for that price I would rather take my vehicle directly to the dealership. My issue isn't that a diagnostic can cost more depending on the problem. My issue is how the pricing was communicated to me. If I had been given the full disclosure over the phone and told that my particular concerns could result in multiple diagnostic charges totaling over $200, I could have made an informed decision before making the trip. Unfortunately, I feel I was misled when I scheduled the appointment. Being upfront with customers about pricing from the beginning would have prevented this entire situation and saved me a wasted trip across town.

I had all the parts already, but the shop said they couldn't use it as they warranty their work and have to ensure the source. That was a bummer on my end due to markup vs what I got them for, but in the end I still didn't want to do the work. They warned that my vehicle, an older Jeep, was known for snapping bolts and potentially tripling the work. I knew that, it was one of the reasons I didn't want to deal with it! The shop said they'd try to avoid that issue, and they took care and made it through with no broken bolts. Vince up front and Zach the owner were both very friendly, explained everything, didn't keep tacking on hidden costs, and so far everything is working great. Their prices were fair and they do an entire vehicle inspection that you can pick and choose what to address. Honest, fair, quality work. I couldn't ask for a better garage for me and my family.

I don't usually write reviews, but the customer service I received at Newby's was so disturbing…read morethat I felt the need to advise other potential customers not to go here. Based on a referral from a neighbor, I took my VW in for a check engine light issue. After a diagnosis, my purge valve was replaced and I was advised that the car was repaired with a $900 charge for the valve replacement, an alignment, and a diagnostic fee. Within a few days of picking up my car, the engine light was back on and I returned to Newby's only to be told they couldn't diagnose the issue and I was referred to VW. If I had initially been told that Newby's did not have the capability to fully diagnose my car's issue, I would have taken it to VW and put the $900 I paid Newby's towards an accurate diagnosis and repair with VW. When I tried to discuss my dissatisfaction with Newby's owner, I was advised to come back and discuss after the VW was repaired. It took me two weeks to get in touch with the owner after several phone calls and messages. I tried to discuss the situation with the owner, Connelly, but he took no responsibility for the inaccurate diagnosis of my engine light and actually told me that they had advised me that they couldn't accurately diagnose the car during the initial service which was a complete fabrication. Why would I have left the car, it they couldn't accurately diagnose or competently repair it? The owner offered no resolution or accountability and hung up on our phone call. Don't make the same mistake I did. I realize dealerships are more expensive, but at least most stand behind their service with warranty's and offer videos and descriptions of the issues with your vehicle. My advice, find a different repair shop to go to if you care about quality work and good customer service.

So, we brought it in and my husband was communicating with Craig on what needed to be fixed. We took care of the initial items, but unfortunately, the car needed more repairs. They were able to diagnose A/C, radiator, and a host of other issues. In total, I think we spent about $2-3k. So, I call this car Mr. Potato head because it looked like it was pieced together with a different color hood and parts. And Mr. Potato head made it to Oregon to visit family and back to Las Vegas after the repairs. When it came back, the last item that was recommended was a timing belt, but we no longer wanted to invest anymore into the car. My stepson decided to pass on making the repair at the time, and drove it all the way to Missouri, where he now lives. The car still runs and takes him back and forth to work. Thanks to Newby's, Mr. Potato head went from barely running to at least having A/C and making it across the country 2x! They also have a year warranty on their work and will answer questions anytime. Good guys and great service.
