02/2020 failed emissions inspection (Didn't finance car under my name yet)

They deserve -5 stars if it was an option. Super auto sales? LEMONE CAR? Let's call them SUPER SHITTY AUTO SALES because clearly that's what they sale. - July, 2021, I got a beautiful looking 2011 Black Mini Cooper S that gave me no issues until a few days after financing it. When I say issues , I mean , it can no longer pass smog, it will not start, it blows out white smoke from tailpipe, broken cylinder, and has a very bad wheel alignment that can't be fixed due to an "accident" that I was NEVER aware about.....great right? - My key hardly worked so they told me they could fix it......I still don't have a working key. It's 05/2022. - They gave me the car NOT detailed. They told me to come back to have it detailed, so I called, called, called, and CALLED, and my car never got detailed. Again it's 2022 now and not once was it detailed. I went home with a used car that multiple people test drove and never got it detailed it, great right? - They also tried to repo my car for "non payments" but they never told me when, where, and how much my payments were going to be...mhm kinda weird - Alright, let's get to the interesting part....after financing this car, I started to notice white smoke coming from the tailpipe as I accelerate or let my car idle for more then 5 minutes. I called them, they said "there's nothing we can do. It's under new management. All your papers got lost" , Excuse me? - This was going on for months, and Super Shitty Auto Sales didn't care, all they wanted was my money. - They told me there maintenance guy wasn't allowed to look at my car once it's taken off the lot. Why? - I got fed up with this place known as SUPER SHITTY AUTO SALES, so I asked for a recommendation to take my car to get it fixed. They sent me to a place that doesn't look at engines what so ever! At this point, I'm livid with this "car dealership". I called them, and they said "I'm sorry, you wanted a recommendation". Correct, but I asked for a place that actually focuses on engines and not stereos - I then take it to MULTIPLE places and they say it's an oil issue. I call SUPER SHITTY AUTO SALES to ask for them to pay full or at lease half. They laughed. It's an $8000 fix to change my entire engine because the Cylinder has a hairline crack. Great right? - The photos below show that they sold me a lemon car. It failed emissions inspection 02/2020 and 10/2020. It then mysteriously passed 12/2020 when it arrived on Super Shitty Auto Sales lot. I then bought the car, in July, which let me have a good emissions test 09/2021.... I got an oil change 10/21.... and within days after paying $130 for my oil change... it says I'm low on oil. SUPER SHITTY AUTO SALES SOLD ME A LEMON CAR AND LAUGHED ABOUT IT. This place will never get my business, and I hope this place shuts down! They have no right selling broken cars. If MANNY or RICO ask to help you, they want to give you a shitty car. Literally SCAMMERS. Rico claims he doesn't ever "remember" my car having issues, yet I've been to this dealership plenty of times regarding my cars issue. They know my car and who I am. Manny is the "manager". Manny is only there as Rico's right hand man. Anything they say, is true and correct, anything anyone else says, is "incorrect" or "are you sure?".... - Its 05/2022 and I officially have to get rid of my "car" due to it not starting now. They are no help at all. But hey, like I said....want a broke down, lemon, car? SUPER SHITTY AUTO SALES IS WHERE ITS AT YALL

You been warned

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue I drove it off the lot and this vehicle didn't even take me home before it broke down. The Asian salesman named terry that sold it to me didn't let me take the car for a real test drive only told me to take it around in the parking lot. The car stalled in the middle of traffic to where'd I have to turn the car off and back to get the car to move, finally got the car into a parking lot where i parked it. They wanted me to tow it back to there lot using my money when their car didn't even get me home. To add to this the car salesmen tell me to send him pictures of the location of the car to have it towed. The salesman was very unprofessional when I was reaching out to him to let him know the car had broke down and let me stranded asking me could I pay for the towing because they didn't want to. So a day goes by because their closed on Sundays I go back to the lot I get attitude from them because I just wanted my money back. Overall in my situation I wouldn't recommend anyone going here for any reason and to go through what I had to go through makes me question the legitimacy of their business.

The customer service was horrible. I contacted them about a vehicle and submitted my credit, which…read moreisn't good at all because life has been cruel for the last 6 years, and was told they wouldn't even try to work with me (even though their website says they work with all credit types.) I had put on the app I had $1000 down and I make just under $4k a month, and whatshername wouldn't even pursue a sale with me. Then, to rub salt in the wound, I kept getting marketing emails about the vehicle (even though I clicked to unsubscribe multiple times ) dropping a LOT in price. I would then leave her a voicemail and respond to emails because I actually did have more money I would have put down (even I know not to give up every cent at first - it's the first rule of negotiation!), and never get a call or email back. I'm sorry, I'm wrong, I called her and one time she did pick up, then proceeded to lie about calling me back previously. Luckily, I went to a major dealership and was able to get a similar vehicle anyway. These Boulder Highway lots think way too highly of themselves. This one especially. Thanks for nothing, Lacy. I like to leave positive reviews but this time I just can't.

The ads for this place all said 399 down and drive today! No matter the credit. Well of course this is not exactly true. Depending on credit and who will finance you they will require a bigger down payment. They will though work with you on the downpayment if you do not have all of it that day. I had seen a couple cars online that I was interested in and wanted to look at. When I got there though I wasnt really given the option to look at cars was just told that I needed to see if I could get approved first. I was like ok then. Mind you I had told them I had the 399 down that they had advertised. After about 45 mins waiting to be approved my sales man came back ( I wish I could remember his name ) and said I have a car that we can get you financed for. He showed me a 2010 Jeep Liberty. I said ok, do I have any other options? And I pointed out the 2 cars I was originally interested in. He goes well this car is way better. Its drives nice. And those cars are not ready to be sold. If I wanted to wait a week or more they could try to get me approved for one of them. I was like ok well they are listed on your website so I dont understand why they are listed if they are not available to buy. I then asked if I had any other options then this just one vehicle. He said, ' ya if you want to get an even older vehicle in bad shape.' I then asked him the price of the Jeep. He said that he didnt know that information. Hold up, you mean to tell me your trying to sell me this car but you don't even know the price of it!?!?!? Maybe if I knew the price I could then see if I had any other options?!?!?!? I did end up financing the jeep liberty. It is in good condition and they are going to change my oil for free. In conclusion the advertised price of 399 down and drive today is a lie. If your credit is bad they will need more from you than 399 unless u want a pos, but they will work with you to make the down payment if you do not have all of it. Also do not think that you'll be able to choose your vehicle, they pretty much choose it for you. The sales people also pretty much have no info on the vehicle that they put you in. Oh and also even if the vehicle is listed on the website or is on the lot does not mean that it's ready to be financed. I would only come here if your credit is horrible and you have no other options. But my vehicle is in good working condition and I do like it even though it was not my first choice.

For the average person, an automobile is the second most expensive purchase you will ever make, the third most expensive for airplane owners and Russian bride husbands. Truly I cannot say enough about Sarah Lee and Jennifer. They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars from the amazing price I received on my trade-in to the huge discounts on the sticker prices for both cars, not to mention their tax knowledge and savings in having purchased a car (one of the two I bought) that would ultimately end up in Texas. Worried about navigating the car paperwork bureaucracy nightmare? Fret not. Jennifer has your back and will keep you out of the DMV gulag. Sarah Lee apparently knows everyone in the auto business, including the best car shipping companies, and will do what it takes to get you into the right vehicle and delivered to your doorstep. Financing? They'll get you squared away and show you your options. My Carlady will even offer advice if torn between models. She actually laughed when I told her that KIA and Hyundai were on my short list along with Toyota. And who knew that the Jeep Compass has a lower approval rating than Typhoid Fever? If you're going to climb Everest, you need a wise sherpa. And if you want the very best car at the absolute lowest price without getting conned and fleeced by a dealership sales agent, then give My Carlady a call. In fact, you would be foolish not to.

A friend of mind had recommended their after service after I had purchased a this vehicle and was dreaded dealing with the DMV. After a quick call they explained to me the documents I needed. I dropped off my paper work on a monday and had my registration, title transfer and tags on Wednesday. It literally took less time than grabbing a couple of Starbucks.. On top of that the service was outstanding. There was a small problem with my paper work and Jennifer actually called me while they were processing the tags and we corrected it with a quick email. Where if I had done it myself it would have meant at least one or two more trips to the DMV not to mention god knows how many headache filled hours. I consider myself a relative frugal person by nature but Ill Im happy to pay for value. Honestly for the amount of time, anxiety and frustration these guys saved me I think its worth twice the amount I payed.
