That's fantastic! I think we can build around that. How about something like this: "I had an…read moreexceptional experience at the dealership. I began my service with Alex, who was great, but it was Isaiah who truly blew me away. He went above and beyond--listened carefully to my needs, addressed everything quickly, and left me truly impressed. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. I give them 100% and would absolutely recommend them." Ask for Isaiah you'll see for yourself .. thank you fellows for your great service!!!!! Keep up the great work!!!! All the b

Went to buy a 2018 Gray Honda civic type R, however when I was being shown one the color which was Black & was definitely not right but the sales rep. was certain it was just color difference in online photos, I took the car for a test drive clutch felt like it was slipping in first gear but she was insisting that it was just my imagination and it went through their inspection and passed. After half way through signing the sales manager introduced himself to me only to tell me then that the car I test drove was not the 2018 but the 2021. when I asked to go see the car I was half way through signing for I was in disbelief. The 2018 in the right color was in terrible condition it needed to replace the Driver side fender, Battery, Brake pads, and all 4 tires!?!? I ended up buying the 2021 after that. A month of ownership the fork throwout bearing for the clutch goes out, Their is no clutch face left, oxygen sensor needed to be replaced as a check engine light was thrown on the dash and my serpentine belt was cracked!? After I had all of those taken cared of I immediately cancelled my Extended warranties they had sold me as well as my oil changes. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR INSPECTIONS ON THEIR INVENTORY. HAVE A TRUSTED TECHNICIAN YOU KNOW DO ONE FOR YOU. Do yourself a favor and stay away from AutoNation, Carmax & Carvana they are all the same. The only good thing with them is when you sell your car avoid buying a car from them. I'd give them no stars if I could just a awful experience from being to end.

My experience with Queen Motorcars:…read more I had my car in the shop for repair because it was involved in a hit-and-run. I thought it would be better to buy an old used car instead of renting a car. I didn't think I could afford the $ 500-a-week rental fee. I went to Queen Motorcars, and a Mercedes-Benz was listed for $3,995. I ended up putting a 3k required down payment with a 5K loan at 12% interest for 3 years. I paid it off in 8 months. They also included a $ 1,900.00 Sonsio transferable contract on the invoice that they said I HAD to pay for. They had assured me that I could transfer that contract. If I sold the car, I was walking out of the place until they said that. I test drove the car in daylight, and besides the "as is" trap, I am not a car guru to know how a bad car drives. They told me about the hood latch and the wheel inflation sensor. After I went home and looked over my paperwork, they had also included $1,300 that was nowhere stated in the documents as what it was. I went back to ask about the discrepancy amount, and they told me it was a dealer's fee. After two weeks, an engine light they had turned off came on, and I ended up paying over 5K in repairs, such as an exhaust manifold and oil leak issues. However, those issues are understandable in "as is" vehicles. However, the low-beam headlights are not. I did not drive the car at night, and the two times I did it were on high beams. I did not know it was on high beam. I took the car to PB, and they informed me that the car was in a car accident and that they had put the wrong headlight in the car, which fried the fuse circuit board for the low-beam headlights. Queens Auto Sales did not tell me about the car accident or the light issue, which is illegal to sell a car without working lights. They are guilty of predatory lending. How did I get approved for that loan when I already had a car loan, several credit cards, and a mortgage? They must have lied to the finance company about my income. I went back to try and see if they would buy back the car from me for at least 4k. The market value for this car is 8k. They said they would give me 500.00 for it! I should not have done all the repairs, but I did not want to ruin my car-buying credit by voluntarily surrendering it. If anyone knows an attorney who can help me with this, I would appreciate it.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They only accept payments through Cash App or…read moreZelle, which immediately raised concerns for me. When a payment is due, they will call repeatedly until they get an answer. However, when it came to my car insurance, one missed contact was apparently all it took for them to repossess my vehicle the very next day. The double standard is extremely concerning. I understand that my lapse in insurance may have given them grounds to repossess the vehicle, but the way they handled the situation was unacceptable. The employee claimed they had called and emailed me multiple times, which is simply not true. I received one contact, and the very next day, my car was gone. They seem persistent when they want their money, but that same effort was not reflected in their communication regarding my insurance. The condition of the vehicle was also unacceptable. Within a month, the brakes were in terrible condition, the tire pressure light had been on since I drove off the lot, the ceiling fabric was barely hanging on by a single pin, and the car was dirty, with trash in the glove compartment and underneath the seats. There was also no gas in the vehicle when I left. The only issue they addressed was the air conditioning. I needed reliable transportation and was in a difficult situation, and I genuinely feel this dealership takes advantage of people who are already struggling. Between the condition of the vehicle, the inconsistent communication, and the way the repossession was handled, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I strongly encourage anyone considering this dealership to do their research, read every part of their contract carefully, and think twice before doing business with them.
