I just bought my third and fourth cars with My Carlady, which says it all. I wish My Carlady could have been there for every car that I ever purchased. Sarah Lee would have stopped me from buying that decrepit Volkswagen Scirocco. Foremost, why wouldn't you want to have a savvy and tireless broker finding the best deals for you in the contiguous United States? For the average person, an automobile is the second most expensive purchase you will ever make, the third most expensive for airplane owners and Russian bride husbands. Truly I cannot say enough about Sarah Lee and Jennifer. They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars from the amazing price I received on my trade-in to the huge discounts on the sticker prices for both cars, not to mention their tax knowledge and savings in having purchased a car (one of the two I bought) that would ultimately end up in Texas. Worried about navigating the car paperwork bureaucracy nightmare? Fret not. Jennifer has your back and will keep you out of the DMV gulag. Sarah Lee apparently knows everyone in the auto business, including the best car shipping companies, and will do what it takes to get you into the right vehicle and delivered to your doorstep. Financing? They'll get you squared away and show you your options. My Carlady will even offer advice if torn between models. She actually laughed when I told her that KIA and Hyundai were on my short list along with Toyota. And who knew that the Jeep Compass has a lower approval rating than Typhoid Fever? If you're going to climb Everest, you need a wise sherpa. And if you want the very best car at the absolute lowest price without getting conned and fleeced by a dealership sales agent, then give My Carlady a call. In fact, you would be foolish not to. read more

I had just purcased a new vehicle from out of state on the internt and was completely terrified and how to proceed. A friend of mind had recommended their after service after I had purchased a this vehicle and was dreaded dealing with the DMV. After a quick call they explained to me the documents I needed. I dropped off my paper work on a monday and had my registration, title transfer and tags on Wednesday. It literally took less time than grabbing a couple of Starbucks.. On top of that the service was outstanding. There was a small problem with my paper work and Jennifer actually called me while they were processing the tags and we corrected it with a quick email. Where if I had done it myself it would have meant at least one or two more trips to the DMV not to mention god knows how many headache filled hours. I consider myself a relative frugal person by nature but Ill Im happy to pay for value. Honestly for the amount of time, anxiety and frustration these guys saved me I think its worth twice the amount I payed. read more

I can really only say this! The people that work here are efficient, accurate, correct, and concise! They accomplished a fairly difficult dilemma with the DMV of NV in what I would call record time! A vehicle which was purchased 'on-line' from California, but due to the neglect of the California dealer, failed to Title the vehicle correctly, completely ignoring Nevada, and skipping California! It was necessary to be rectified in two steps, first titling the vehicle in California, THEN Nevada! My Carlady accomplished the WHOLE SHEBANG in exactly 3 weeks! First came the Title from California, then the same from Nevada! Amazing! Thank you, My Carlady! Josephine and John read more

Sarah helped me immensely in late 2019 when I purchased a new Toyota Camry from a local dealer and was overcharged $3,500. Her advice and help allowed me to create a letter to the dealership which brought their immediate response and attention, yielding their check back to me for the $3,500. If I had complained to the dealer on my own I would surely have ended up taking my chances in court with them. Sarah is very knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend her! My Car Lady is an incredible service to use. We use them for our business to register all of our fleet vehicles. Recently, My Car Lady helped us navigate an extremely complex registration issue where the DMV had made an error and we needed to resolve the registration issue to get the truck back on the road. They communicated with us regularly, checked in with the DMV daily and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. What's more is that they were honest and transparent, letting us know that we had a credit with their company for a prior transaction and they'd be utilizing that towards resolving our issue with the registation. What an incredibly honest business. They're also a great value by paying a nominal fee to have someone wait at the DMV to handle registrations for our fleet. Their service saves us valuable time and money. Thanks My Car Lady! read more

This is the best service. I needed to register a car in NV that was physically located in CA. Getting an appt in the Reno NV DMV was going to take 2 months! Sarah answered all of my questions, did all of the paperwork via overnight service and within a week the car was registered. Her communication was prompt, she's very knowledgeable, and made every part of the process really easy. I will definitely use My Car Lady again. read more

I had a wonderful experience here. I bought a car out of state and could not register my car without going to the DMV. As you probably have experienced, the soonest DMV appointments are still 3-4 weeks out. Instead of working through that nightmare, I called Sarah Lee. She was very friendly and scheduled an appointment with me that next day (Saturday). At the appointment, she helped me maneuver around the needed paperwork. After that, I had my registration within a couple days. I was shocked how easy this could be. Overall, highly recommend!! read more

Fast friendly service. I had an issue with DMV. Tried going there on my own first. They gave me the run around so I said screw it. I researched dmv services and came across this company. I'm so glad I did. Called them on Friday they said come down before 4pm they will help me. I did and thank goodness. They made the entire process so easy. They made me feel Very welcomed. Got my plates that following Tueday with no issues they even took care of the little issue I had. Highly recommend them. The ladies in the office were so nice. Thank you guys very much. Very reasonable on their fee too. Everyone hates going to the DMV and having to sit there even with an appt which I initially had I still had to sit there for and hour past my appt time. Mind you they also want you there 30 mins prior to your appt. Ridiculous. Why bother with all that nonsense and stress. Mycarlady takes headache from you. Reach out to them you wont be disappointed. Thanks again. I will continue to do business with you in the future read more

Disclaimer: I haven't availed Sarah's service yet but this is based on my consulting from her. I messaged Sarah late at night (around 10-11pm) inquiring about a complicated title from a private seller (not in his name, different state, buying from executor of will). She replied around 6am and told me to call her. I called her and we talked for around 15mins. She explained the situation and offered me to let the seller send her the documents so she can verify. The sale did not push through because it was too complicated but Sarah was very accommodating and I really felt she wanted to help (money is already part of it but you feel her concern for you). She also does not overcharge and she gave me the advice for free Will I recommend her to friends & family? YES! Will I avail her services in the future? YES! Thank you for your wonderful advice Sarah and looking forward to do business with you in the future! read more

As a title and tag agent myself. When you get paid to do complete any sort of transaction for a customer you don't charge by how many times you have to go to DMV to complete said transaction. Paid Sarah $300 to compete 2 title transfers in which she had issues at Dmv and let me know once she got them back incomplete. Once I obtained the additional information she was needing to have these titles cleared she had the nerve to charge me an additional $300 to get them done. She never completed them the first time. Completely unacceptable and inappropriate. Anyone who does Dmv work knows you don't get paid by the number of visits to the dmv it takes you to complete the work. You get paid by the transaction. Needless to say I got screwed out of $300 and 2 titles that she was paid for and didn't complete. Attached is proof of all of the above. Sarah I'm sure this honest review will upset you but it is important for others to know because it is not ok. Do better. If you attempt to reach out to my clients or retaliate on my companies social media pages with slander, I will have my attorney get in contact with you. read more

My car was from out of state with expired tags. We moved to Henderson just before the pandemic and lockdowns so getting it re-registered didn't happen. My Carlady (Sarah) walked me through the paperwork which she had sent me online. I gave her my forms and old plate and she took care of the rest. This afternoon she handed me my new plates, sticker, and NV registration. I couldn't even make an appointment to do it on my own... there is a LONG delay getting appointments since Nevada DMV reopened. My Carlady really took care of business in a totally professional, competent manner. Worth every penny. read more
