"for what!" "oh we dont have any available appointments here", so then i ask if she can check other locations (because they can) and she points to my phone thats out and says "you cant do it?" "you can do it online" and i just continued to say nicely as i could because i was already thrown off by her attitude "you can't do it for me?" ITS YOUR JOB. when im already at the dmv, might as well get the appointment set up while im there. i guess she assumed just because im young, i must be on my phone all the time right?? other than that, didnt wait long. my appointment was @3p waited for about 10 minutes. i wish i got their names but i had this asian guy army vet at #29 and a short haired lady who took over right after him. both were kind, funny and made everything quick and smooth. and they explained everything so i understood what i needed for next time. its people like them that actually deserve to work here.

Upon requesting pricing, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment and I'd only be charged if I didn't use the service. The representative Brian was extremely rude and unprofessional, snd began insulting me when I told him I'd go elsewhere - see screenshot for proof of his incompetence. The little extras like taking off my old Lisc plate and putting on the new plate. There was 4 referral on the yelp site and they were the only ones that returned my call quickly. Only one place texted me back several days later and 2 never responded. Thank you for the fast service. Paying the rush fee was worth it. M Farber

100% SCAM!!! This place is a quick shop dont wait in long…read moreass line kind of place. So, it is correct to say that this place has the capability to look up information in the DMV system just like the ORIGINAL wait in line DMV building off of American Pacific Dr... I decided to walk into this place bc I lazily did NOT want to wait in line in the cold. Quick biggest EXPENSIVE not thinking decision I EVER made in my life. I gave him my information he typed it in his computer...so he would be getting the same information that the DMV off of American Pacific Dr would have, right? Right when he presses ENTER... I was charged and PAID for... DMV snap fees $199 (if I knew this way ahead of time of this fee, I would have walked out. There is no fee of services IN dmv itself) Estimated DMV fee $40 ( fee at DMV) TOTAL $239 Got a text later in the afternoon that my paperwork was rejected. In DMV, the agent inputs EVERYTHING in the system and w/in seconds info information is viewed and agent is able to inform you what is needed right than and there in your face. It makes me really think what kind of 1940s system this place is running, that i wasnt informed of what and why my paperwork was REJECTED by DMV, until hrs later. I paid for nothing but complete BS. So, dont be lazy like me and just go make an appt or wait in that line to do ANY and ALL DMV transactions. -zero stars

I didn't want to have to stop at two places, smog and then go to the DMV with my kids in this summer heat. So I decided to take the little drive from Cadence with my kiddos. I drove up in the carline, third in line. I even saw two cars behind me leave while I was waiting in line. It only took about 10 mins when I was upfront! This lady working the equipment was quick! Smog checked, renewal registration paid, and done! Kids still hanging in the car! All in less than 10 mins! The pricing is affordable for these kind of services. You can check-in on Yelp for a little discount, but I tipped them anyway. I did wonder about the free car wash I saw on a previous review, but oh well. All worth it!
