I dropped off my paper work on a monday and had my registration, title transfer and tags on Wednesday. It literally took less time than grabbing a couple of Starbucks.. On top of that the service was outstanding. There was a small problem with my paper work and Jennifer actually called me while they were processing the tags and we corrected it with a quick email. Where if I had done it myself it would have meant at least one or two more trips to the DMV not to mention god knows how many headache filled hours. I consider myself a relative frugal person by nature but Ill Im happy to pay for value. Her name has been mentioned in several other reviews and I can state that the customer service and knowledge I received from her was top notch. She got me in and out with ease.
