100% SCAM!!! This place is a quick shop dont wait in long ass line kind of place. So, it is correct to say that this place has the capability to look up information in the DMV system just like the ORIGINAL wait in line DMV building off of American Pacific Dr... I decided to walk into this place bc I lazily did NOT want to wait in line in the cold. Quick biggest EXPENSIVE not thinking decision I EVER made in my life. I gave him my information he typed it in his computer...so he would be getting the same information that the DMV off of American Pacific Dr would have, right? Right when he presses ENTER... I was charged and PAID for... DMV snap fees $199 (if I knew this way ahead of time of this fee, I would have walked out. There is no fee of services IN dmv itself) Estimated DMV fee $40 ( fee at DMV) TOTAL $239 Got a text later in the afternoon that my paperwork was rejected. In DMV, the agent inputs EVERYTHING in the system and w/in seconds info information is viewed and agent is able to inform you what is needed right than and there in your face. It makes me really think what kind of 1940s system this place is running, that i wasnt informed of what and why my paperwork was REJECTED by DMV, until hrs later. I paid for nothing but complete BS. So, dont be lazy like me and just go make an appt or wait in that line to do ANY and ALL DMV transactions. -zero stars read more

I had a wonderful experience with these folks. I came to them with a frustrating issue I was having with the title and registration for my vehicle and they were nothing but wonderful to work with. They were confident and assured me they would be able to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. They also remained in contact with me on a regular basis, both through text and email, in order to give me updates as far as the status of the process. And despite the computer drama and delays of the past few weeks at the DMV, they were still able to quickly and efficiently complete the process for me. Every step (my first time purchasing a car thru private party. Call was returned quickly and the process in person was quick and helpful. The 2 people that work there were an amazing team. The little extras like taking off my old Lisc plate and putting on the new plate. There was 4 referral on the yelp site and they were the only ones that returned my call quickly. For anyone who wants to get a quick turnaround registration and not have to wait in the long long dmv lines dmv snap is the place to be. Before I found there location across the street from the Henderson dmv I had been to the dmv 3 times getting the run around. Then i realized I was actually losing money trying to do it myself and found it in my best interest to pay dmv snap a minimal fee and have them use their power and connections to get my plates and registration. They communicate with you throughout the process and it's hassle free. My biggest advise is to avoid the dmv office and go to dmv snap. read more

I had my car registered here coming from California and I wasn't able to get an appointment at the DMV in time before it was expiring, I was also short on the paperwork needed from California to complete the process. I called them to ask if was too much of difference between dmv prices and them and they said that's wasn't, I got there and they're trying to charge me 400$ for a registration I said i didn't want it and the guy treated me like shit lol, a week later I got an dmv appointment and paid 90$ for my registration read more

I had to register a new vehicle, and was unable to get into the DMV at an appropriate time. DMV snap was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I already paid my car registration but was having a difficult time receiving my car tag because I had not changed my mailing address. Josh knew just what to do. He applied for a change of address which I was not allowed to do online. Took about a week and one half. Received my car registration and tag and all was legally done using a notary there. I believe this is a very good service for one of a kind situations . I felt no stress after I left the office. Very professionally too. I will recommend this service. 5 star for sure. read more
