They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars from the amazing price I received on my trade-in to the huge discounts on the sticker prices for both cars, not to mention their tax knowledge and savings in having purchased a car (one of the two I bought) that would ultimately end up in Texas. Worried about navigating the car paperwork bureaucracy nightmare? Fret not. Jennifer has your back and will keep you out of the DMV gulag. Sarah Lee apparently knows everyone in the auto business, including the best car shipping companies, and will do what it takes to get you into the right vehicle and delivered to your doorstep. Financing? They'll get you squared away and show you your options. My Carlady will even offer advice if torn between models. She actually laughed when I told her that KIA and Hyundai were on my short list along with Toyota. And who knew that the Jeep Compass has a lower approval rating than Typhoid Fever? If you're going to climb Everest, you need a wise sherpa. So, it is correct to say that this place has the capability to look up information in the DMV system just like the ORIGINAL wait in line DMV building off of American Pacific Dr... I decided to walk into this place bc I lazily did NOT want to wait in line in the cold. Quick biggest EXPENSIVE not thinking decision I EVER made in my life. I gave him my information he typed it in his computer...so he would be getting the same information that the DMV off of American Pacific Dr would have, right? Right when he presses ENTER... I was charged and PAID for... DMV snap fees $199 (if I knew this way ahead of time of this fee, I would have walked out. There is no fee of services IN dmv itself) Estimated DMV fee $40 ( fee at DMV) TOTAL $239 Got a text later in the afternoon that my paperwork was rejected. In DMV, the agent inputs EVERYTHING in the system and w/in seconds info information is viewed and agent is able to inform you what is needed right than and there in your face. It makes me really think what kind of 1940s system this place is running, that i wasnt informed of what and why my paperwork was REJECTED by DMV, until hrs later. I paid for nothing but complete BS. So, dont be lazy like me and just go make an appt or wait in that line to do ANY and ALL DMV transactions. -zero stars

They were confident and assured me they would be able to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. They also remained in contact with me on a regular basis, both through text and email, in order to give me updates as far as the status of the process. And despite the computer drama and delays of the past few weeks at the DMV, they were still able to quickly and efficiently complete the process for me.
