Great at taking care of all details. Professional and does what you need them to do. My life is too busy to go to the DMV and wait. Very recommended read more

Everything went well even when there was some complications with the paperwork I had Liz provided the information I needed to finish the registration. Thanks again Liz!! read more

Company was not very helpful. I contacted them to inquire if they processed one-day moving permits, I gave them all of my vehicle's information and they never even bothered to call me back. When I called them back, very matter of fact they responded they did not process one day permits. They could have just said this when I first called. Not sure why I was made to wait if this was not a service that they offered. read more

start to finish was amazing, Great service and super friendly. Nay helped me register and get title transfers for two vehicles, which was a headache from 3 different dmv service places I went to previously. Other places won't see you without an appointment and extremely high fees. Everything got here in a few days and was well worth it. Highly recommend them to anyone that needs DMV Services. read more

It's a really good sign when someone at a business honestly tells you that you DON'T need to use them. I had an issue with selling my parents' car for them, and contacted ASAP to help me get a Power of Attorney form completed and notarized. They ended up telling me how to sell the car without using a POA. Based on this experience I would not hesitate to use them if I need DMV services. read more

Honestly ive never took the time to use these apps for experience reviews . But i just feel really upset with all the communication I've attempted and the effort i got in return due to the fact your supposed to trust a place like this for important services. It feels like they have no idea of whats going on they should consider hiring people who have experience with these services they are providing Jessie one of the workers has 0 communication skills. I attempet 3 services with them the 1st one was me transferring my plates from out of state to nevada She suggested we change the title to fix the or/and as 2 owners of the car She claimed we would get an update and notification when the plates and everything was ready she never reached out i contacted her multile times about different things cus of the time it was taking The 3 rd service she said they could provide a service for a service the dmv wouldnt allow them to do So i said okay no worries well handle it and cancel the service we paid you for cus you cant provide it Asked about the refund and same thing she always said ill get back to you never did i sent her many text called looking for her to get updates nothing untill a giy took over my file he claimed hed solve the refund issue never did So i pretty much gave them $100 for being idiots Very upsetting due to all of the miscommunication Feels like children could probably run this place better than all of them read more

On time service every time High quality staff Well worth cost; because your time saved is worth the $ Alternatives were awful experiences by comparison read more

Everything was perfect, I got my plates in a timely manner and at a cheaper price then was quoted. They were honest and I will use them for all my DMV services. read more

Oh my goodness. Their name says it all. I have been there twice. Quick, professional service. Sola was my service provider. She knew just what to do and she was very sweet. They are worth every penny I paid. With my respect, Robert Tripp read more

My original review rated this location a 5 star because it appeared to be the best option for getting my vehicle registered. When I went in originally, they said that it would be done within 7 days. The individual who helped me took my paperwork and after three (3) separate trips they made to the DMV they still didn't get this done. Also costed me a late fee and a penalty from DMV because of their lack of competence. Then they finally got my plates and managed to ensure that they paid for my fees to the DMV so that they could rake me for an additional 3% on top of what i had already paid. Honestly, I am not sure which experience would have been better. Waiting in line my self at the DMV or dealing with these idiots. They are all full of excuses and quite honestly not sure if its worth the expense. What was originally $1,053.00 - to NV DMV after all the wasted time and effort translated into $1,266.00 + 3% fee = $1,304.00 Never again and will ensure to tell all I know that its not worth their price. read more

Where to start? Ok so I have used these guys 4-5 times now. Cannot say enough good about them. Here are the highlights: -Kaylee is awesome! Great attitude, friendly, customer focused and shows her appreciation when you come in prepared - The time, aggravation, annoyance, and PITA of DMV is eliminated. - If you do your part and bring in all the right paperwork, this process is smooth as silk. I dropped my out of state title and all the requested documents on Monday. It is now Friday and I have plates, registration, and my title is 6 weeks out. - I did not have a o deal with DMV or the DMV office. Best money spent on a premium service! So worth the service fee. Save yourself then pain and just have Kaylee do the work! read more

Needed some help with getting a lost NV title for my car after relocating back east. DMV's website wasn't helpful, and I couldn't afford to wait weeks to hear back if something was wrong with the paperwork, and then start the process again. Pinged ASAP Services though Yelp's messaging and they got back to me to me in no time. Told me what they needed and also helped me get it all expedited. Title just arrived and now I can get my car registered and back on the road. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs NV title help. read more

This was my first time using DMV ASAP and I am very glad I did. It was easy to set up an appointment, the location was convenient, and the staff was great. Liz helped me understand all the steps, forms and associated fees, which was super helpful. She assisted me with the insurance requirements and was accessible by email when needed. Yes, it does cost for this service, but in my opinion it is totally worth it. With my job and travel, I simply don't have the time to spend several hours at the Nevada DMV. A big thanks to Liz and to DMV ASAP! read more

In purchasing a new vehicle (2024 Kia Telluride) We, my wife and I, were charged for two years registration rather than one. I registered on-line and thought I had done everything properly. Upon submitting the application, I recocognized that our cost would be about double what we anticipated. This mistake was as a result of an error by the Kia dealership in paperwork submission. Liz at ASAP Services in Las Vegas at Durango and Warm Springs worked with us for resolution. Her thoroughness at investigation was exemplary and resulted in us not only getting a one year credit but two years. Liz's work was done very quickly and she advised us to go to the dealership immediately and file a complaint which we did. The result was a refund of $1833.50. The dealership was quite embarrassed by the oversight so decided to refund the total amount. Thankyou, thankyou Liz!! read more

Super quick and super easy! Loved the signage here, because I can imagine some insufferable ass people have waddled their way into DMV ASAP after their own poor time management. I was in and out well under 30 minutes, if that. It's beyond worth it paying the $100 service fee to not have to deal with the DMV (if you're required to go in person.) read more

If you're like me, you'd ask yourself why would I pay someone to go to the dmv for me. But I changed my opinion real quick after looking at the dmv appointment schedule, it's two months out, by the way. So OK, here you are, trying to find someone who will do what they said they are going to do and not get screwed! Well, search no more because Andre and Kaylee at DMV ASAP are the best! I bought a utility trailer and needed it to get registered right away. I did a yelp request on a Sunday, thinking no one would get back to me until Monday. Lo and behold, Andre from DMV ASAP gave me a quote within an hour, if not sooner. Again, if you're like me, you have a million questions to ask. And guess what? Andre replied throughout Sunday. I'll be honest and say that Andre quote was not the lowest but from his responses, I took a chance. He offered to review my document to see if it's possible to have the trailer registered by Wednesday. That was awesome of him. Sunday errands took longer than I thought so I was in the middle of emailing my paperwork to him on Monday morning when he sent me another message saying he hasn't gotten my email and want to make sure the email didn't get lost. I thought that was so awesome of him to follow up! That's great work ethics right there. Within fifteen minutes, they said it may be possible but no guarantees and that I should go down there as soon as possible. I got there by 8:30am and Kaylee was able to help me right away. The whole process took less than twenty minutes. I was told it should be ready by Wednesday and explained the documents to me. Tuesday lunchtime, Kaylee called me to say my plate is ready for pick up. Whattttt!!!! Awesome! Obviously, I am a happy camper. I honestly think you will too if you give Andre a try. read more

Every time I see their name I post a review! Why because they are the best ever! Not in only Las Vegas but the best place ever to get your DMV business taken care of! I went in their office last week so completely stressed out I had not registered my Car for almost a year! Andre helped me and I'm tell everyone he is the absolute best! Kind hearted, caring just couldn't ask for that feeling that you're known him for ever!! I was actually done with my DMV business within 15 minutes or less however we talked a little! So I'm telling you I left there actually happy feeling, smiling and Andre actually walked me out! Go there save yourself stress I'm telling you they are one awesome company honestly!!!! read more

On advice from a friend I used DMV ASAP to transfer three titles. They got the titles and plates however for the cost I should have scheduled a Appoitment with the DMV and waited. There office is on the far side of town facilitating a 28 mile drive (45 Min.) each way. The processing fee was quite a bit for the 3 services ($750). They were up front on the price. What I was disappointed in was that I had to drive back to the location to pick up my plates weeks later. Figure what ever your registration is going to cost by DMV, then add in the DMVASAP fee. read more

I live in Vegas and bought a car in Arizona a few months ago. Since it is an out of state transaction, I couldn't register online. For about 2 months, I tried making an appointment with the DMV at least once a day without success. I googled DMV services and came across DMV Asap. I called in advance and brought in the times requested. Ann Marie helped me and she was awesome to work with. It took about 3 weeks and it was worth the fee to get this taken care of. I'm certain I would still be on the DMV site daily if I didn't reach out to DMV Asap. read more

My car was renewed for registration and Liz and Kaley was as said on the yelp reviews....they were very nice and helpful and very fast.
