Sara is very professional and on top of everything. She got all my things done in the time she said and called me right away when everything was ready. I have now used her services twice but I will continue to for any more DMV services I need completed. 100% tell people about this service! read more

Rude on the phone and loudly complained about our call to someone in the background before hanging up. Unprofessional. We decided to go with Skip the Line DMV services on Rainbow instead. read more

Dan S. is right. No advantage at all in using her service. She is very expensive and scammed me out of my money. I later went online and completed the services on my own. She never mentioned that was an option. Instead she actually told me that it was not an option to do anything on the actual DMV website. read more

Very nice and walked me through the whole process. Beats waiting at the dmv any day of the week

I had purchased a new car and wanted to avoid spending a full day at the DMV to get my plates. I decided to go to DMV Time Savers. I had never utilized a service like this before, and thought I'd give it a shot and I was not disappointed!! I worked with Sara Diaz and she was not only professional and thorough, she was just an overall joy to work with! In less than one week, I had my registration, tabs, and plate for my car. She did all the heavy lifting for me! What a great service and wonderful agent! I highly recommend. read more

Responded right away, but never got past negotiation phase. Much too expensive for the services being offered, in my opinion. No advantage to using this service given the pricing. read more

If it weren't for the torture administered by the Department of Motor Vehicles, we would have never had the opportunity to meet the lovely Sara at DMV Time Savers. We had a monumental registration task before us which we faced with certain dread. Procrastination was setting in and we knew we had to face the task. Then we found Sara, who handled it for us beautifully. In spite of a major hiccup at the DMV office, Sara was able to overcome and get 'er done. Her knowledge of the workings of the DMV is amazing, as is she. Thank you, angel Sara! read more

I honestly can't say enough good things about DMV Time Savers. I dealt with Sara and she was wonderful! She puts a lot of attention to her work and got everything I needed done before expected! The prices are absolutely fair. I needed quite a bit of services so I was happy it didn't leave a whole in my pocket. There is no other place I will ever go to. I have to say I am a customer for life! If I can leave more than 5 stars, I would! read more

Sara was fantastic. Very professional and accommodating. We had some very complicated issues with our insurance, and had to retitle a vehicle as well. All confusing, and if you don't have everything exactly right when you go to the DMV, you've wasted your time, because they won't help you! Sara went above and beyond to get our vehicles reregistered. I'm never going to the DMV again, and will for sure be a repeat customer! Money well spent. If you don't have time or are just confused about the process... call DMV Time Savers! read more

Wayyy overpriced !!! We contacted this company because we have lost one of the titles to one of our company trucks. They seemingly never pick up when called so we left messages and finally talked to them after 2 days. We spoke to a Sara. To duplicate our title and to complete the papers to send off to Carson City she quoted us $330!!! She pointed out that this did not include any DMV fees, just her charge to fill out the forms. She stated her normal fee was $230 to fill out the forms but since we wanted this expedited it would be an extra $100. We contacted the DMV and the true charge to expedite this transaction was only $20. We strongly believe that $330 to fill out about 15 minutes worth of paperwork is outrageous. Our company will not be using DMV Time Savers. FOLLOW UP!!! The very next DMV service we telephoned quoted us $120 for the duplicate title and that includes ALL the DMV fees! Over 66% less than DMV Time Savers. A strong indication that Time Savers is WAYYY overpriced. In response to Sara's reply: DMV advised us yesterday that duplicate titles are sent to Carson City and there is no need to take them to the local DMV. In our request it was made very clear there was no need for any trips to pickup any paperwork. Bottom line, two or three forms need completed and then mailed. We have been in the auto business for 35 years and your rates are the most outrageous we have ever heard of. Let the general public be forewarned: There are much more reasonable DMV agencies out there. read more
