And the time came with only a few days left to register it. I went to three DMV's and they all turned me down because they don't accept walk-in's. No stars if I could do that I would. Diane has helped me before but her person that helps her threw my papers at me. Refused to serve me after I already paid. Just completely rude. I showed up on Saturday says supposed to be open till 3. I got there at 2pm and waited. First thought they moved. So I messaged her and called her. Sat there a long time. She finally answered me I guess her person didn't show up. Let's add I have 4 autoimmune diseases and this took everything out of me to drive 35 minutes there and it took me an hour to get home. I came back Monday that's when this person said DMV isn't open on Saturday so she didn't need to be at work. Not professional. So many other things were done that was professional. Just go somewhere else. Not worth it. I ended up paying them more than what my tags cost because they couldn't do their job right. Trying to blame Carvana. It wasn't all their fault. You have been warned. There are other companies in town that do this for less money. Rude erases all the good things she did before. Listen to your customers Diane. read more
