Diane at DMV Connections was amazing. She truly understood our situation and went out of her way to be incredibly helpful. She gave us valuable advice and assistance that would normally have to be handled by another office. The fact that she was so willing to help without hesitation says everything about her character--you can absolutely trust her. read more

Called in and requested info. Diane was very helpful and offered to send me a complete quote if I could txt her a picture of my title. She answered all of my questions via phone call and walked me through the process of registering an out of state vehicle. Thank you Diane for your amazing customer service. Definitely will recommend you to others. Update- although Diane was very helpful on the phone that day. She never got back or replied to me. I had to go with a different company to register my vehicle. I texted her the info she needed from my car but no response. read more

I purchased insurance through this company and was charged $570 due to not having a license, which I accepted. The following month, I made the same $570 payment, but then noticed my policy had been switched to a different insurance provider without any explanation. This raised concerns, so I investigated further. I discovered that my actual insurance cost was only $400, meaning the company was pocketing the extra $170 without disclosing any service fees or additional charges. They never informed me of these extra costs, leaving me completely in the dark. I strongly advise others to review their policies carefully and ensure they are not being overcharged. I plan to file a police report regarding this matter. If you're considering doing business with this company, proceed with caution and verify all charges upfront. Also my social and id was used without my consent to make this change ! read more

Arrived at their office literally 2 minutes before they close and still assisted me. Their service was very affordable, compared to others. I used their one day service and got my out of state registration and plate the same day as well. Highly recommended and will be back for my future DMV services! read more

I would definitely recommend them to anybody I know. I had a super hard time getting an appointment on time for registration of an RV that I just bought. And the time came with only a few days left to register it. I went to three DMV's and they all turned me down because they don't accept walk-in's. I found DMV connection services on Yelp and I called them. They told me they could get it registered ASAP for me. I came in and I was in and out in about five minutes. The next day they called me to tell me that my registration stuff was ready to pick up. Definitely super convenient and easy. The office girls are extremely amazing. They were so nice. Again I appreciate them so much and I would definitely refer them to anybody Also make sure you follow them on TickTock @houseofcara888 read more

No stars if I could do that I would. Diane has helped me before but her person that helps her threw my papers at me. Refused to serve me after I already paid. Just completely rude. I showed up on Saturday says supposed to be open till 3. I got there at 2pm and waited. First thought they moved. So I messaged her and called her. Sat there a long time. She finally answered me I guess her person didn't show up. Let's add I have 4 autoimmune diseases and this took everything out of me to drive 35 minutes there and it took me an hour to get home. I came back Monday that's when this person said DMV isn't open on Saturday so she didn't need to be at work. Not professional. So many other things were done that was professional. Just go somewhere else. Not worth it. I ended up paying them more than what my tags cost because they couldn't do their job right. Trying to blame Carvana. It wasn't all their fault. You have been warned. There are other companies in town that do this for less money. Rude erases all the good things she did before. Listen to your customers Diane. read more

I can not say enough good things about DMV Connection Services. They are all literally SO nice and SO knowledgeable. I have used them for 3 vehicles so far and bringing the 4th to them in the next day or so. With the DMV being as crazy as it is, you can't put a price tag on your time. Their prices are more than fair and they are super quick. Communication is great and when I came back the next time they remembered me!! read more

DMV Connection Services is worth every penny. Thankfully I utilized this service and Diane did an amazing job. Follow up was great, and despite the challenges presented by the DMV, she was able to get my NV plates in no time. Had I not chosen DMV Connection Services I'd either be waiting in a line that wraps around the building OR waiting an additional 40 days for the appointment made online. (That appointment was PAST the due date for the NV License Plates.) If you value your time and want to avoid dealing with the DMV, this is an amazing service. read more

Diane is awesome to work with. Knows her stuff and is quick to get things done. Nothing but great service! Highly recommended.

If you absolutely don't have to physically go down to the DMV, I highly suggest that you contact Diane and see what are your options. She will be a blessing to you, as she was to me!!
