Very unprofessional when I arrived at 1 there was a lady waiting for an hour already saying she just wanted to get an update of her case. I made an appointment 2 days before at 1. I came with my grandma we waiting an hour I called the owner more then 10 times within the hour no answer the paper on the door said she was handling a case to call the number noted no answer. When I finally got a call back from her at 1:40 she said she had went out to take a 2 hour lunch for a friends birthday. I was so upset I even waited 20 more minutes for her to arrive she still never showed up when I finally left she calls me asking where I was ?! She said she didn't know she had an appointment with me even though I spoke to her personally to make the appointment that day. Worst service read more

I typed in "DMV" on my Google Maps and got sent here instead of the actual DMV - and I'm really glad I did. I ended up paying Vanessa $60 to register my car for me instead of waiting in a 6+ hour line myself and she was AMAZING. She ended up going twice as I didn't have the right insurance the first time (mine was based in PA and not NV), so I'm extra-grateful. I went to this place for a general power of attorney. After they made me wait for 45 minutes she wasn't understand how "to do it". I had to leave, telling her I will come back in 45 minutes because I had an appointment. I came back after the 45 minutes I said , I asked for my general power of attorney, I see the letter and I noticed few errors, like misspelling, wrong names etc... I had to wait one more hour for her to correct the errors in the letter. After one hour she did it right. I need another simple letter regarding the same case, then she said "oh yes I can help you with the simple letter but I will be 200 dollars "! 200 dollars on top of the 40 dollars I paid for the power of attorney.
