When your emails and phone calls disappear into a void, it's hard to have confidence that the office staff on the other end are performing their other duties in a diligent fashion. They are located in downtown in a pleasantly-appointed one-story office. The Wall Street Journals in the waiting room may be a few weeks old, but you won't spend too much time sitting there. Michelle Abrams has a congenial and professional demeanor, and is able to answer any and all questions in great detail.
