She would talk over me, cut me off and wasn't pleasant one bit. I told her I had to discuss things with the family and contact their office later. Before I could finish thanking her, she hung up! I called the office the next day because I didn't hear back, and a women told me they don't handle probate! I was dumbfounded because that's not what the website says, so figured I'd called the wrong office. I double checked the phone numbers and supposedly I called these guys. oh, but still, I have yet to get an email reply, so who knows! Well, today I called back just curious to see how the phone call would go, and there was no decent excuse provided about why I didn't hear back. When I advised about my second call, being told they don't handle probate, the woman said no, he handles family law, and actually said maybe he changed his practice!?!?? Huh? Then she asked if I wanted to have someone call me back and I told her heck no, why, so I can continue to wait for someone who may or may not handle probate call me? I gave them two chances already. And still no response from my email! This is NOT how to conduct a business! Needless to say, I do not recommend them.
