My case was complicated by an uncooperative insurance company, so the timing was more lengthy than any of us preferred. However, Jason Miller my attorney, persevered with tremendous patience, attention and a solution focused approach. In many ways the overall system our attorneys have to work within is not as just and accountable as it should and could be. Thats why we need high quality people who happen to be attorneys to help resolve things. Naqvi is thar firm, and I'm grateful to have chosen them to help me!!! Thank you Robert, Jason and Naqvi !!!

Two years ago, I slipped and fell inside a hotel in Las Vegas while attending a wedding and later a family reunion. I was injured and in a great deal of pain throughout my vacation. When the hotel failed to return my calls or offer any assistance, I knew I needed legal help. I initially contacted a law firm in Los Angeles, but they advised me that I would need an attorney licensed in Las Vegas. I began searching online and contacted several firms. The first few attorneys told me I didn't have a case. Then I called HENNESS& HAIGHT. They reviewed my situation, followed up with me a few days later, and assured me that I did have a strong case and that they would be happy to represent me. Now, after two years of hard work and patience, my case is finally settling, and I am receiving a substantial settlement that will help me get back on my feet and provide some financial security for the future. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Dillan informed me every step of the way. He always returned my calls and made sure I understood what was happening with my case. Madrid was equally amazing, reaching out by phone and text to coordinate MRIs, medical appointments, and any other assistance I needed. Both of them were professional, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my well-being. If you are looking for an outstanding law firm in the Las Vegas area, I highly recommend HENNESS&HAIGHT. They are more than just attorneys--they are caring people who understand what their clients are going through and work tirelessly to help them achieve the best possible outcome. Thank you, Mr. Dillan and Madrid, for everything you have done for me and my family. I will always be grateful for your support and dedication..Mrs.Tarsha West
