The initial interview conducted by Vernon was extensive and was not rushed. The potential strengths and weaknesses of the case were discussed in detail. Vernon accepted our case on a contingent fee basis and proceeded to negotiate a settlement with the malpractice insurer only to have a related party file a lawsuit to halt the action.
