I won't get into the specifics of my case, but I tried in good faith to work with my employer to get what I was entitled to under the law and they drug their feet and strung me along. I honestly feel that they were purposely keeping me on the back burner so that I would either quit or so they could medically separate me from their employment. Either way, what they were doing wasn't right and I needed help. I had done research on the what my ADA protections were and had familiarized myself with the EEOC guidance that they offered on the subject, but I didn't know how to effectively articulate to my employer that they were violating the law. What I found most atrocious is that my employer was deliberately giving me misinformation and would try to confuse and coerce me into accepting that their position was correct under the ADA when they were clearly in the wrong. I reached out to Mr. Piccolo and set up a consultation to discuss my situation and get his perspective so that I could fully understand my rights. I went into the initial consultation with an open mind. It was possible that I didn't have a case, but I wasn't entirely sure. I did pay a fee for my consultation (all attorneys in this speciality seem to charge a consultation fee btw), but I figured it was well worth it to get a processional's point of view. During the consultation he was patient and really took the time to understand what I was saying. I knew almost immediately that I wanted to retain him. Mr. Piccolo charged me a retainer upfront (which is standard practice with most attorneys) and he immediately went to work drafting a letter to my employer. I had been dealing with my employer for months trying to get my ADA accommodation squared away and literally within a few days of sending the letter, things started to move in the right direction. I asked Mr. Piccolo to continue to work on my half and to negotiate with my employer because I was frankly so sick and tired of their BS. He handled everything for me and was ALWAYS available to me to discuss what was going on with my case. Mr. Piccolo is a straight shooter and I genuinely appreciated it. I never once felt that he was stringing me along or trying to run up my bill with nonsense charges. He was always concise and to the point and was as patient as I needed him to be. And as for his attorney fee, it was very reasonable and he went above and beyond to make sure that I fully understood his fee structure BEFORE I paid my initial retainer. In the end, my employer finally followed the letter and spirit of the law, but it was ONLY because of Mr. Piccolo's intervention. I wasted months waiting on my employer to do the right thing and Mr. Piccolo got them to finalize everything within a few weeks of retaining him, and it was based on my timeline and not theirs. This field of law is very specific and it's not a specialty that you find many attorneys practicing in. If you have any concerns that your rights may be being violated under the ADA or even if you have no clue what your rights are, you would best be served to set up a consultation with Mr. Piccolo. The money spent on the consultation fee will help you to understand if you have a case and if you do, what your options are. Making the choice to do that was by far one of the best things that I've ever done for myself. Without his intervention, I would be without a job and looking for a new one. I wouldn't have known that my rights were being violated without his expertise. I am now able to move forward with my employer with an awareness of my rights that I didn't have before and that to me was well worth what I paid to Mr. Piccolo. I am genuinely grateful for what he did for me and I can say without a doubt that you will get an honest and hardworking guy in your corner if you hire him. He WILL have your back and that's a feeling that you cannot put a price tag one, especially when your employer is deliberately trying to skirt the law.

I've only ever driven a motorcycle so after the injury I was forced to purchase a shitty car because obviously my knee wouldn't allow me to ride my motorcycle anymore. It's been about 370 days and I was paid, they still took the standard 33% fee which left me with potato. And I was referred to this firm. Be advised the female medical practitioner they use to determine permanent partial disability is a selfie taking woman whom loves social media. I was given a 4% disabled rating and I told her multiple times I have to stretch every day before I can walk down the stairs at my house. I'll likely never be able to run 100 miles again but that's okay since the firm got a third.

I had a serious work accident at 22 years old & knew nothing about the the next steps to take or what help could be offered. Adam made sure after I was discharged from the hospital to set a consultation & lay out a clear, helpful plan to ensure I get the great & fast medical treatment I needed. He helped with a settlement afterwards that was more than fair for my injuries. I want to thank him & his team. & let anyone who is looking for professional & great help that Adam is your guy!
