I have a problem with my Living Trust and am seeking out the services of a Trust Litigator. That is not why I called him. My wife and I have been through Hell for thirteen years since my wife chose a relative, who was considered by everyone as the "Black sheep" of the family to draw up a shady trust for us. He essentially has stolen our house and made us desperate and needs to answer for his actions in a court of law. An associate of mine recommended that we choose an Elder Abuse Lawyer to represent us. They reccommended Mr. Pontini, QES. They did tell me that it would be surprising if he agreed to represent me since he only dealt with high worth cases. I guess my associate felt that since he dealt with real estate he might be able to help me. I called and he answered. I spent perhaps five to ten minutes on the phone with him before he hung up on me, after I pointed out how rude he was being to me. Many other reviewers have all had the same type of experience as I did. Today Wells Fargo called to alert me to two charges placed on my checking account by VBL,LLC which is a billing service for lawvers. I talked with Pontoni on Friday. Today $1300 was charged to me. I kept trying to get him to help me finish his job after I paid him and I called and called for like over a half a year left messages finally one day I told the secretary but he done. He called me back said never to call back again if you want to contact me go through a letter and he never responded back. He also wouldn't allow me to have the full 26 years of our marriage retirement he would only allow me for the 12 years of my husband was in the Air Force and I said no I've been married for 26 years. But in time, we also needed to expand into what I figured would be three other small entities, one of which to be a charity. Greg gave excellent advice on how best to set it up and why it could function with one less entity than I figured. The charity required either his office doing the initial registration work or my doing it myself, to which he was ready to provide advice on where to go, what papers to file, etc without charging me for that part. Ultimately I decided to have his people handle the whole scope which required a decent flat fee up front, but that was to "bake in" all the overhead expected to the point where the charity was finally in place -- and that's exactly what happened. In spite of there being some bumps in the road toward getting the 501(c)(3) status, Greg never charged us for anything unexpected that fit within that original scope. Moreover, I always felt like I could get ahold of Greg when it was important and he was always happy to go over details with me that I might have trouble understanding. The staff was always friendly and pleasant, and there's a couple times we had to connect outside business hours to deal with a situation.
