They will be back with me by the end of the week and I don't hear anything and then by week three they tell me they find something only to tell me they didn't find anything... I am told once I get to mediation give us a call.... I called them 2 months ago after a charge/mediation had been submitted and Will said OK. I'll look it up and I hadn't heard anything since... I sent an email yesterday regarding the matter & received a phone call today telling me that I never sent an email and I never called... Upon me trying to explain that and repeating back verbatim what I was told by Will... He told me I was arguing and hung up on me... I said you are only as strongest link and if your intake specialist treats future clients this way, I can only imagine how the firm would be... What's even funnier is I was told four months ago I had found the right place and that they truly cared!! Edit: Went to call back again and asked if the line is being recorded while asking to speak to a manager or supervisor and Will told me NO and hung up on me!! I would like to add that Will had told me he was experiencing some health issues and I had given him some advice on bloodwork... But regardless of health issues this is not a way to treat possible future clients.... I'm just hoping someone reads this so the disconnect can be fixed, because no one wants to be treated like this when they are already experiencing unfair treatment etc.

Avvo Review for Larry Hill, Esq…read more After 36 years in law enforcement, I thought I had seen just about everything the legal world could throw at a person. I've dealt with brilliant attorneys, difficult attorneys, and a few who made me wonder how they found the courthouse door. But I had never personally needed legal representation -- until a family vacation in Henderson, Nevada turned into a plot twist worthy of a courtroom drama. While driving a rental car, I was struck from behind as I tried to avoid a collision. Somehow, I ended up with the citation. To make matters worse, the other driver quickly shifted from "Let's settle this" to "I suddenly have many injuries and see financial opportunity." Living out of state, I searched endlessly for a Las Vegas attorney. No luck. Not even close. Then fate stepped in -- at a conference in Houston, of all places -- when I sat next to a Las Vegas resident who recommended her attorney friend. He couldn't take the case but said he knew someone who could... and that this someone was already expecting my call. That "someone" turned out to be my Abraham Lincoln:Larry Hill, Esq. From our very first conversation, Larry showed more compassion, patience, and listening skills than some people show in a lifetime. He immediately understood the situation, calmed my nerves, requested the paperwork, and laid out a strategy with the confidence of a man who has seen this movie before and knows exactly how it ends. His retainer was modest, his communication constant, and his dedication unwavering. For seven months, Larry emailed, texted, and called -- always advocating for the best possible outcome. Whenever I felt worn down and ready to settle just to end the stress, Larry reminded me (gently, but firmly) not to let the other party take advantage of my vulnerability. He fought for me as if he were standing right beside me, even though we never met in person. That's my only regret -- I never got to shake the hand of the man who kept me grounded through the entire ordeal. Larry is honest, humble, compassionate, and fiercely committed to doing right by his clients. He doesn't overcharge, he doesn't disappear, and he doesn't treat you like a case number. He treats you like a human being -- one he genuinely wants to help. If you need an attorney in Las Vegas, call Larry Hill. If Abraham Lincoln had practiced law in Nevada, he'd have taken lessons from Larry.

Unfortunately, I often felt that I was not kept adequately informed about important developments or decisions involving my case. Communication was one of the biggest issues for me, and I frequently felt like I had to ask questions just to understand what was happening. My interactions with Diana were particularly disappointing. I found her communication to be rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily short at times. When you are dealing with a serious injury and a case that has such a significant impact on your future, you should be able to speak with the people handling your case and feel that your concerns are being heard and taken seriously.I was also very disappointed with the outcome of my case, particularly with the permanent partial disability rating I received. After reviewing the evaluation myself, I have concerns about whether all of my documented conditions and impairments were adequately considered. I expected my legal representation to thoroughly review the rating, explain my options, and make sure I understood whether there were grounds to challenge it.Overall, I did not feel adequately informed, supported, or advocated for. I understand that no attorney can guarantee a particular outcome, but I do believe clients deserve honest communication, transparency, respect, and a clear understanding of what is happening with their case. This experience has left me feeling very disappointed, especially after everything I have gone through with my injury and workers' compensation claim. I would not recommend this firm based on my personal experience.please KEEP LOOKING!
