She would talk over me, cut me off and wasn't pleasant one bit. I told her I had to discuss things with the family and contact their office later. Before I could finish thanking her, she hung up! Realistically, lawyers are a dime a dozen here. It's better to give your business and money to an establishment who will treat potential clients with respect and professionalism right from the start.
