Any attorney with time to follow up with prospective clients must not have a full caseload, and there is a reason for that. We read the reviews here on Yelp and thought we'd give her a chance anyway...big mistake. Once she was paid in full for her services we never heard another thing from Ms. Holman. She also allowed our son's case to expire with the EEOC 90-day cutoff, which ruined his chances for recourse through the legal system against his previous employer. In addition, she never assisted our son with receiving the unemployment funds she claimed she could get for him. She is filled with promises and pumps herself up to be this amazing attorney, but she fails to meet the high level of expertise/standards she claims she has. We filed a grievance against her with the State Bar of Nevada, to which they sent her a letter requesting her response. In addition, we sent her a demand letter (via certified mail and email) for payment in full. As of today, she has returned all of our original funds.
