I had hired Servlaw in the past to serve notices to my ex-tenant and had a good experience, which…read moreis why I trusted them again to handle my small claims court case paperwork. Unfortunately, this time has been a complete nightmare. It has been over 2 months since I hired them to serve this paperwork, and I still have no idea what the actual current status is. Getting a response is nearly impossible--they rarely reply to emails and simply do not return phone calls. On the rare occasion I did get a status update, the information was completely contradictory. First, I was told the papers were successfully served. Then, the story changed to "the tenant would not open the door." Finally, I was told it wasn't even the correct location. This kind of erratic reporting is incredibly stressful when you are dealing with strict court deadlines and trying to build a reliable paper trail. To top it all off, they had no issue immediately sending me an invoice for full payment before completing the service or filing the necessary legal paperwork with the court. You cannot bill for a job that isn't finished, especially while completely ghosting the client. I am incredibly disappointed given my positive past experience, but I cannot recommend Servlaw for court cases. If you have a legal timeline that matters, find a company that communicates professionally and knows how to properly track a serve.

He was extremely helpful, knowledgable and pleasant to speak with. He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to make sure we had the right answers. I have purchased 13 homes, 1 apartment building, a four story parking garage and retained an attorney for my Limousine Service. I have a problem with my Living Trust and am seeking out the services of a Trust Litigator. That is not why I called him. My wife and I have been through Hell for thirteen years since my wife chose a relative, who was considered by everyone as the "Black sheep" of the family to draw up a shady trust for us. He essentially has stolen our house and made us desperate and needs to answer for his actions in a court of law. An associate of mine recommended that we choose an Elder Abuse Lawyer to represent us. They reccommended Mr. Pontini, QES. They did tell me that it would be surprising if he agreed to represent me since he only dealt with high worth cases. I guess my associate felt that since he dealt with real estate he might be able to help me. I called and he answered. I spent perhaps five to ten minutes on the phone with him before he hung up on me, after I pointed out how rude he was being to me. Many other reviewers have all had the same type of experience as I did. As characterized by one "The man is pure, hateful and evil.He was the most dishonest and rude person" However myexperience was even worse. Today Wells Fargo called to alert me to two charges placed on my checking account by VBL,LLC which is a billing service for lawvers. I talked with Pontoni on Friday. Today $1300 was charged to me. Gee, what a coincidence. Vindictive and bullying. What kind of lawyer would do this? I have no idea how all of the 5-star reviewers could stomach the man!
