I called on a Monday and had an appointment for a Tuesday. Staff e-mailed me later that Monday to confirm my scheduled appointment and provide me with paperwork and excellent directions to the office. Upon arrival, I was seen at the scheduled time by Laura Deeter. Laura also works with Clark County Family Court. She listened carefully to our situation and showed genuine concern. when we did not understand certain items, she repeated the information without be condescending. She advised us that she would give us a quick turnaround on the matter, which was very comforting in our high stress case. It was later discovered that our mother had a Springing Durable Power of Attorney in her Will and Trust Paperwork. Laura explained that this would aid us financially but not in a healthcare situation. Though she honestly told us that for now, we would not need a guardianship, this firm as certainly earned my respect and loyalty. I feel 100% faith and trust that this is an honest, genuine group. We dealt with an attorney and his staff in the past on an estate matter who was disorganized, uncaring, disrespectful, not listening, etc. To work with this agency is like finding a legal treasure of gold.
