I must begin by writing, whoever is reading this, look no further if you need legal representation…read moreor counsel. You have been fortunate enough to stumble upon/find the best lawyer you'll ever need. If you are on the opposing team, you better brush up on your skills. Being a resident outside the state of Nevada, I was pressed with little time to find an attorney that could represent me in a Las Vegas civil case. A "David versus Goliath" scenario, myself being David and Goliath being a multi-multi-multi-multi-billion dollar conglomerate. My attorney in the state where I reside sent me a few reference links to some other Nevada attorneys, but after finding a few online reviews, I wasn't impressed. With very little time to find representation, I scoured yelp and other online lawyer review journals with many open tabs of potential lawyer websites. Aviva was the only lawyer with all perfect reviews and testimonials. Aside from the stress of my case, the other stress was actually choosing the attorney who could represent me. While I can't go into detail regarding my situation, I can say from start to finish, Aviva carried the weight off my shoulders. She has been my vanguard throughout the case. Our first communication was over the phone where I informed her of my situation. She had a few questions for me and after forwarding to her the summons, she took over from there. I was kept in the loop by email of the steps and progress until the end. While I can't go further into the details of my case, her representation immediately made me feel as though I had little to nothing to worry about. I wish I could outline the play by play, but my situation has many moving parts which prevent me from sharing. Perhaps in the future when my situation is completely concluded, I can update my review with more details but for now I'll just reiterate. If you are fortunate enough to be represented by Aviva, you can rest assured she will deliver the optimal outcome for your situation. I don't often make referrals, because the world is full of wolves in sheep's wool, but I absolutely vouch for the work, professionalism, and expertise that Aviva has delivered. Thank you Aviva. You are definitely my go-to attorney wherever you are licensed.

She called my husband back a few times to follow up and see if we were interested in meeting with her to discuss things further. This should have been the first red flag. Any attorney with time to follow up with prospective clients must not have a full caseload, and there is a reason for that. We read the reviews here on Yelp and thought we'd give her a chance anyway...big mistake. Once she was paid in full for her services we never heard another thing from Ms. Holman. She also allowed our son's case to expire with the EEOC 90-day cutoff, which ruined his chances for recourse through the legal system against his previous employer. In addition, she never assisted our son with receiving the unemployment funds she claimed she could get for him. She is filled with promises and pumps herself up to be this amazing attorney, but she fails to meet the high level of expertise/standards she claims she has. We filed a grievance against her with the State Bar of Nevada, to which they sent her a letter requesting her response. In addition, we sent her a demand letter (via certified mail and email) for payment in full. As of today, she has returned all of our original funds. I would never recommend her to anyone for representation. Unless you like headaches and irritation, it is our opinion that it would be highly beneficial to avoid any of the so-called services she offers.
