Came in with high hopes left with disappointment. After sitting with our tax guy named .....you know i dont even know his name. He never introduced himself. Anyway after sitting for 2 hours waiting for everything to be done we almost got charged $495 for doing our taxes. Then when we discussed pricing he got agitated and got up from the table and walked to the receptionist without saying a word. After the two talked he came back and said so n so has your things. I visited in February pre quarantine and thought my taxes were all handled and squared away. They actually forgot to submit my taxes and didn't realize till after quarantine in may. This caused me to not receive my stimulus check till mid July and to not receive pandemic related unemployment. After all this I was given 50% off for my tax services. If I ever messed up this to extent at my job I wouldn't have my hand out waiting for a payment once it was all said and done. read more

Victor worked with me and was extremely knowledgeable. They are willing to take the time to get it right. This involved a first meeting where I brought in my information, explained my business, and similar. Then when my tax burden seemed too high, they didn't just say "take it or leave it". We worked over all the categories, worked over any possible missing expenses, and similar. I was not rushed. Victor took the time to get it right. And thus, got my tax burden where it should be! Their Flamingo office is nice/modern, has an attached coffee shop, and clients are offered complimentary coffee. read more

After all the run around I got this year for my taxes, it was AWESOME to finally get my taxes done right by someone that respected my time. I went there as a walk-in after reading a review on yelp of course! LOL They took my information right away and after only waiting 10 minutes as a walk-in NOT an hour like some other tax services with an appoinment, I was taken to the back to prepare my taxes. She finished it and I know that it was done correctly as she was the 4th person that I went over my taxes with and it was almost the same amount back as the other tax ppl quoted me. =) IQTaxx - Crappy Service and quoted $338 for 2 years taxes. . . Jackson Hewitt - Snooty service and quoted $550 for 2 years of taxes H&R Block - Decent customer service and quoted $300 for 2 years Servitax. . .the clear WINNER. . .$187 for 2 years taxes. If i could i wouldnt even put a star. I would make them a negative. The people here may be friendly or what not but when it comes to doing your taxes they have no idea what to do.They supposably try to help you to get more money but in the end they screw you over and their fees are not about the same as others. They charged me $220 for mine. Do not go with them at all, they screwed up my taxes and im still paying for it 3 years later! They will even tell you to not put all your expenses down or to adjust your numbers differently and all i wanted was to do my taxes right. I have spoken to several other tax services and said that this place did screw me over and has affected my taxes with the IRS. Its at your own risk going here, but if i could have them to stop doing taxes to the public i would do so. I actually have met about 15 people who have had their taxes screwed up also by servi tax. And the worst thing is, is that the lady who took care of us was the so called "owner". If she would've done it right in the beginning i would've kept going but no, and one bad experience goes around faster than a good one. It's all about taking care of your customer to ensure their return and they did not have that from my part nor from the others i have met. Avoid this place. read more

I have been doing my taxes at ServiTax for the last five years. The staff is friendly, but most importantly, knowledgeable. They are not the cheapest, but I continue to go with them because I feel comfortable knowing that my taxes will be done right. If at anytime I need to go to their office or get a question about my taxes answered, I can! They are not like most taxes offices that appear suddenly in the beginning of the year and disappear when tax season is over! They are open all year! I highly recommend them. read more
