It has been nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone -- on one occasion, I waited two hours without successfully connecting to a representative. In addition, multiple emails and voicemail messages have gone unanswered. It was also communicated that Spanish-speaking assistance was available; however, during four separate visits with my mother, we were unable to find anyone in the office who speaks Spanish. Furthermore, we submitted a cancellation request for our policy four weeks prior to its renewal date. Despite this, I later received a notice reminding me to renew the policy within two days. When I contacted Homesite Home Insurance directly, I was informed that they had never received the cancellation request. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and concerning. Effective communication and reliability are fundamental expectations for any business. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other options if you value professionalism and responsiveness.

But for some reason, I find myself with these companies that apparently think I'm a 16 year old bumper car speed demon in a 6-digit car (Justin Bieber?) and keep slowly raising my rates. So when I called the company I had been with since 2008 (I won't name them, but they rhyme with schmo-gressive) to tell them I had moved and was hit with yet another increase, bringing my insurance to more than my car payment and more than doubling my renters insurance, I had had enough. A good friend recommended Bree's office and I called the next morning. I explained my situation and that I was looking to switch my auto and renters, and possibly add life. Ashley called me back about 10 minutes later with the best news ever: they could get me everything I wanted for almost half of what I was paying. I made an appointment and was in the office ASAP. The entire staff was incredible. Friendly, funny, helpful, informative, everything I could possibly want. I left about an hour later, beyond happy with my service, and with all three policies for the same price as just the auto policy pre-move with the company-that-must-not-be-named. I feel like I can't say enough nice things about this staff. I really could not be happier.

This review is strictly my experiences from Meny and not pinnacle…read more Came in to get taxes done by Meny 4/8, brought my paperwork. Emailed the rest that night. Called 3:25pm 4/10 and left a message with a receptionist for meny that I emailed my documents. 4/14 rolls around and called both at 8:40am and at 1:44pm with meny still unavailable, left two more messages on those calls. The call at 1:44pm receptionist saying that they will file extensions and left the message that I want to extend due to meny's not being available for contact. Receptionist says they usually file extensions that next day after hours. First call I have back from meny was today at 9:27am 4/24, to ask me what I wanted to do with my return. I called back 10:03am, now being able to talk to her, asks me what I wanted to do and says that they tried to contact me and left messages. I argued they didn't, no messages left or called, I looked thru my call logs at the "time and date" they said they contacted and replied they didn't. Meny argues that she was there when she asked the receptionist to call me, while meny was talking to a client. Then find out they did NOT extend my return and that they don't do that for new clients. New hires were mentioned and it was busy last 2 weeks. Frustrated, paid her fees of $185 over the phone I understand I tried to file a week in advance, but at the same time I reached out numerous times and was told over the phone that I was able to get it extended by an employee, and now I'm stuck with penalty fee. Will not recommend Meny from Pinnacle.
