She never told me it was another fee for the notorized. Then, these paperworks are easily to be printed out. And you could have came in to notorize, then she never told me if I made a mistake, I would have to pay another $27, and she would not correct. The mistake we'll just white out what I've done. Notaries, many times in the past, she refused to do it and refused to give my money back. So I never got my notorized and I just got empty papers now $54 for nothing!

And they KNEW i had the audit - it was in September and instead of calling me to see how it went, not that it would have gone better..they had the nerve to call me in January wondering if I needed to get an appointment to have my taxes done that year. they are certainly nice - BUT totally bogus in what they are selling. If you are a 1099 employee or you get tips from your job - do NOT use them. 3/4 of my deductions were not allowed because they didn't meet the IRS standard. You'd think someone who "worked as an auditor" for the IRS would know better.
