Website states $30 for renewal. On Monday I gave a deposit, which included a $60 "service fee". As my renewal was late, I paid, and they told me 2 or 3 days. Nine days later, I called, and they told me the registration was ready. No explanation for the delay. Then, they charged me another service fee. This company is taking advantage of customers through the pandemic and taking care of who ever is paying extra money and leaving the others on the back burner with no communication for 2-3 weeks. I've had several cars taken here of here and business was smooth before their greed kicked in. I recommend the dmv service on sahara or Hollywood and lake mead better yet online or set an appointment and do it yourself. Don't let these people waste your time and money. Then the disrespect of telling me $200 is being cheap to register a 1982 car basically I should've paid more for next day. Very upset read more

The service I received here was great. Had all my paperwork to register my car from another state. I called prior before coming. So it made everything fast and easy. They said I would get my new plates at their location within 2-3 business days and I got mine in the third day as said. Just waiting on my pink slip that I will receive in the mail. Other than that I had a smooth process doing business with this company. It was way better than wasting my whole day at the dmv. Even with an appointment that place is a nightmare. I highly highly recommend this company. I'm located in San Francisco and needed to get a copy of a car title from the Nevada DMV within days because I was transporting a car internationally. If we didn't get this title, the car would not have made it through customs. There would have been a huge impact on the international trip that was already scheduled.
